Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 51-godišnjakinjom zbog kaznenog djela zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Naime, sumnja se kako je 51-godišnja hrvatska državljanka u svojstvu osobe kojoj je povjereno obavljanje poslova društva, te ovlaštenika za raspolaganje novčanim sredstvima, na bankovnoj kartici društva, u prethodnom razdoblju do 2022. godine u više navrata sa računa društva podizala novčana sredstva koja je zadržavala za sebe.

Također se sumnjiči da na račun društva nije polagala novčane iznose u vidu pozajmica drugih osoba, na koji način je oštetila trgovačko društvo sa sjedištem na zadarskom području za ukupan novčani iznos od preko 89 000 eura.

Nakon dovršenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, protiv osumnjičene se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnosi kaznena prijavu.

Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 51-godišnjakinjom zbog kaznenog djela zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Naime, sumnja se kako je 51-godišnja hrvatska državljanka u svojstvu osobe kojoj je povjereno obavljanje poslova društva, te ovlaštenika za raspolaganje novčanim sredstvima, na bankovnoj kartici društva, u prethodnom razdoblju do 2022. godine u više navrata sa računa društva podizala novčana sredstva koja je zadržavala za sebe.

Također se sumnjiči da na račun društva nije polagala novčane iznose u vidu pozajmica drugih osoba, na koji način je oštetila trgovačko društvo sa sjedištem na zadarskom području za ukupan novčani iznos od preko 89 000 eura.

Nakon dovršenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, protiv osumnjičene se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnosi kaznena prijavu.

Policija kazneno prijavila 51-godišnjakinju: povjerilo joj tvrtku na zadarskom području, a ona je ‘opelješila‘

Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 51-godišnjakinjom zbog kaznenog djela zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Naime, sumnja se kako je 51-godišnja hrvatska državljanka u svojstvu osobe kojoj je povjereno obavljanje poslova društva, te ovlaštenika za raspolaganje novčanim sredstvima, na bankovnoj kartici društva, u prethodnom razdoblju do 2022. godine u više navrata sa računa društva podizala novčana sredstva koja je zadržavala za sebe.

Također se sumnjiči da na račun društva nije polagala novčane iznose u vidu pozajmica drugih osoba, na koji način je oštetila trgovačko društvo sa sjedištem na zadarskom području za ukupan novčani iznos od preko 89 000 eura.

Nakon dovršenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, protiv osumnjičene se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnosi kaznena prijavu.
