Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 60-godišnjakom s zagrebačkog područja kojeg se sumnjiči za utaju poreza i carine, javlja PU zadarska.

Naime, 60-godišnjaka se sumnjiči da je kao odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva sa sjedištem na biogradskom području temeljem izdanih računa prema drugom svojem povezanom trgovačkom društvu zatražio nepripadni odbitak pretporeza po osnovi poreza na dodanu vrijednost za poslovnu godinu 2021., čime je oštetio državni proračun za iznos od preko 30 tisuća eura.

Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, protiv osumnjičenog se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnosi kaznena prijava zbog utaje poreza i carine.

Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 60-godišnjakom s zagrebačkog područja kojeg se sumnjiči za utaju poreza i carine, javlja PU zadarska.

Naime, 60-godišnjaka se sumnjiči da je kao odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva sa sjedištem na biogradskom području temeljem izdanih računa prema drugom svojem povezanom trgovačkom društvu zatražio nepripadni odbitak pretporeza po osnovi poreza na dodanu vrijednost za poslovnu godinu 2021., čime je oštetio državni proračun za iznos od preko 30 tisuća eura.

Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, protiv osumnjičenog se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnosi kaznena prijava zbog utaje poreza i carine.

Policija prijavila 60-godišnjaka zbog utaje poreza: oštetio državni proračun za preko 30 tisuća eura

Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 60-godišnjakom s zagrebačkog područja kojeg se sumnjiči za utaju poreza i carine, javlja PU zadarska.

Naime, 60-godišnjaka se sumnjiči da je kao odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva sa sjedištem na biogradskom području temeljem izdanih računa prema drugom svojem povezanom trgovačkom društvu zatražio nepripadni odbitak pretporeza po osnovi poreza na dodanu vrijednost za poslovnu godinu 2021., čime je oštetio državni proračun za iznos od preko 30 tisuća eura.

Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, protiv osumnjičenog se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnosi kaznena prijava zbog utaje poreza i carine.
