Na natječaj za zakup poslovnih prostora u vlasništvu Grada Zadra koji je objavljen 21. prosinca prošle godine, za pet poslovnih prostora pristiglo je ukupno pet ponuda.

Za poslovni prostor na adresi Jurja Matejeva Dalmatinca 3 veličine 82 kvadrata stigla je ponuda tvrtke Grofica. Početna cijena kvadrata iznosila je 11 eura mjesečno, a tvrtka Grofica ponudila je 12,10 eura po četvornom metru. Trgovačko društvo Albergo d.o.o. apliciralo je za poslovni prostor na adresi Poljana Požarišće 4 veličine 118 kvadrata. Početna cijena iznosila je 9 eura po kvadratu, a njihova ponuda je bila 11 centi više, odnosno 9,11 eura po kvadratu na mjesečnoj razini.

Obrt Ars Natura natjecao se za poslovni prostor na adresi Široka ulica 24, ukupne površine 19 kvadrata. Početna cijena iznosila je 17 eura po kvadratu, a obrt je ponudio 17,11 eura.

Za poslovni prostor na adresi Liburnska obala 4a, površine 30 kvadratnih metara, ponudu je dalo trgovačko društvo Auctor Zadar d.o.o. Početna mjesečna cijena iznosila je 15 eura po kvadratu, a tvrtka je dostavila ponudu od 15,50 eura.

Mega Solar technics d.o.o. dala je ponudu za poslovni prostor na adresi Zrinsko-Frankopanska 5 i 7, ukupne površine 48 kvadrata. Ponudili su iznos jednak početnoj cijeni zakupa od 9 eura.

Na natječaj za zakup poslovnih prostora u vlasništvu Grada Zadra koji je objavljen 21. prosinca prošle godine, za pet poslovnih prostora pristiglo je ukupno pet ponuda.

Za poslovni prostor na adresi Jurja Matejeva Dalmatinca 3 veličine 82 kvadrata stigla je ponuda tvrtke Grofica. Početna cijena kvadrata iznosila je 11 eura mjesečno, a tvrtka Grofica ponudila je 12,10 eura po četvornom metru. Trgovačko društvo Albergo d.o.o. apliciralo je za poslovni prostor na adresi Poljana Požarišće 4 veličine 118 kvadrata. Početna cijena iznosila je 9 eura po kvadratu, a njihova ponuda je bila 11 centi više, odnosno 9,11 eura po kvadratu na mjesečnoj razini.

Obrt Ars Natura natjecao se za poslovni prostor na adresi Široka ulica 24, ukupne površine 19 kvadrata. Početna cijena iznosila je 17 eura po kvadratu, a obrt je ponudio 17,11 eura.

Za poslovni prostor na adresi Liburnska obala 4a, površine 30 kvadratnih metara, ponudu je dalo trgovačko društvo Auctor Zadar d.o.o. Početna mjesečna cijena iznosila je 15 eura po kvadratu, a tvrtka je dostavila ponudu od 15,50 eura.

Mega Solar technics d.o.o. dala je ponudu za poslovni prostor na adresi Zrinsko-Frankopanska 5 i 7, ukupne površine 48 kvadrata. Ponudili su iznos jednak početnoj cijeni zakupa od 9 eura.

Stiglo pet ponuda za zakup pet poslovnih prostora na Poluotoku i Relji. Neke su ‘jače‘ 11 centi od početne cijene. Evo tko se natjecao..

Na natječaj za zakup poslovnih prostora u vlasništvu Grada Zadra koji je objavljen 21. prosinca prošle godine, za pet poslovnih prostora pristiglo je ukupno pet ponuda.

Za poslovni prostor na adresi Jurja Matejeva Dalmatinca 3 veličine 82 kvadrata stigla je ponuda tvrtke Grofica. Početna cijena kvadrata iznosila je 11 eura mjesečno, a tvrtka Grofica ponudila je 12,10 eura po četvornom metru. Trgovačko društvo Albergo d.o.o. apliciralo je za poslovni prostor na adresi Poljana Požarišće 4 veličine 118 kvadrata. Početna cijena iznosila je 9 eura po kvadratu, a njihova ponuda je bila 11 centi više, odnosno 9,11 eura po kvadratu na mjesečnoj razini.

Obrt Ars Natura natjecao se za poslovni prostor na adresi Široka ulica 24, ukupne površine 19 kvadrata. Početna cijena iznosila je 17 eura po kvadratu, a obrt je ponudio 17,11 eura.

Za poslovni prostor na adresi Liburnska obala 4a, površine 30 kvadratnih metara, ponudu je dalo trgovačko društvo Auctor Zadar d.o.o. Početna mjesečna cijena iznosila je 15 eura po kvadratu, a tvrtka je dostavila ponudu od 15,50 eura.

Mega Solar technics d.o.o. dala je ponudu za poslovni prostor na adresi Zrinsko-Frankopanska 5 i 7, ukupne površine 48 kvadrata. Ponudili su iznos jednak početnoj cijeni zakupa od 9 eura.
