USKOK je donio rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv zadarskog župana Božidara Longina zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela trgovanja utjecajem. Riječ je o "Aferi vez" sa županovim brodom na Istu kad nije platio vez, a slučaj je javnosti otkrio županijski vijećnik Akcije mladih Marko Pupić Bakrač.

USKOK je donio rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv hrvatskog državljanina (1960.) zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela trgovanja utjecajem.

Osnovano se sumnja da je okrivljenik na otoku Istu, 9. rujna 2023. iskoristio funkciju župana Zadarske županije, a time i ovlaštenog predstavnika Zadarske županije kao osnivača Županijske lučke uprave Zadar (dalje: ŽLU), s ciljem da si osigura besplatno korištenje veza u Luci za brodicu kojom je tom prilikom upravljao. Naime, okrivljenik je 8. rujna 2023. vezao brodicu na tranzitni vez Luke s namjerom da ga koristi do 10. rujna 2023. godine. Kada je 9. rujna 2023. lučki redar okrivljeniku na ime pristojbe za korištenje veza izdao račun u iznosu od 48,60 eura, okrivljenik je znajući da se sukladno Odluci o visini lučkih pristojbi i lučkih naknada ŽLU korištenje veza naplaćuje, lučkog redara pitao: „Zašto ti meni naplaćuješ?“. Lučki redar mu je odgovorio da on ne naplaćuje samo njemu nego svima koji koriste vez te da za svoj rad odgovara ravnatelju ŽLU, na što je okrivljenik naglasio da je on šef ravnatelju te rekao lučkom redaru da račun stornira. Zbog autoriteta koji okrivljenik ima kao župan Zadarske županije i predstavnik osnivača njegovog poslodavca, lučki redar je račun stornirao.

USKOK je donio rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv zadarskog župana Božidara Longina zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela trgovanja utjecajem. Riječ je o "Aferi vez" sa županovim brodom na Istu kad nije platio vez, a slučaj je javnosti otkrio županijski vijećnik Akcije mladih Marko Pupić Bakrač.

Priopćenje objavljeno na stranicama USKOK-a prenosimo u cijelosti:

USKOK je donio rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv hrvatskog državljanina (1960.) zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela trgovanja utjecajem.

Osnovano se sumnja da je okrivljenik na otoku Istu, 9. rujna 2023. iskoristio funkciju župana Zadarske županije, a time i ovlaštenog predstavnika Zadarske županije kao osnivača Županijske lučke uprave Zadar (dalje: ŽLU), s ciljem da si osigura besplatno korištenje veza u Luci za brodicu kojom je tom prilikom upravljao. Naime, okrivljenik je 8. rujna 2023. vezao brodicu na tranzitni vez Luke s namjerom da ga koristi do 10. rujna 2023. godine. Kada je 9. rujna 2023. lučki redar okrivljeniku na ime pristojbe za korištenje veza izdao račun u iznosu od 48,60 eura, okrivljenik je znajući da se sukladno Odluci o visini lučkih pristojbi i lučkih naknada ŽLU korištenje veza naplaćuje, lučkog redara pitao: „Zašto ti meni naplaćuješ?“. Lučki redar mu je odgovorio da on ne naplaćuje samo njemu nego svima koji koriste vez te da za svoj rad odgovara ravnatelju ŽLU, na što je okrivljenik naglasio da je on šef ravnatelju te rekao lučkom redaru da račun stornira. Zbog autoriteta koji okrivljenik ima kao župan Zadarske županije i predstavnik osnivača njegovog poslodavca, lučki redar je račun stornirao.

USKOK pokrenuo istragu protiv zadarskog župana Božidara Longina zbog "Afere vez"! Sumnja se na trgovanje utjecajem!

USKOK je donio rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv zadarskog župana Božidara Longina zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela trgovanja utjecajem. Riječ je o "Aferi vez" sa županovim brodom na Istu kad nije platio vez, a slučaj je javnosti otkrio županijski vijećnik Akcije mladih Marko Pupić Bakrač.

USKOK je donio rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv hrvatskog državljanina (1960.) zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela trgovanja utjecajem.

Osnovano se sumnja da je okrivljenik na otoku Istu, 9. rujna 2023. iskoristio funkciju župana Zadarske županije, a time i ovlaštenog predstavnika Zadarske županije kao osnivača Županijske lučke uprave Zadar (dalje: ŽLU), s ciljem da si osigura besplatno korištenje veza u Luci za brodicu kojom je tom prilikom upravljao. Naime, okrivljenik je 8. rujna 2023. vezao brodicu na tranzitni vez Luke s namjerom da ga koristi do 10. rujna 2023. godine. Kada je 9. rujna 2023. lučki redar okrivljeniku na ime pristojbe za korištenje veza izdao račun u iznosu od 48,60 eura, okrivljenik je znajući da se sukladno Odluci o visini lučkih pristojbi i lučkih naknada ŽLU korištenje veza naplaćuje, lučkog redara pitao: „Zašto ti meni naplaćuješ?“. Lučki redar mu je odgovorio da on ne naplaćuje samo njemu nego svima koji koriste vez te da za svoj rad odgovara ravnatelju ŽLU, na što je okrivljenik naglasio da je on šef ravnatelju te rekao lučkom redaru da račun stornira. Zbog autoriteta koji okrivljenik ima kao župan Zadarske županije i predstavnik osnivača njegovog poslodavca, lučki redar je račun stornirao.
