Skupština Zadarske županije je većinom glasova vijećnika usvojila proračun za iduću godinu vrijedan ukupno 169 milijuna eura.
Zamjenik župana Šime Vicković kazao je kako je proračun za iduću godinu smanjen za 67 milijuna eura iz razloga što osnivačka prava Opće bolnice Zadar u idućoj godini prelaze na državu. Istaknuo je i kako izvorni proračun Županije iznosi 49 milijuna eura te kako ostatak “otpada” na proračunske korisnike.
Na proračun za iduću godini pristigao je jedan jedini amandman i to onaj Zlatka Marasovića za izgradnju nove osnovne škole i sportske dvorane u Starigradu vrijedan 2,5 milijuna eura.
Zamjenik župana Vicković nije prihvatio amandman ističući kako je amandman nezakonit jer "uzima" sredstva iz ranije preuzetih ugovornih obveza, ali je i dodao kako će se škola u Starigradu financirati iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti.
Za vrijeme rasprave Jure Zubčić čestitao je pročelnici Upravnog odjela za proračun i financije Bibijani Baričević jer je, kako kaže, odlično složila kritiku Vladi RH i premijeru Plenkoviću zbog novih poreznih reformi kojima se ukida prirez.
Zubčić je istaknuo kako SDP nije na proračun za iduću godinu predložio nijedan amandman zbog prošlogodišnjeg odgovora župana na predloženi amandman o uvođenju građanskog odgoja.
- Župan je kazao kako za uvođenjem građanskog odgoja nema potrebe jer se on provodi međupredmetno. Kada vas netko tako besramno odbije s polu činjenicama, onda je bolje da ne podnosite ikakav amandman, zaključio je Zubčić.
Vijećnik Davor Čerkuč komentirao je kako proračun nije razvojan, a niti socijalan te kazao kako se u proračunu spominju sredstva za ustanova za napuštene životinje iako ona još nije osnovana, ali i Spomenik domovini za koji se, tvrdi Čerkuč, opet izdvajaju sredstva za projektnu dokumentaciju.
Vijećnica Vedrana Mišković (SDP) istaknula je greške u proračunu i ironično komentirala kako je poprilično optimističan.
Ivica Žuvela je istaknuo kako mu je žao što Zadarska županija nije prepoznala amandmane nezavisne liste Enija Meštrovića iz Grada Zadra kojim se sufinanciraju troškovi smještaja djeci koja se liječe izvan Zadra.
- Nije u redu da stanovnici grada imaju tu mogućnost, a stanovnici županije nemaju, dodao je Žuvela.

Skupština Zadarske županije je većinom glasova vijećnika usvojila proračun za iduću godinu vrijedan ukupno 169 milijuna eura.
Zamjenik župana Šime Vicković kazao je kako je proračun za iduću godinu smanjen za 67 milijuna eura iz razloga što osnivačka prava Opće bolnice Zadar u idućoj godini prelaze na državu. Istaknuo je i kako izvorni proračun Županije iznosi 49 milijuna eura te kako ostatak “otpada” na proračunske korisnike.
Na proračun za iduću godini pristigao je jedan jedini amandman i to onaj Zlatka Marasovića za izgradnju nove osnovne škole i sportske dvorane u Starigradu vrijedan 2,5 milijuna eura.
Zamjenik župana Vicković nije prihvatio amandman ističući kako je amandman nezakonit jer "uzima" sredstva iz ranije preuzetih ugovornih obveza, ali je i dodao kako će se škola u Starigradu financirati iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti.
Za vrijeme rasprave Jure Zubčić čestitao je pročelnici Upravnog odjela za proračun i financije Bibijani Baričević jer je, kako kaže, odlično složila kritiku Vladi RH i premijeru Plenkoviću zbog novih poreznih reformi kojima se ukida prirez.
Zubčić je istaknuo kako SDP nije na proračun za iduću godinu predložio nijedan amandman zbog prošlogodišnjeg odgovora župana na predloženi amandman o uvođenju građanskog odgoja.
- Župan je kazao kako za uvođenjem građanskog odgoja nema potrebe jer se on provodi međupredmetno. Kada vas netko tako besramno odbije s polu činjenicama, onda je bolje da ne podnosite ikakav amandman, zaključio je Zubčić.
Vijećnik Davor Čerkuč komentirao je kako proračun nije razvojan, a niti socijalan te kazao kako se u proračunu spominju sredstva za ustanova za napuštene životinje iako ona još nije osnovana, ali i Spomenik domovini za koji se, tvrdi Čerkuč, opet izdvajaju sredstva za projektnu dokumentaciju.
Vijećnica Vedrana Mišković (SDP) istaknula je greške u proračunu i ironično komentirala kako je poprilično optimističan.
Ivica Žuvela je istaknuo kako mu je žao što Zadarska županija nije prepoznala amandmane nezavisne liste Enija Meštrovića iz Grada Zadra kojim se sufinanciraju troškovi smještaja djeci koja se liječe izvan Zadra.
- Nije u redu da stanovnici grada imaju tu mogućnost, a stanovnici županije nemaju, dodao je Žuvela.
