Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture donijelo je, sukladno odredbi članka 192. stavak 3. Pomorskog zakonika („Narodne novine“ br. 181/04, 76/07, 146/08, 61/11, 56/13, 26/15 17/19), dana 18. prosinca 2021. godine rješenja o brisanju 6.363 jahti i brodica čiji vlasnici nisu platili naknadu za sigurnost plovidbe i zaštitu mora od onečišćenja za 2019. i 2020. godinu.

Rješenja o brisanju pomorskih objekata dostavljena su poštom vlasnicima brisanih objekata, a istovremeno su objavljena i na Elektroničkoj oglasnoj ploči upisnika brodova. Obavijesti o brisanju bit će objavljene i na oglasnim pločama lučkih kapetanija.

Vlasnici brisanih plovila mogu zahtjev za prvi upis podnijeti u lučkoj kapetaniji ili ispostavi lučke kapetanije u kojoj je brisani objekt bio prethodno upisan. Temeljem zahtjeva za upis i dokumentacije koja se nalazi u zbirci isprava, vlasnicima će se izdati rješenje o prvom upisu ili će se uputiti na ishođenje dodatnih dokumenata u Hrvatski registar brodova.

Kako bi se ubrzao postupak rješavanja zahtjeva stranaka Hrvatski registar brodova će tijekom sljedećeg tjedna omogućiti podnošenje zahtjeva preko posebne Internet stranice.

Na koordinacijskom sastanku koji je danas održan u prostorijama Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture predstavnici Ministarstva i Hrvatskog registra brodova dogovorili su prioritete rješavanja dodatnih zahtjeva za utvrđivanje tehničke prihvatljivosti.

Sukladno postignutom dogovoru prednost će imati zahtjevi za upis brodica za gospodarsku namjenu koje su u trenutku brisanja bile tehnički ispravne i to sljedećim redoslijedom: ribarska namjena, iznajmljivanje i prijevoz putnika, ostale gospodarske svrhe te jahte. Nakon toga će se rješavati zahtjevi vlasnika brodica i jahti za osobne potrebe koje su u trenutku brisanja bile tehnički ispravne.

Kada se obrade prethodno navedeni zahtjevi istim redoslijedom prvenstva će se rješavati zahtjevi za prvi upis brodica i jahti koje u trenutku brisanja nisu bile tehnički ispravne i nisu imali valjane upisne listove.

Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture donijelo je, sukladno odredbi članka 192. stavak 3. Pomorskog zakonika („Narodne novine“ br. 181/04, 76/07, 146/08, 61/11, 56/13, 26/15 17/19), dana 18. prosinca 2021. godine rješenja o brisanju 6.363 jahti i brodica čiji vlasnici nisu platili naknadu za sigurnost plovidbe i zaštitu mora od onečišćenja za 2019. i 2020. godinu.

Rješenja o brisanju pomorskih objekata dostavljena su poštom vlasnicima brisanih objekata, a istovremeno su objavljena i na Elektroničkoj oglasnoj ploči upisnika brodova. Obavijesti o brisanju bit će objavljene i na oglasnim pločama lučkih kapetanija.

Vlasnici brisanih plovila mogu zahtjev za prvi upis podnijeti u lučkoj kapetaniji ili ispostavi lučke kapetanije u kojoj je brisani objekt bio prethodno upisan. Temeljem zahtjeva za upis i dokumentacije koja se nalazi u zbirci isprava, vlasnicima će se izdati rješenje o prvom upisu ili će se uputiti na ishođenje dodatnih dokumenata u Hrvatski registar brodova.

Kako bi se ubrzao postupak rješavanja zahtjeva stranaka Hrvatski registar brodova će tijekom sljedećeg tjedna omogućiti podnošenje zahtjeva preko posebne Internet stranice.

Na koordinacijskom sastanku koji je danas održan u prostorijama Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture predstavnici Ministarstva i Hrvatskog registra brodova dogovorili su prioritete rješavanja dodatnih zahtjeva za utvrđivanje tehničke prihvatljivosti.

Sukladno postignutom dogovoru prednost će imati zahtjevi za upis brodica za gospodarsku namjenu koje su u trenutku brisanja bile tehnički ispravne i to sljedećim redoslijedom: ribarska namjena, iznajmljivanje i prijevoz putnika, ostale gospodarske svrhe te jahte. Nakon toga će se rješavati zahtjevi vlasnika brodica i jahti za osobne potrebe koje su u trenutku brisanja bile tehnički ispravne.

Kada se obrade prethodno navedeni zahtjevi istim redoslijedom prvenstva će se rješavati zahtjevi za prvi upis brodica i jahti koje u trenutku brisanja nisu bile tehnički ispravne i nisu imali valjane upisne listove.

Ministarstvo poslalo dopis: izbrisano 6363 jahti i brodica čiji vlasnici nisu platili naknadu za sigurnost plovidbe i zaštitu mora od onečišćenja

Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture donijelo je, sukladno odredbi članka 192. stavak 3. Pomorskog zakonika („Narodne novine“ br. 181/04, 76/07, 146/08, 61/11, 56/13, 26/15 17/19), dana 18. prosinca 2021. godine rješenja o brisanju 6.363 jahti i brodica čiji vlasnici nisu platili naknadu za sigurnost plovidbe i zaštitu mora od onečišćenja za 2019. i 2020. godinu.

Rješenja o brisanju pomorskih objekata dostavljena su poštom vlasnicima brisanih objekata, a istovremeno su objavljena i na Elektroničkoj oglasnoj ploči upisnika brodova. Obavijesti o brisanju bit će objavljene i na oglasnim pločama lučkih kapetanija.

Vlasnici brisanih plovila mogu zahtjev za prvi upis podnijeti u lučkoj kapetaniji ili ispostavi lučke kapetanije u kojoj je brisani objekt bio prethodno upisan. Temeljem zahtjeva za upis i dokumentacije koja se nalazi u zbirci isprava, vlasnicima će se izdati rješenje o prvom upisu ili će se uputiti na ishođenje dodatnih dokumenata u Hrvatski registar brodova.

Kako bi se ubrzao postupak rješavanja zahtjeva stranaka Hrvatski registar brodova će tijekom sljedećeg tjedna omogućiti podnošenje zahtjeva preko posebne Internet stranice.

Na koordinacijskom sastanku koji je danas održan u prostorijama Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture predstavnici Ministarstva i Hrvatskog registra brodova dogovorili su prioritete rješavanja dodatnih zahtjeva za utvrđivanje tehničke prihvatljivosti.

Sukladno postignutom dogovoru prednost će imati zahtjevi za upis brodica za gospodarsku namjenu koje su u trenutku brisanja bile tehnički ispravne i to sljedećim redoslijedom: ribarska namjena, iznajmljivanje i prijevoz putnika, ostale gospodarske svrhe te jahte. Nakon toga će se rješavati zahtjevi vlasnika brodica i jahti za osobne potrebe koje su u trenutku brisanja bile tehnički ispravne.

Kada se obrade prethodno navedeni zahtjevi istim redoslijedom prvenstva će se rješavati zahtjevi za prvi upis brodica i jahti koje u trenutku brisanja nisu bile tehnički ispravne i nisu imali valjane upisne listove.
