Koliki je potencijal Ravnih kotara, zašto nije iskorišten i kakav turistički proizvod može ponuditi taj kraj? Koliko je gastronomija važna u turističkoj ponudi i što zadarsko zaleđe u tom smislu može ponuditi? Odgovori na ova pitanja tražili su se u ponedjeljak u Zadru, na panel raspravi na temu “Slow food iz Ravnih kotara”, koju je moderirala Božena Krce Miočić s Odjel za turizam i komunikacijske znanosti Sveučilišta u Zadru.

U sezoni koja je zbog pandemijskih okolnosti pozitivno iznenadila u svakom aspektu, od broja gostiju, duljine njihova boravka do same potrošnje, Ravni kotari pokazali su se kao hit destinacija čije su brojke na razini rekordne 2019. godine. No, ta perspektivna priča nije ni približno iskoristila svoj puni potencijal, što znači da joj uz izvrsnu kvalitetu smještaja te komparativne prednosti podneblja na kojima bazira svoju ponudu, fale dodatni sadržaji poput suvenirnica, kušaonica, adrenalinskih parkova za djecu. Dodatan sadržaj znači i veću pažnju na tradicijsku gastronomiju koju se pokazala kao velika prilika s obzirom na ono što strani gosti traže u doživljaju destinacije. Upravo zato, kako bi se podigla kvaliteta ponude, nužno je udruživanje svih lokalnih dionika uključenih u ovu priču, ali i jača suradnja sa Zadrom kao glavnim centrom koji, kao turistički proizvod, ne može dugoročno opstati bez povezivanja sa svojim zaleđem. Kako je istaknuto na panelu, u toj suradnji na obostranu korist, gosti iz zaleđa punit će grad u pred i postsezoni, a turisti iz Zadra Ravne kotare u srcu sezone, kada je centar prenapučen i vapi za disperzijom.

Nakon panela, predstavljen je europski projekt “Take it slow”, osmišljen s ciljem upravljanja i promocije Jadrana kao održive, zelene i pametne europske turističke regije kroz uspostavu lanca vrijednosti u turizmu prema načelima pametne specijalizacije. Ovaj projekt, koji se temelji na istraživanju načina života kao spoja materijalne i nematerijalne, kulturne i prirodne baštine u suradnji sa znanstvenicima i lokalnom zajednicom kao velikim izvorom znanja, u svom fokusu ima upravo Ravne kotare, kao mikrolokaciju s iznimnim potencijalom za turistički rast. Zato će stručnjaci sa Sveučilišta u Zadru koji sudjeluju u ovom programu organizirati radionice u području pametne specijalizacije na temu „green, slow and sustainable tourism“ te pružiti primjere dobre prakse.

Nakon prezentacije održana je degustacija autohtonih jela Ravnih kotara- prisnaca, priške, vare… - te narodnih nošnji i tradicijskog vokalnog pjevanja tog kraja.

Koliki je potencijal Ravnih kotara, zašto nije iskorišten i kakav turistički proizvod može ponuditi taj kraj? Koliko je gastronomija važna u turističkoj ponudi i što zadarsko zaleđe u tom smislu može ponuditi? Odgovori na ova pitanja tražili su se u ponedjeljak u Zadru, na panel raspravi na temu “Slow food iz Ravnih kotara”, koju je moderirala Božena Krce Miočić s Odjel za turizam i komunikacijske znanosti Sveučilišta u Zadru.

U sezoni koja je zbog pandemijskih okolnosti pozitivno iznenadila u svakom aspektu, od broja gostiju, duljine njihova boravka do same potrošnje, Ravni kotari pokazali su se kao hit destinacija čije su brojke na razini rekordne 2019. godine. No, ta perspektivna priča nije ni približno iskoristila svoj puni potencijal, što znači da joj uz izvrsnu kvalitetu smještaja te komparativne prednosti podneblja na kojima bazira svoju ponudu, fale dodatni sadržaji poput suvenirnica, kušaonica, adrenalinskih parkova za djecu. Dodatan sadržaj znači i veću pažnju na tradicijsku gastronomiju koju se pokazala kao velika prilika s obzirom na ono što strani gosti traže u doživljaju destinacije. Upravo zato, kako bi se podigla kvaliteta ponude, nužno je udruživanje svih lokalnih dionika uključenih u ovu priču, ali i jača suradnja sa Zadrom kao glavnim centrom koji, kao turistički proizvod, ne može dugoročno opstati bez povezivanja sa svojim zaleđem. Kako je istaknuto na panelu, u toj suradnji na obostranu korist, gosti iz zaleđa punit će grad u pred i postsezoni, a turisti iz Zadra Ravne kotare u srcu sezone, kada je centar prenapučen i vapi za disperzijom.

Nakon panela, predstavljen je europski projekt “Take it slow”, osmišljen s ciljem upravljanja i promocije Jadrana kao održive, zelene i pametne europske turističke regije kroz uspostavu lanca vrijednosti u turizmu prema načelima pametne specijalizacije. Ovaj projekt, koji se temelji na istraživanju načina života kao spoja materijalne i nematerijalne, kulturne i prirodne baštine u suradnji sa znanstvenicima i lokalnom zajednicom kao velikim izvorom znanja, u svom fokusu ima upravo Ravne kotare, kao mikrolokaciju s iznimnim potencijalom za turistički rast. Zato će stručnjaci sa Sveučilišta u Zadru koji sudjeluju u ovom programu organizirati radionice u području pametne specijalizacije na temu „green, slow and sustainable tourism“ te pružiti primjere dobre prakse.

Nakon prezentacije održana je degustacija autohtonih jela Ravnih kotara- prisnaca, priške, vare… - te narodnih nošnji i tradicijskog vokalnog pjevanja tog kraja.

Koliki je potencijal Ravnih kotara, zašto nije iskorišten i kakav turistički proizvod može ponuditi taj kraj? Dodatan sadržaj znači i veću pažnju na tradicijsku gastronomiju koju se pokazala kao velika prilika s obzirom na ono što strani gosti traže u doživljaju destinacije. Upravo zato, kako bi se podigla kvaliteta ponude, nužno je udruživanje svih lokalnih dionika uključenih u ovu priču, ali i jača suradnja sa Zadrom kao glavnim centrom koji, kao turistički proizvod, ne može dugoročno opstati bez povezivanja sa svojim zaleđem. Kako je istaknuto na panelu, u toj suradnji na obostranu korist, gosti iz zaleđa punit će grad u pred i postsezoni, a turisti iz Zadra Ravne kotare u srcu sezone, kada je centar prenapučen i vapi za disperzijom.
