Izvanraspravno vijeće Županijskog suda u Zadru potvrdilo je optužnicu protiv dvojice bivših direktora Nauta Lamjane, Dražena Špinderka (55) i Željka Faina (54), te direktora splitske tvrtke Texo d.o.o. Anđelka Žaknića (38).

Optužnicom Županijskog državnog odvjetništva (ŽDO) iz 2015. godine Špinderk, Fain i Žaknić kao odgovorne osobe u Nauta Lamjani i Texou terete se da su zloporabili svoj položaj, te iz imovine ugljanskog škvera isplaćivali novčana sredstva na ime nepostojećih usluga i radova čime su pribavili nepripadajuću imovinsku korist, a škveru pričinili materijalnu štetu veću od milijun kuna.

Kaznena djela počinili su od 2003. do 2007. godine koristeći svoje položaje predsjednika uprave jednog društva i članova uprave tog društva, te tako što su sklapajući ugovore s drugim društvima oštetili to isto društvo za ukupan iznos od 1,294.763,79 kuna. Među društvima s kojima su sklapali ugovore jesu i društva u vlasništvu drugookrivljenika i trećeokrivljenika.

Špinderk je u sudskom postupku u listopadu 2011. godine dao lažan iskaz što je za posljedicu imalo pogrešno utvrđivanje činjenica bitnih za taj postupak čime je zapravo širom otvorio vrata stečaju Nauta Lamjane.

Izvanraspravno vijeće Županijskog suda u Zadru potvrdilo je optužnicu protiv dvojice bivših direktora Nauta Lamjane, Dražena Špinderka (55) i Željka Faina (54), te direktora splitske tvrtke Texo d.o.o. Anđelka Žaknića (38).

Optužnicom Županijskog državnog odvjetništva (ŽDO) iz 2015. godine Špinderk, Fain i Žaknić kao odgovorne osobe u Nauta Lamjani i Texou terete se da su zloporabili svoj položaj, te iz imovine ugljanskog škvera isplaćivali novčana sredstva na ime nepostojećih usluga i radova čime su pribavili nepripadajuću imovinsku korist, a škveru pričinili materijalnu štetu veću od milijun kuna.

Kaznena djela počinili su od 2003. do 2007. godine koristeći svoje položaje predsjednika uprave jednog društva i članova uprave tog društva, te tako što su sklapajući ugovore s drugim društvima oštetili to isto društvo za ukupan iznos od 1,294.763,79 kuna. Među društvima s kojima su sklapali ugovore jesu i društva u vlasništvu drugookrivljenika i trećeokrivljenika.

Špinderk je u sudskom postupku u listopadu 2011. godine dao lažan iskaz što je za posljedicu imalo pogrešno utvrđivanje činjenica bitnih za taj postupak čime je zapravo širom otvorio vrata stečaju Nauta Lamjane.

Potvrđena optužnica protiv bivših direktora Nauta Lamjane
