Primjer takve (potencijalne) transakcije dolazi iz Like, jer je Osnovna škola "Zrinskih i Frankopana" iz Otočca upravo oglasila prodaju dvaju stanova u Vrhovinama, pojedinačne površine 57,5 i 32 četvorna metra. Početna cijena većeg prostora iznosi 22.430 eura, što znači da se kvadrat nudi po 393,5 eura, dok se manji prostor traže 9622 eura ili 382 eura po četvornom metru.

Tko kaže da se u Hrvatskoj ne može kupiti stan za 10 ili 20 tisuća eura? Da su cijene nekretnina odletjele u nebo i postale nepristupačne većini "običnih" građana?

Primjer takve (potencijalne) transakcije dolazi iz Like, jer je Osnovna škola "Zrinskih i Frankopana" iz Otočca upravo oglasila prodaju dvaju stanova u Vrhovinama, pojedinačne površine 57,5 i 32 četvorna metra. Početna cijena većeg prostora iznosi 22.430 eura, što znači da se kvadrat nudi po 393,5 eura, dok se manji prostor traže 9622 eura ili 382 eura po četvornom metru.

Tko kaže da se u Hrvatskoj ne može kupiti stan za 10 ili 20 tisuća eura? Da su cijene nekretnina odletjele u nebo i postale nepristupačne većini "običnih" građana?

Primjer takve (potencijalne) transakcije dolazi iz Like, jer je Osnovna škola "Zrinskih i Frankopana" iz Otočca upravo oglasila prodaju dvaju stanova u Vrhovinama, pojedinačne površine 57,5 i 32 četvorna metra. Početna cijena većeg prostora iznosi 22.430 eura, što znači da se kvadrat nudi po 393,5 eura, dok se manji prostor traže 9622 eura ili 382 eura po četvornom metru.

Potencijalni kupci dužni su svoje pisane ponude poslati do 9. veljače na adresu otočačke osmoljetke, i to s dokumentacijom koja se u zatvorenoj omotnici predaje ili šalje na adresu: Osnovna škola "Zrinskih i Frankopana", Povjerenstvo za provedbu javnog natječaja za prodaju nekretnina, Kralja Zvonimira 15, 53220 Otočac.
