Predsjednik Uprave HEP-a Frane Barbarić još uvijek nije srušio svoju bespravno izgrađenu kuću na Hvaru, javlja N1 Televizija.

Budući da još nije uklonio bespravnu građevinu, Barbarić je od Državnog inspektorata dobio i prvu novčanu kaznu. Ta bi ga kazna trebala prisiliti da izvrši Rješenje o uklanjanju, pojašnjavaju iz Državnog inspektorata.

Prema Zakonu o Državnom inspektoratu, nezakonitog graditelja na izvršenje rješenja o uklanjanju prisiljava se izricanjem tri novčane kazne. Dakle, Barbarić nakon ove prve, može dobiti još dvije. “Ukoliko investitor ni tada ne postupi po Rješenju, izvršenju rješenja pristupit će se putem treće osobe na trošak investitora”, navodi Državni inspektorata.

Ako Barbarić ni nakon tri kazne ne ukloni bespravnu vilu, uklonit će je država, a on će to uklanjanje platiti.

Kad su mediji u svibnju otkrili da je na poljoprivrednom zemljištu izgradio vilu, Barbarić je rekao da se radi samo o rekonstrukciji starog objekta i da zato nije ni tražio građevinsku dozvolu jer je ona nepotrebna. Ubrzo mu je, međutim, stigao demanti iz Upravnog odjel za graditeljstvo i prostorno uređenje Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.

Naime, kuća je u drugačijim gabaritima nego stari objekt, s drugačijim krovom, postoje dogradnje, napravljena je dodatna kućica, bazen i znatno promijenjen izgled okoliša na parceli.

Predsjednik Uprave HEP-a Frane Barbarić još uvijek nije srušio svoju bespravno izgrađenu kuću na Hvaru, javlja N1 Televizija.

Budući da još nije uklonio bespravnu građevinu, Barbarić je od Državnog inspektorata dobio i prvu novčanu kaznu. Ta bi ga kazna trebala prisiliti da izvrši Rješenje o uklanjanju, pojašnjavaju iz Državnog inspektorata.

Prema Zakonu o Državnom inspektoratu, nezakonitog graditelja na izvršenje rješenja o uklanjanju prisiljava se izricanjem tri novčane kazne. Dakle, Barbarić nakon ove prve, može dobiti još dvije. “Ukoliko investitor ni tada ne postupi po Rješenju, izvršenju rješenja pristupit će se putem treće osobe na trošak investitora”, navodi Državni inspektorata.

Ako Barbarić ni nakon tri kazne ne ukloni bespravnu vilu, uklonit će je država, a on će to uklanjanje platiti.

Kad su mediji u svibnju otkrili da je na poljoprivrednom zemljištu izgradio vilu, Barbarić je rekao da se radi samo o rekonstrukciji starog objekta i da zato nije ni tražio građevinsku dozvolu jer je ona nepotrebna. Ubrzo mu je, međutim, stigao demanti iz Upravnog odjel za graditeljstvo i prostorno uređenje Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.

Naime, kuća je u drugačijim gabaritima nego stari objekt, s drugačijim krovom, postoje dogradnje, napravljena je dodatna kućica, bazen i znatno promijenjen izgled okoliša na parceli.

Šef HEP-a još uvijek nije srušio bespravno izgrađenu kuću na Hvaru, stigla mu prva kazna

Predsjednik Uprave HEP-a Frane Barbarić još uvijek nije srušio svoju bespravno izgrađenu kuću na Hvaru, javlja N1 Televizija.

Budući da još nije uklonio bespravnu građevinu, Barbarić je od Državnog inspektorata dobio i prvu novčanu kaznu. Ta bi ga kazna trebala prisiliti da izvrši Rješenje o uklanjanju, pojašnjavaju iz Državnog inspektorata.

Prema Zakonu o Državnom inspektoratu, nezakonitog graditelja na izvršenje rješenja o uklanjanju prisiljava se izricanjem tri novčane kazne. Dakle, Barbarić nakon ove prve, može dobiti još dvije. “Ukoliko investitor ni tada ne postupi po Rješenju, izvršenju rješenja pristupit će se putem treće osobe na trošak investitora”, navodi Državni inspektorata.

Ako Barbarić ni nakon tri kazne ne ukloni bespravnu vilu, uklonit će je država, a on će to uklanjanje platiti.

Kad su mediji u svibnju otkrili da je na poljoprivrednom zemljištu izgradio vilu, Barbarić je rekao da se radi samo o rekonstrukciji starog objekta i da zato nije ni tražio građevinsku dozvolu jer je ona nepotrebna. Ubrzo mu je, međutim, stigao demanti iz Upravnog odjel za graditeljstvo i prostorno uređenje Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.

Naime, kuća je u drugačijim gabaritima nego stari objekt, s drugačijim krovom, postoje dogradnje, napravljena je dodatna kućica, bazen i znatno promijenjen izgled okoliša na parceli.
