U Velebitskom kanalu kod Paga ulovljen je najveći škamp ikada, dugačak 43 centimetra i težak 350 grama, javlja portal Na udici. Škampa je uhvatio Tome Šarić iz Šarić Drage, profesionalni ribar koji već punih 40 godine lovi isključivo škampe u Velebitskom kanalu, prenosi Radio Pag.
- Ovaj moj posao nije ni lak ni jednostavan. Velebitski kanal ima maksimalnu dubinu oko 70 metara, a škampi se drže na dubinama od 40 do 45, a nekad i na 60 metara. E sad, triba ih naći jer sve zavisi o dobu godine, vitru, kurentima pa i potresu koji ih zna zatrpati na dnu. A onda kad ih se zatrpa, triba neko vrime da se sve smiri pa da se oni opet pojave i postanu aktivni-priča nam Tome.
- Imam tri stotine vrša i dok ih sve obiđem to traje. Uvik na more idem sam, ali srićom, imam puretić pa to ipak hidraulika odradi. Nije me strah jer su tu godine iskustva tako da znam pripoznati buru i kad je još daleko...

Premda je prije bio dosta prorijeđen, škamp se u posljednje tri-četiri godine dobro oporavio. Prije je na vršama bilo dozvoljeno oko od 14 do 16 milimetara, a sada je 18.
- Ja na svojim vršama, bez obzira na to imam oko od 20 milimetara. Puštam da mali škamp izađe, a da ostane samo veći. Niti se meni isplati loviti male, niti je za škampe dobro da se izlove tako sitni. Triba se ipak malo pobrinuti za to naše nesretno podmorje. Tako sam dan-dva prije Uskrsa, u jednoj vrši, tu, prema Paškom mostu, diga jednoga koji se baš i ne viđa svakog dana. Bija je ukupno dug nevjerojatnih 43 centimetra i težak 350 grama! Eto, možda može biti zanimljiv...
Novinar Boris Bulić, specijaliziran za ribarstvo, navodi kako je ovaj ulov vrlo zanimljiv jer škamp (Nephrops norvegicus, Linnaeus, 1758) može službeno narasti samo do 25 centimetara, što je kao i za sve rakove dužina od vrha rostruma (vrha roščića na glavopršnjaku) do repa, a Tomin je ulov u toj dimenziji za 5 milimetara duži. To je nedvojbeno novi rekord Jadrana, ali i svjetski rekord!, prenosi Radio Pag.

U Velebitskom kanalu kod Paga ulovljen je najveći škamp ikada, dugačak 43 centimetra i težak 350 grama, javlja portal Na udici. Škampa je uhvatio Tome Šarić iz Šarić Drage, profesionalni ribar koji već punih 40 godine lovi isključivo škampe u Velebitskom kanalu, prenosi Radio Pag.
- Ovaj moj posao nije ni lak ni jednostavan. Velebitski kanal ima maksimalnu dubinu oko 70 metara, a škampi se drže na dubinama od 40 do 45, a nekad i na 60 metara. E sad, triba ih naći jer sve zavisi o dobu godine, vitru, kurentima pa i potresu koji ih zna zatrpati na dnu. A onda kad ih se zatrpa, triba neko vrime da se sve smiri pa da se oni opet pojave i postanu aktivni-priča nam Tome.
- Imam tri stotine vrša i dok ih sve obiđem to traje. Uvik na more idem sam, ali srićom, imam puretić pa to ipak hidraulika odradi. Nije me strah jer su tu godine iskustva tako da znam pripoznati buru i kad je još daleko...

Premda je prije bio dosta prorijeđen, škamp se u posljednje tri-četiri godine dobro oporavio. Prije je na vršama bilo dozvoljeno oko od 14 do 16 milimetara, a sada je 18.
- Ja na svojim vršama, bez obzira na to imam oko od 20 milimetara. Puštam da mali škamp izađe, a da ostane samo veći. Niti se meni isplati loviti male, niti je za škampe dobro da se izlove tako sitni. Triba se ipak malo pobrinuti za to naše nesretno podmorje. Tako sam dan-dva prije Uskrsa, u jednoj vrši, tu, prema Paškom mostu, diga jednoga koji se baš i ne viđa svakog dana. Bija je ukupno dug nevjerojatnih 43 centimetra i težak 350 grama! Eto, možda može biti zanimljiv...
Novinar Boris Bulić, specijaliziran za ribarstvo, navodi kako je ovaj ulov vrlo zanimljiv jer škamp (Nephrops norvegicus, Linnaeus, 1758) može službeno narasti samo do 25 centimetara, što je kao i za sve rakove dužina od vrha rostruma (vrha roščića na glavopršnjaku) do repa, a Tomin je ulov u toj dimenziji za 5 milimetara duži. To je nedvojbeno novi rekord Jadrana, ali i svjetski rekord!, prenosi Radio Pag.
