Na stranicama KK Zadar objavljen je intervju s košarkašem Lukom Božićem kojeg prenosimo u cijelosti.

Pet puta MVP kola AdmiralBet ABA lige. Najbolji strijelac lige s 26 poena po utakmici. Prosječna valorizacija u prvih 10 kola 36,2, s tim da su sljedeća dvojica na valorizaciji 21,5 i 20,1. Treći skakakč, šesti asistent lige u kojoj se natječu euroligaši i EuroCup momčadi. Vlasnik prvog triple-doublea nakon 13 godina, trećeg uopće u ovom natjecanju. S tim da su njegovi prethodnici imali u svim kategorijama imali između 10 i 12 poena, skokova i asistencija, a on je protiv Splita  završio s 28 poena i 14 skokova.

– Meni je najbitnije da smo mi pobijedili u pet utakmica, da nismo nigdje kiksali, da su još neke mogle otići u našu korist. Dan za danom pokušavam biti što bolji, što više trenirati, usrećiti navijače i ljude oko sebe govori Božić uoči utakmice koju Zadar u petak igra s Borcem Mozzartom iz Čačka. Prilika je to da navijači još jednom odaju počast momčadi koja ih ove godine oduševljava igrama i stavom u svim utakmicama.

– Naša kemija dolazi od činjenice da smo ostali na okupu od prošle godine, a trener Jusup odabrao je igrače koji su dobri i pametni momci. Kužimo jedni druge, sada nam dolazi i Juan koji je veliki pozitivac, to je veliki plus za nas.

S trenerom Jusupom radio je u više sredina, u Zagrebu, Širokom i Zadru. Ni ta „kemija“ nije slučajna.

– Već dugo sam s njim, imamo sličan karakter, razumijemo se. Više mrzimo gubiti nego što volimo pobjeđivati, tu smo se našli. Ja poštujem njega, on poštuje mene, slušam što govori, to dobro ide.

Iako česti drži emocije u sebi, ponijelo ga je nakon velike pobjede u Splitu. Na fotografijama je ostalo kako povlači dres, gestikulira cijelim tijelom i pokazuje koliko mu je bilo stalo do tog rezultata.

– Nisam toliko emotivan tip, ali Split nam je prošle godine bio vruć teren, puno smo utakmica gubili tamo. Uspjeli smo to promijeniti, baš mi je puno značila ta pobjeda, dobili smo još jednu injekciju samopouzdanja.

Zbog svojih igara, ali i karaktera, omiljen je u gradu u kojemu ga ne zovu ni Božićem, ni Lukom, nego – MVP!

– To je zbilja posebna priča, teško je objasniti  tu ljubav nekome tko ne dođe ovdje i vidi što se događa u Zadru, kakav je to grad.  Uvijek govorim da sam ovdje domaći, tako se osjećam i drago mi je zbog toga.

Slobodno vrijeme nije toliko uzbudljivo kao ovo košarkaško.

– Buđenje, trening, hrana, odmor, trening, odmor, spavanje, nema puno zanimljivog.

Kada stigne, draže mu je pročitati knjigu nego pogledati film, a omiljeni autor mu je Charles Bukowski. Nema posebnih planova za Božić i Novu godinu, uostalom na Badnjak Zadar igra s Partizanom na Višnjiku.

– Život sportaša je takav da gleda od treninga do treninga, od utakmice do utakmice. Ja sad gledam samo kako ćemo pobijediti Borac, a što će biti za Božić ili Novu godinu, Bog zna. Pozivam navijače da dođu u petak i podrže nas da pokušamo pobijediti u ovoj za nas izuzetno važnoj utakmici!

Treći skakakč, šesti asistent lige u kojoj se natječu euroligaši i EuroCup momčadi. Vlasnik prvog triple-doublea nakon 13 godina, trećeg uopće u ovom natjecanju. S tim da su njegovi prethodnici imali u svim kategorijama imali između 10 i 12 poena, skokova i asistencija, a on je protiv Splita  završio s 28 poena i 14 skokova.

Dame i gospodo, MVP Luka Božić!

– Meni je najbitnije da smo mi pobijedili u pet utakmica, da nismo nigdje kiksali, da su još neke mogle otići u našu korist. Dan za danom pokušavam biti što bolji, što više trenirati, usrećiti navijače i ljude oko sebe govori Božić uoči utakmice koju Zadar u petak igra s Borcem Mozzartom iz Čačka. Prilika je to da navijači još jednom odaju počast momčadi koja ih ove godine oduševljava igrama i stavom u svim utakmicama.

– Naša kemija dolazi od činjenice da smo ostali na okupu od prošle godine, a trener Jusup odabrao je igrače koji su dobri i pametni momci. Kužimo jedni druge, sada nam dolazi i Juan koji je veliki pozitivac, to je veliki plus za nas.

S trenerom Jusupom radio je u više sredina, u Zagrebu, Širokom i Zadru. Ni ta „kemija“ nije slučajna.

– Već dugo sam s njim, imamo sličan karakter, razumijemo se. Više mrzimo gubiti nego što volimo pobjeđivati, tu smo se našli. Ja poštujem njega, on poštuje mene, slušam što govori, to dobro ide.

Iako česti drži emocije u sebi, ponijelo ga je nakon velike pobjede u Splitu. Na fotografijama je ostalo kako povlači dres, gestikulira cijelim tijelom i pokazuje koliko mu je bilo stalo do tog rezultata.

– Nisam toliko emotivan tip, ali Split nam je prošle godine bio vruć teren, puno smo utakmica gubili tamo. Uspjeli smo to promijeniti, baš mi je puno značila ta pobjeda, dobili smo još jednu injekciju samopouzdanja.

Zbog svojih igara, ali i karaktera, omiljen je u gradu u kojemu ga ne zovu ni Božićem, ni Lukom, nego – MVP!

– To je zbilja posebna priča, teško je objasniti  tu ljubav nekome tko ne dođe ovdje i vidi što se događa u Zadru, kakav je to grad.  Uvijek govorim da sam ovdje domaći, tako se osjećam i drago mi je zbog toga.

Slobodno vrijeme nije toliko uzbudljivo kao ovo košarkaško.

– Buđenje, trening, hrana, odmor, trening, odmor, spavanje, nema puno zanimljivog.

Kada stigne, draže mu je pročitati knjigu nego pogledati film, a omiljeni autor mu je Charles Bukowski. Nema posebnih planova za Božić i Novu godinu, uostalom na Badnjak Zadar igra s Partizanom na Višnjiku.

– Život sportaša je takav da gleda od treninga do treninga, od utakmice do utakmice. Ja sad gledam samo kako ćemo pobijediti Borac, a što će biti za Božić ili Novu godinu, Bog zna. Pozivam navijače da dođu u petak i podrže nas da pokušamo pobijediti u ovoj za nas izuzetno važnoj utakmici!

Na stranicama KK Zadar objavljen je intervju s košarkašem Lukom Božićem kojeg prenosimo u cijelosti.

Pet puta MVP kola AdmiralBet ABA lige. Najbolji strijelac lige s 26 poena po utakmici. Prosječna valorizacija u prvih 10 kola 36,2, s tim da su sljedeća dvojica na valorizaciji 21,5 i 20,1.
