Ovo je vrlo vjerojatno posljednja godina u kojoj će domaći potrošači putem interneta moći kupovati jeftine maskice za mobitel i ostale potrepštine iz Kine, a da pritom na naručenu robu ne moraju plaćati PDV.

Naime, najvjerojatnije od iduće godine, Europska unija uvodi nova pravila u sustav naplate PDV-a za prekograničnu internetsku trgovinu kojima će biti ukinuto oslobođenje plaćanja PDV-a za robu do 22 eura naručenu iz zemalja izvan EU, a sve kako bi se pomoglo europskim e-trgovcima.

Stručnjaci Europske komisije tvrde kako to oslobođenje plaćanja PDV-a trgovce izvan EU stavlja u povlašteni položaj u odnosu na europsku konkurenciju, a da ne spominjemo koliko se nenaplaćenog poreza godišnje baca u vjetar.

Prema službenoj statistici EU, svake godine u Uniju se iz zemalja trećeg svijeta uveze 150 milijuna paketa pojedinačne vrijednosti manje od 22 eura, a mnogi od tih paketa, upozoravaju stručnjaci, zapravo sadrže lažno deklariranu, ali puno vredniju robu poput smartphonea, tableta i ostalih skupih elektroničkih uređaja.

Da se praksa često zloupotrebljava pokazuju i podaci iz Hrvatske pošte. Putem te državne tvrtke u Hrvatsku je u 2017. iz trećih zemalja uvezeno 9,5 milijuna pošiljaka male i veće vrijednosti, od čega je Carinska uprava u carinsku prijavu prijavila ukupno 87.810 paketa.

Neke zemlje EU takvim će sustavom izgubiti na prihodima (procjena je da će Luksemburg takvom naplatom izgubiti oko 800 milijuna eura, tj. 1,5 posto BDP-a), dok bi Francuskoj i Velikoj Britaniji prihodi trebali rasti za 200 odnosno 400 milijuna eura na godinu.

Ovo je vrlo vjerojatno posljednja godina u kojoj će domaći potrošači putem interneta moći kupovati jeftine maskice za mobitel i ostale potrepštine iz Kine, a da pritom na naručenu robu ne moraju plaćati PDV.

Naime, najvjerojatnije od iduće godine, Europska unija uvodi nova pravila u sustav naplate PDV-a za prekograničnu internetsku trgovinu kojima će biti ukinuto oslobođenje plaćanja PDV-a za robu do 22 eura naručenu iz zemalja izvan EU, a sve kako bi se pomoglo europskim e-trgovcima.

Stručnjaci Europske komisije tvrde kako to oslobođenje plaćanja PDV-a trgovce izvan EU stavlja u povlašteni položaj u odnosu na europsku konkurenciju, a da ne spominjemo koliko se nenaplaćenog poreza godišnje baca u vjetar.

Prema službenoj statistici EU, svake godine u Uniju se iz zemalja trećeg svijeta uveze 150 milijuna paketa pojedinačne vrijednosti manje od 22 eura, a mnogi od tih paketa, upozoravaju stručnjaci, zapravo sadrže lažno deklariranu, ali puno vredniju robu poput smartphonea, tableta i ostalih skupih elektroničkih uređaja.

Da se praksa često zloupotrebljava pokazuju i podaci iz Hrvatske pošte. Putem te državne tvrtke u Hrvatsku je u 2017. iz trećih zemalja uvezeno 9,5 milijuna pošiljaka male i veće vrijednosti, od čega je Carinska uprava u carinsku prijavu prijavila ukupno 87.810 paketa.

Neke zemlje EU takvim će sustavom izgubiti na prihodima (procjena je da će Luksemburg takvom naplatom izgubiti oko 800 milijuna eura, tj. 1,5 posto BDP-a), dok bi Francuskoj i Velikoj Britaniji prihodi trebali rasti za 200 odnosno 400 milijuna eura na godinu.
