Pomno odabrane riječi u izjavi kraljevske palače o narušenom zdravlju kraljice Elizabete II. daju naslutiti "da se nešto ozbiljno događa", rekao je u četvrtak za BBC Richard Sumner, bivši izvjestitelj iz Buckinghamske palače.

Nešto ranije Buckinghamska palača priopćila je da su liječnici zabrinuti za zdravlje 96-godišnje britanske kraljice Elizabete i da je pod liječničkim nadzorom.

"Palača uvijek daje šture, ublažene izjave i zbog toga sam od početka sumnjao da je riječ o nečemu više osim problema s kretanjem", rekao je.

"Osim što je u pitanju visoka dob kraljice, moguće je postoje i drugi složeni medicinski problemi", rekao je Sumner.

"Prirodno je da osoba od 96 godina ne može imati zdravlje 25-godišnjaka", dodao je.

"Nadajmo se da je to prolazna oluja koju je moguće prebroditi, no sudeći prema pomno odabranim riječima Palače nešto se ozbiljno događa", rekao je Sumner.

"Ljudi koji su se sretali s kraljicom kažu da je mentalno bistra i još vrlo zainteresirana za sve", dodao je.

"Osim što je u pitanju visoka dob kraljice, moguće je postoje i drugi složeni medicinski problemi", rekao je Sumner.

"Prirodno je da osoba od 96 godina ne može imati zdravlje 25-godišnjaka", dodao je.

"Nadajmo se da je to prolazna oluja koju je moguće prebroditi, no sudeći prema pomno odabranim riječima Palače nešto se ozbiljno događa", rekao je Sumner.

"Ljudi koji su se sretali s kraljicom kažu da je mentalno bistra i još vrlo zainteresirana za sve", dodao je.
