Odricanje. Bila bi to najbolja riječ za opisati veliki uspjeh Maria Božića koji je nedavno osvojio titulu apsolutnog pobjednika u body buildingu na Državnom prvenstvu u Puli. 

Ovom 33-godišnjem Zagrepčaninu koji je metropolu, zbog ljubavi, zamijenio Zadrom, trebale su dvije godine priprema kako bi pobijedio u svojoj kategoriji te ujedno odnio naslov apsolutnog pobjednika.

Da stvar bude zanimljivija, Mariu je ovo prvo natjecanje!

- Mnogi koji nisu u ovom sportu čude se kad im kažem da sam se za ovo prvo natjecanje spremao preko dvije godine, ali vjerujte mi, za cijelu transformaciju tijela potrebno vam je jako puno vremena, dosta izvagane hrane i pametnih treninga – uz osmijeh govori Mario te ističe kako, iako se radi o natjecanju amatera, ukoliko želite kvalitetne rezultate morate biti spremni na mnogo odricanja.

Mario, inače trener u poznatoj zadarskoj teretani, naglasio je kako za ovaj uspjeh velika zahvala ide njegovoj ženi, Ivani.

- Posljednjih mjesec dana prije natjecanja, kad ste već pomalo na rubu snaga zbog sve intenzivnijih priprema i tijelo vam se ”gasi”, Ivana mi je zaista bila velika podrška. Kuhala je i pripremala sve potrebne obroke. Zaista je imala živaca jer, moram naglasiti, body building je dosta sebičan sport. Gledate samo na svoje potrebe jer zbog pravilne izgradnje mišića morate na sve paziti. Sve što radite ulažete u rast i razvoj tijela i jednostavno se ne stignete posvetiti nikome drugome – govori te ističe kako bi odradio smjenu u teretani, a onda mi odmah krenuo s treninzima. Čak je i svoje privatne klijente morao staviti na ”čekanje” zbog ovog natjecanja.

- Velike zahvale idu i Adoniju Gostu, mom treneru, novopečenom profesionalcu u IFBB, višestrukom prvaku države, bodybuilderu koji je osvojio sve što se osvojiti dalo - zahvaljuje Mario.

Mariu dan počinje u pet, slijedi cardio trening, a onda zdravi doručak. Jede se po pet do sedam obroka dnevno i apsolutno se svaki gram važe. Gdje god bio, obrok, ako treba, ide s njim. Nema varanja, nema preskakanja. 

- Ustrajnost je ključ. S obzirom na to da sam ja za ovaj sport već pomalo i ”u godinama” trebam još više raditi. Za sada je plan ostati u amaterima jer mislim da u tim vodama mogu itekako dobro plivati. Nakon ovog natjecanja dao sam si oduška pa sam, kao pravi gurman, uživao u nekoliko dana fine spize, a sad se već lagano počinjem pripremati da za daljnja natjecanja. Dugoročni mi je cilj nakon dobih rezultata na regionalnim natjecanjima, popeti se na krov Europe – zaključuje ovaj ambiciozni bodybuilder za kojeg vjerujemo da ćete još čuti.

Odricanje. Bila bi to najbolja riječ za opisati veliki uspjeh Maria Božića koji je nedavno osvojio titulu apsolutnog pobjednika u body buildingu na Državnom prvenstvu u Puli. 

Ovom 33-godišnjem Zagrepčaninu koji je metropolu, zbog ljubavi, zamijenio Zadrom, trebale su dvije godine priprema kako bi pobijedio u svojoj kategoriji te ujedno odnio naslov apsolutnog pobjednika.

Da stvar bude zanimljivija, Mariu je ovo prvo natjecanje!

- Da, prvo pa odmah zlato – smije se te dodaje:

- Mnogi koji nisu u ovom sportu čude se kad im kažem da sam se za ovo prvo natjecanje spremao preko dvije godine, ali vjerujte mi, za cijelu transformaciju tijela potrebno vam je jako puno vremena, dosta izvagane hrane i pametnih treninga – uz osmijeh govori Mario te ističe kako, iako se radi o natjecanju amatera, ukoliko želite kvalitetne rezultate morate biti spremni na mnogo odricanja.

Mario, inače trener u poznatoj zadarskoj teretani, naglasio je kako za ovaj uspjeh velika zahvala ide njegovoj ženi, Ivani.

- Posljednjih mjesec dana prije natjecanja, kad ste već pomalo na rubu snaga zbog sve intenzivnijih priprema i tijelo vam se ”gasi”, Ivana mi je zaista bila velika podrška. Kuhala je i pripremala sve potrebne obroke. Zaista je imala živaca jer, moram naglasiti, body building je dosta sebičan sport. Gledate samo na svoje potrebe jer zbog pravilne izgradnje mišića morate na sve paziti. Sve što radite ulažete u rast i razvoj tijela i jednostavno se ne stignete posvetiti nikome drugome – govori te ističe kako bi odradio smjenu u teretani, a onda mi odmah krenuo s treninzima. Čak je i svoje privatne klijente morao staviti na ”čekanje” zbog ovog natjecanja.

- Velike zahvale idu i Adoniju Gostu, mom treneru, novopečenom profesionalcu u IFBB, višestrukom prvaku države, bodybuilderu koji je osvojio sve što se osvojiti dalo - zahvaljuje Mario.

Mariu dan počinje u pet, slijedi cardio trening, a onda zdravi doručak. Jede se po pet do sedam obroka dnevno i apsolutno se svaki gram važe. Gdje god bio, obrok, ako treba, ide s njim. Nema varanja, nema preskakanja. 

- Ustrajnost je ključ. S obzirom na to da sam ja za ovaj sport već pomalo i ”u godinama” trebam još više raditi. Za sada je plan ostati u amaterima jer mislim da u tim vodama mogu itekako dobro plivati. Nakon ovog natjecanja dao sam si oduška pa sam, kao pravi gurman, uživao u nekoliko dana fine spize, a sad se već lagano počinjem pripremati da za daljnja natjecanja. Dugoročni mi je cilj nakon dobih rezultata na regionalnim natjecanjima, popeti se na krov Europe – zaključuje ovaj ambiciozni bodybuilder za kojeg vjerujemo da ćete još čuti.
