Najpoznatiji otok zadarskog arhipelaga, jedinstveni Galešnjak i dalje je na prodaju, točnije njegov dio, ali od posljednje objave povećana je kvadratura obuhvata ponuđenog kupcima i cijena te sada iznosi 13 milijuna eura za 40 tisuća četvornih metara.

Razgovarali smo s Silvestrom Kardumom, predstavnikom prodavatelja, koji je pojasnio što se dogodilo.

- Istog dana kad smo objavili oglas da naš klijent prodaje svoj dio, javio se susjed i rekao kako se želi uključiti - otkrio je te na naše pitale je li dosad bilo zainteresiranih kupaca odgovorio: 

- Iskreno, bilo ih je puno više nego sam očekivao jer ovo je jedinstveni projekt i mislio sam da se neće puno investitora javiti. Smatram da za ovakav otok treba biti puno kreativniji i izaći iz te svoje poduzetničke komforne zone - pretpostavlja Kardum.

Ekskluzivno nam je otkrio kako u petak odlazi za Italiju na razgovor s mogućim kupcima.   

Podsjetimo, prema postojećem zakonu, na takvoj je površini moguće uz obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo za uzgoj maslina ili vinove loze podići vilu ili restoran površine 400 kvadrata te još 1000 četvornih metara podrumskog prostora.

- Dakle, investicija se sigurno može isplatiti - naglasio je Kardum u prvom razgovoru.

Najpoznatiji otok zadarskog arhipelaga, jedinstveni Galešnjak i dalje je na prodaju, točnije njegov dio, ali od posljednje objave povećana je kvadratura obuhvata ponuđenog kupcima i cijena te sada iznosi 13 milijuna eura za 40 tisuća četvornih metara.

Razgovarali smo s Silvestrom Kardumom, predstavnikom prodavatelja, koji je pojasnio što se dogodilo.

- Istog dana kad smo objavili oglas da naš klijent prodaje svoj dio, javio se susjed i rekao kako se želi uključiti - otkrio je te na naše pitale je li dosad bilo zainteresiranih kupaca odgovorio: 

- Iskreno, bilo ih je puno više nego sam očekivao jer ovo je jedinstveni projekt i mislio sam da se neće puno investitora javiti. Smatram da za ovakav otok treba biti puno kreativniji i izaći iz te svoje poduzetničke komforne zone - pretpostavlja Kardum.

Ekskluzivno nam je otkrio kako u petak odlazi za Italiju na razgovor s mogućim kupcima.   

Podsjetimo, prema postojećem zakonu, na takvoj je površini moguće uz obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo za uzgoj maslina ili vinove loze podići vilu ili restoran površine 400 kvadrata te još 1000 četvornih metara podrumskog prostora.

- Dakle, investicija se sigurno može isplatiti - naglasio je Kardum u prvom razgovoru.

Najpoznatiji otok zadarskog arhipelaga, jedinstveni Galešnjak i dalje je na prodaju, točnije njegov dio, ali od posljednje objave povećana je kvadratura obuhvata ponuđenog kupcima i cijena te sada iznosi 13 milijuna eura za 40 tisuća četvornih metara.

Razgovarali smo s Silvestrom Kardumom, predstavnikom prodavatelja, koji je pojasnio što se dogodilo.

- Istog dana kad smo objavili oglas da naš klijent prodaje svoj dio, javio se susjed i rekao kako se želi uključiti - otkrio je te na naše pitale je li dosad bilo zainteresiranih kupaca odgovorio: 

- Iskreno, bilo ih je puno više nego sam očekivao jer ovo je jedinstveni projekt i mislio sam da se neće puno investitora javiti. Smatram da za ovakav otok treba biti puno kreativniji i izaći iz te svoje poduzetničke komforne zone -...
