Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je, nakon provedenog istraživanja, podiglo optužnicu protiv Stipice Radoša,  bivšeg ravnatelja Srednjoškolskog đačkog doma, zbog počinjenog kaznenog djela protiv službene dužnosti zlouporabom položaja i ovlasti.

Okrivljeniku se stavlja na teret da je od 29. srpnja 2021. do 25. kolovoza 2021., u Zadru, kao ravnatelj jedne javne ustanove u vlasništvu jedinice regionalne (područne) samouprave počinio navedeno kazneno djelo u cilju da se nepripadno materijalno okoristi.

- Tereti ga se da je iskoristio okolnost što je Odlukom načelnika Stožera civilne zaštite Zadarske županije za sprječavanje širenja zaraze korona virusom ta javna ustanova određena kao covid karantena za strane državljane potencijalno oboljele od virusa COVID-19 koji borave na području Zadarske županije te od ukupno 24 korisnika karantene, u odnosu na deset stranih državljana koji su tu bili na taj način smješteni, zatražio da se naknada za usluge smještaja i prehrane, umjesto na žiro račun riznice jedinice regionalne (područne) samouprave, uplati na njegov privatni tekući devizni račun, priopćio je zadarski DORH.

Okrivljenika se tereti i da je u dva slučaja tražio od korisnika karantene da mu plate u gotovini, neistinito predočavajući kako se transakcije u valuti eura ne mogu obaviti preko žiro računa riznice jedinice regionalne (područne) samouprave. Tereti ga se da u cilju prikrivanja takvog postupanja, za pet osoba nije naložio izdavanje fakture za obavljenu uslugu te je tako zadržao za sebe ukupno 16.491,50 kuna, odnosno za taj je iznos oštetio javnu ustanovu u kojoj je obnašao dužnost ravnatelja.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je, nakon provedenog istraživanja, podiglo optužnicu protiv Stipice Radoša,  bivšeg ravnatelja Srednjoškolskog đačkog doma, zbog počinjenog kaznenog djela protiv službene dužnosti zlouporabom položaja i ovlasti.

Okrivljeniku se stavlja na teret da je od 29. srpnja 2021. do 25. kolovoza 2021., u Zadru, kao ravnatelj jedne javne ustanove u vlasništvu jedinice regionalne (područne) samouprave počinio navedeno kazneno djelo u cilju da se nepripadno materijalno okoristi.

- Tereti ga se da je iskoristio okolnost što je Odlukom načelnika Stožera civilne zaštite Zadarske županije za sprječavanje širenja zaraze korona virusom ta javna ustanova određena kao covid karantena za strane državljane potencijalno oboljele od virusa COVID-19 koji borave na području Zadarske županije te od ukupno 24 korisnika karantene, u odnosu na deset stranih državljana koji su tu bili na taj način smješteni, zatražio da se naknada za usluge smještaja i prehrane, umjesto na žiro račun riznice jedinice regionalne (područne) samouprave, uplati na njegov privatni tekući devizni račun, priopćio je zadarski DORH.

Okrivljenika se tereti i da je u dva slučaja tražio od korisnika karantene da mu plate u gotovini, neistinito predočavajući kako se transakcije u valuti eura ne mogu obaviti preko žiro računa riznice jedinice regionalne (područne) samouprave. Tereti ga se da u cilju prikrivanja takvog postupanja, za pet osoba nije naložio izdavanje fakture za obavljenu uslugu te je tako zadržao za sebe ukupno 16.491,50 kuna, odnosno za taj je iznos oštetio javnu ustanovu u kojoj je obnašao dužnost ravnatelja.

DORH podigao optužnicu protiv Stipice Radoša! Srednjoškolski đački dom u Zadru, kojemu je bio ravnatelj, oštetio je za 16.491,50 kuna

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je, nakon provedenog istraživanja, podiglo optužnicu protiv Stipice Radoša,  bivšeg ravnatelja Srednjoškolskog đačkog doma, zbog počinjenog kaznenog djela protiv službene dužnosti zlouporabom položaja i ovlasti.

Okrivljeniku se stavlja na teret da je od 29. srpnja 2021. do 25. kolovoza 2021., u Zadru, kao ravnatelj jedne javne ustanove u vlasništvu jedinice regionalne (područne) samouprave počinio navedeno kazneno djelo u cilju da se nepripadno materijalno okoristi.

- Tereti ga se da je iskoristio okolnost što je Odlukom načelnika Stožera civilne zaštite Zadarske županije za sprječavanje širenja zaraze korona virusom ta javna ustanova određena kao covid karantena za strane državljane potencijalno oboljele od virusa COVID-19 koji borave na području Zadarske županije te od ukupno 24 korisnika karantene, u odnosu na deset stranih državljana koji su tu bili na taj način smješteni, zatražio da se naknada za usluge smještaja i prehrane, umjesto na žiro račun riznice jedinice regionalne (područne) samouprave, uplati na njegov privatni tekući devizni račun, priopćio je zadarski DORH.

Okrivljenika se tereti i da je u dva slučaja tražio od korisnika karantene da mu plate u gotovini, neistinito predočavajući kako se transakcije u valuti eura ne mogu obaviti preko žiro računa riznice jedinice regionalne (područne) samouprave. Tereti ga se da u cilju prikrivanja takvog postupanja, za pet osoba nije naložio izdavanje fakture za obavljenu uslugu te je tako zadržao za sebe ukupno 16.491,50 kuna, odnosno za taj je iznos oštetio javnu ustanovu u kojoj je obnašao dužnost ravnatelja.
