U bliskoj splitskoj okolici uskoro bi se mogla značajno aktivirati i proširiti atraktivna trgovačka zona u kojoj već posluju dva velika tržišna "igrača".
Nakon što je poduzetnik Jozo Parčina posredstvom svoje tvrtke "Regnator" na istočnom dijelu Kaštel Sućurca, nedaleko od Jadranske magistrale i prodajnog centra tvrtke "Metro", kao i onoga kompanije "Fero-term" čija se izgradnja upravo dovršava, prošle godine kupio gotovo 73 tisuče četvornih metara zemljišta, što je potvrdio u razgovoru s našom kolegicom Jadrankom Matić, u neposrednom susjedstvu priprema se još jedna jaka transakcija. Barem kada je u pitanju površina terena...
Naime, Grad Kaštela danas je objavio natječaj za prodaju parcele od 12.639 kvadrata, po početnoj cijeni od 1,94 milijuna eura ili više od 153 eura po četvornom metru, čega se u Kaštelima ne bi posramili ni brojni tereni za stambenu izgradnju, a kamoli oni s propisanom poslovnom, u ovom slučaju pretežito trgovačkom namjenom. Da poveznica s potencijalnim kupcima bude još jača, treba reći da je spomenuto gradsko zemljište gotovo u potpunosti okruženo parcelama čiji je vlasnik - tvrtka Joze Parčine.

Budući da je prije petnaestak godina i globalne krize koja je dobrano nagrizla gospodarstvo, upravo na tom dijelu Sućurca bio planiran veliki prodajni centar, možda čak i dva, bit će zanimljivo pratiti kako će se razvijati priča s kupoprodajom velike gradske parcele. Prethodni vlasnici šireg kompleksa terena nosili su njemački i slovenski potpis, ali s obzirom na činjenicu da se ranije zamišljeni projekti nisu ostvarili, očito je došao red na nove ulagače.
Prema važećem Generalnom urbanističkom planu Kaštela, zemljišta se nalaze između Magistrale (sjeverno) i željezničke pruge Split - Zagreb (južno), i to u zoni pretežito poslovne “K” namjene. To znači da se na tom području smiju graditi poslovni prostori poput trgovačkih, gradske robne kuće i trgovački centri, te poslovni uredski, uslužni i slični sadržaji.
Nadalje mogu se graditi ugostiteljske i građevine za zabavu, javne garaže, sportske površine, građevine javne i društvene namjene.

U bliskoj splitskoj okolici uskoro bi se mogla značajno aktivirati i proširiti atraktivna trgovačka zona u kojoj već posluju dva velika tržišna "igrača".
Nakon što je poduzetnik Jozo Parčina posredstvom svoje tvrtke "Regnator" na istočnom dijelu Kaštel Sućurca, nedaleko od Jadranske magistrale i prodajnog centra tvrtke "Metro", kao i onoga kompanije "Fero-term" čija se izgradnja upravo dovršava, prošle godine kupio gotovo 73 tisuče četvornih metara zemljišta, što je potvrdio u razgovoru s našom kolegicom Jadrankom Matić, u neposrednom susjedstvu priprema se još jedna jaka transakcija. Barem kada je u pitanju površina terena...
Naime, Grad Kaštela danas je objavio natječaj za prodaju parcele od 12.639 kvadrata, po početnoj cijeni od 1,94 milijuna eura ili više od 153 eura po četvornom metru, čega se u Kaštelima ne bi posramili ni brojni tereni za stambenu izgradnju, a kamoli oni s propisanom poslovnom, u ovom slučaju pretežito trgovačkom namjenom. Da poveznica s potencijalnim kupcima bude još jača, treba reći da je spomenuto gradsko zemljište gotovo u potpunosti okruženo parcelama čiji je vlasnik - tvrtka Joze Parčine.

Budući da je prije petnaestak godina i globalne krize koja je dobrano nagrizla gospodarstvo, upravo na tom dijelu Sućurca bio planiran veliki prodajni centar, možda čak i dva, bit će zanimljivo pratiti kako će se razvijati priča s kupoprodajom velike gradske parcele. Prethodni vlasnici šireg kompleksa terena nosili su njemački i slovenski potpis, ali s obzirom na činjenicu da se ranije zamišljeni projekti nisu ostvarili, očito je došao red na nove ulagače.
Prema važećem Generalnom urbanističkom planu Kaštela, zemljišta se nalaze između Magistrale (sjeverno) i željezničke pruge Split - Zagreb (južno), i to u zoni pretežito poslovne “K” namjene. To znači da se na tom području smiju graditi poslovni prostori poput trgovačkih, gradske robne kuće i trgovački centri, te poslovni uredski, uslužni i slični sadržaji.
Nadalje mogu se graditi ugostiteljske i građevine za zabavu, javne garaže, sportske površine, građevine javne i društvene namjene.
