Tko (jako dugo) čeka, taj i dočeka!

Ako je suditi prema strojevima koje smo zatekli ispred bivše "Maraskine" tvornice u Zadru, uskoro bi trebali započeti desetljećima najavljivani radovi na stvaranju budućeg hotela "Hyatt", u vlasništvu turske "Doğuş grupe".

Kako smo doznali od našeg izvora iz te kompanije, započeli su s čišćenjem okoliša te će ubrzo nakon toga uslijediti osiguravanje zgrade koja je u vrlo lošem stanju.

- Budući da je konstrukcija jako stara i zapuštena, prvo ćemo ju kvalitetno osigurati, a zatim ćemo, za nekih desetak dana, imati i službeno otvorenje gradilišta na koje ćemo pozvati sve zadarske medije - rekao nam je izvor te dodao kako se svi u "Doğuş grupi" iznimno vesele početku radova.

- Jako smo zadovoljni što konačno možemo najaviti promjene na bolje! Od danas više nema čekanja ni stajanja, nadamo se da ćemo uskoro Zadrane učini ponosima novim hotelom koji je će zasigurno biti dobar vjetar u leđa turizmu na jednoj višoj razini - zaključio je naš izvor. 

Investicijom "teškom" 120 milijuna eura, hotel bi trebao imati oko 150 soba i apartmana, spa, wellness centar, konferencijsku dvoranu, restorane, barove, te rezidencijalni dio sa 115 stanova koji bi činio "mini grad“ sa restoranima, barovima, trgovinama i drugim zanimljivim sadržajima.

Podsjetimo, jedan od razloga kašnjenja projekta, čija je izgradnja trebala započeti još 2016. godine, je razvoj drugog dijela hotelskog kompleksa. "Doğuş grupa" zajedno s "Hyatt grupom", čekala je razjašnjenje razvoja oko okruženja hotela te već nekoliko godina sudjeluje u natječaju za marinu Zadar i ne skrivaju svoj interes za nju. Jesu li konačno riješili pitanje marine, ostaje za vidjeti...

U Hrvatskoj je "Doğuş grupa" sebe predstavila kao jednog od većih inozemnih investitora, prvo s nautičkim biznisom u Šibeniku, a odmah potom i u Sukošanu te Zadru. Iz hrvatske podružnice turske grupacije svojevremeno su rekli kako u deset godina koliko posluje u Hrvatskoj, turska kompanija je u hrvatski turizam uložila oko 270 milijuna eura.

A marina?

Sredinom 2019. godine tvrtka Crodux, koja je ranije ušla u vlasništvo Tankerkomerca, objavila je namjeru gradnje velikog projekta u blizini Maraske, odnosno od upravne zgrade Tankerkomerca do istoimene marine za koju su potvrdili i iz Dogusa kako je jedan od razloga odgađanja projekta Maraska.

I Dogus je svojevremeno planirao ući u vlasništvo Tankeromerca i projekt hotela Maraska spojiti s Marinom Zadar, no predstečajna nagodba je propala u trenutku kad se ispostavilo da Tankerkomerc ipak nije sigurni budući koncesionar marine i da je rasplet te priče daleko od kraja.

Nedavno smo pisali kako će država će uskoro ući u posjed "Marine Zadar" na temelju pravomoćne presude. Podsjetimo, spor između države i Tankerkomerca pokrenut je prije desetak godina. Tankerkomerc smatra da je temeljem dugogodišnjeg posjeda, korištenja i ulaganja vlasnik marine, a država mu to osporava jer je riječ o pomorskom dobru. Prema zadnjoj presudi iz siječnja 2020. marina je trebala biti vraća u posjed Ministarstvu pomorstva, ali je Tankerkomerc, kojeg je u međuvremenu preuzeo general Ivan Čermak, uložio žalbu koja je u međuvremenu očito riješena u korist Ministarstva. Tankerkomerc s državom inače vodi i spor oko povrata ulaganja u marinu u visini 40 milijuna eura.

Tko (jako dugo) čeka, taj i dočeka!

Ako je suditi prema strojevima koje smo zatekli ispred bivše "Maraskine" tvornice u Zadru, uskoro bi trebali započeti desetljećima najavljivani radovi na stvaranju budućeg hotela "Hyatt", u vlasništvu turske "Doğuş grupe".

Kako smo doznali od našeg izvora iz te kompanije, započeli su s čišćenjem okoliša te će ubrzo nakon toga uslijediti osiguravanje zgrade koja je u vrlo lošem stanju.

- Budući da je konstrukcija jako stara i zapuštena, prvo ćemo ju kvalitetno osigurati, a zatim ćemo, za nekih desetak dana, imati i službeno otvorenje gradilišta na koje ćemo pozvati sve zadarske medije - rekao nam je izvor te dodao kako se svi u "Doğuş grupi" iznimno vesele početku radova.

- Jako smo zadovoljni što konačno možemo najaviti promjene na bolje! Od danas više nema čekanja ni stajanja, nadamo se da ćemo uskoro Zadrane učini ponosima novim hotelom koji je će zasigurno biti dobar vjetar u leđa turizmu na jednoj višoj razini - zaključio je naš izvor. 

Investicijom "teškom" 120 milijuna eura, hotel bi trebao imati oko 150 soba i apartmana, spa, wellness centar, konferencijsku dvoranu, restorane, barove, te rezidencijalni dio sa 115 stanova koji bi činio "mini grad“ sa restoranima, barovima, trgovinama i drugim zanimljivim sadržajima.

Podsjetimo, jedan od razloga kašnjenja projekta, čija je izgradnja trebala započeti još 2016. godine, je razvoj drugog dijela hotelskog kompleksa. "Doğuş grupa" zajedno s "Hyatt grupom", čekala je razjašnjenje razvoja oko okruženja hotela te već nekoliko godina sudjeluje u natječaju za marinu Zadar i ne skrivaju svoj interes za nju. Jesu li konačno riješili pitanje marine, ostaje za vidjeti...

U Hrvatskoj je "Doğuş grupa" sebe predstavila kao jednog od većih inozemnih investitora, prvo s nautičkim biznisom u Šibeniku, a odmah potom i u Sukošanu te Zadru. Iz hrvatske podružnice turske grupacije svojevremeno su rekli kako u deset godina koliko posluje u Hrvatskoj, turska kompanija je u hrvatski turizam uložila oko 270 milijuna eura.

A marina?

Sredinom 2019. godine tvrtka Crodux, koja je ranije ušla u vlasništvo Tankerkomerca, objavila je namjeru gradnje velikog projekta u blizini Maraske, odnosno od upravne zgrade Tankerkomerca do istoimene marine za koju su potvrdili i iz Dogusa kako je jedan od razloga odgađanja projekta Maraska.

I Dogus je svojevremeno planirao ući u vlasništvo Tankeromerca i projekt hotela Maraska spojiti s Marinom Zadar, no predstečajna nagodba je propala u trenutku kad se ispostavilo da Tankerkomerc ipak nije sigurni budući koncesionar marine i da je rasplet te priče daleko od kraja.

Nedavno smo pisali kako će država će uskoro ući u posjed "Marine Zadar" na temelju pravomoćne presude. Podsjetimo, spor između države i Tankerkomerca pokrenut je prije desetak godina. Tankerkomerc smatra da je temeljem dugogodišnjeg posjeda, korištenja i ulaganja vlasnik marine, a država mu to osporava jer je riječ o pomorskom dobru. Prema zadnjoj presudi iz siječnja 2020. marina je trebala biti vraća u posjed Ministarstvu pomorstva, ali je Tankerkomerc, kojeg je u međuvremenu preuzeo general Ivan Čermak, uložio žalbu koja je u međuvremenu očito riješena u korist Ministarstva. Tankerkomerc s državom inače vodi i spor oko povrata ulaganja u marinu u visini 40 milijuna eura.
