Nekretninski biznis cvjeta na svim stranama Dalmacije, a preostale lokacije u velikim gradovima, odnosno županijskim središtima, posebno su na cijeni.
Osim stambene izgradnje, na nove kvadrate ciljaju i poslovnjaci, pa se za svaki takav projekt relativno lako pronalaze kupci.
Jedna od investicija uskoro će se ostvariti na lokaciji bivše tvornice boja i lakova "Astra Dubravka", u strogom poslovnom centru Dubrovnika, gdje počinje izgradnja luksuznog stambeno-poslovnog centra "Astra".
Realizacijom tog objekta u predjelu Gruž će se konačno napraviti krupan krupni iskorak prema rješavanja problema zapuštenih parcela koje već dugo djeluju kao "prst u oko" urbanog tkiva grada.
Uvidom u projekt i računalne simulacije budućeg izgleda kompleksa razvidno je kako su planirane dvije poslovne i četiri stambene etaže od kojih će potonje, na jednoj od etaža imati park, ali i bazene!
Tako će Gruž kao nekadašnje industrijsko i prometno središte Dubrovnika dobiti još ljepši i primjereniji izgled kakav dolikuje suvremenom poslovnom turističkoga grada.
Od Kristine Žilić, članice Uprave dubrovačke tvrtke "Beta nekretnine" koja je investitor projekta, doznali smo kako je Grad, odnosno njegov Upravni odjel za izdavanje i provedbu dokumenata prostornog uređenja i gradnje, još u rujnu 2021. izdao građevinsku dozvolu za izgradnju visoke samostojeće poslovno-stambene građevine uz prethodno uklanjanje postojećih poslovnih objekata na parceli površine 2610 četvornih metara.
- Projektant stambeno-garažno-poslovnog objekta je tvrtka "TAB architecture", a objekt se sastoji od poslovnih prostora u prizemlju i na prvom katu.
Riječ je o ukupno 33 stambene jedinice i 89 garažnih mjesta te prostranom penthouseu s bazenom i taracama na samom vrhu. Stanovi će imati između 44 i 114 kvadrata, a objekt će obilovati zelenilom te će budući stanari imati i privatni park na razini drugog kata - rekla nam je Žilić, naglašavajući kako još nisu formirali cijene stambenih i poslovnih prostora:
- Budući da je riječ o kompleksnom objektu, odlučili smo se na dužu pripremu. Dolazak strojeva na gradilište očekujemo u siječnju, a prilikom građenja koristit ćemo najmodernije materijale.
Očito se u tvrtki osnovanoj 2015. godine drže pučkog pravila "duža priprema - kraća izgradnja". Specijalizirani su za razvoj, izgradnju i upravljanje nekretninama na području cijele Hrvatske, ali su primarno koncentrirani na području juga domovine.
Bave se kupnjom, adaptacijom te iznajmljivanjem i prodajom nekretnina, ali i razvojem projekata od samog početka, a već sad se zna kako će izvođač radova na budućem kompleksu biti tvrtka "Meštar Hendić" koja se već iskazala na izgradnji u Dubrovniku i njegovoj okolici te na otoku Hvaru.

Nekretninski biznis cvjeta na svim stranama Dalmacije, a preostale lokacije u velikim gradovima, odnosno županijskim središtima, posebno su na cijeni.
Osim stambene izgradnje, na nove kvadrate ciljaju i poslovnjaci, pa se za svaki takav projekt relativno lako pronalaze kupci.
Jedna od investicija uskoro će se ostvariti na lokaciji bivše tvornice boja i lakova "Astra Dubravka", u strogom poslovnom centru Dubrovnika, gdje počinje izgradnja luksuznog stambeno-poslovnog centra "Astra".
Realizacijom tog objekta u predjelu Gruž će se konačno napraviti krupan krupni iskorak prema rješavanja problema zapuštenih parcela koje već dugo djeluju kao "prst u oko" urbanog tkiva grada.
Uvidom u projekt i računalne simulacije budućeg izgleda kompleksa razvidno je kako su planirane dvije poslovne i četiri stambene etaže od kojih će potonje, na jednoj od etaža imati park, ali i bazene!
Tako će Gruž kao nekadašnje industrijsko i prometno središte Dubrovnika dobiti još ljepši i primjereniji izgled kakav dolikuje suvremenom poslovnom turističkoga grada.
Od Kristine Žilić, članice Uprave dubrovačke tvrtke "Beta nekretnine" koja je investitor projekta, doznali smo kako je Grad, odnosno njegov Upravni odjel za izdavanje i provedbu dokumenata prostornog uređenja i gradnje, još u rujnu 2021. izdao građevinsku dozvolu za izgradnju visoke samostojeće poslovno-stambene građevine uz prethodno uklanjanje postojećih poslovnih objekata na parceli površine 2610 četvornih metara.
- Projektant stambeno-garažno-poslovnog objekta je tvrtka "TAB architecture", a objekt se sastoji od poslovnih prostora u prizemlju i na prvom katu.
Riječ je o ukupno 33 stambene jedinice i 89 garažnih mjesta te prostranom penthouseu s bazenom i taracama na samom vrhu. Stanovi će imati između 44 i 114 kvadrata, a objekt će obilovati zelenilom te će budući stanari imati i privatni park na razini drugog kata - rekla nam je Žilić, naglašavajući kako još nisu formirali cijene stambenih i poslovnih prostora:
- Budući da je riječ o kompleksnom objektu, odlučili smo se na dužu pripremu. Dolazak strojeva na gradilište očekujemo u siječnju, a prilikom građenja koristit ćemo najmodernije materijale.
Očito se u tvrtki osnovanoj 2015. godine drže pučkog pravila "duža priprema - kraća izgradnja". Specijalizirani su za razvoj, izgradnju i upravljanje nekretninama na području cijele Hrvatske, ali su primarno koncentrirani na području juga domovine.
Bave se kupnjom, adaptacijom te iznajmljivanjem i prodajom nekretnina, ali i razvojem projekata od samog početka, a već sad se zna kako će izvođač radova na budućem kompleksu biti tvrtka "Meštar Hendić" koja se već iskazala na izgradnji u Dubrovniku i njegovoj okolici te na otoku Hvaru.
