Sjećam se kada je prije par mjeseci bio donesen zakon ili možda zakonski akt prema kojemu knjižica vozila, tzv. bijela knjižica, od 1. srpnja prestaje biti dokument o vlasništvu vozila. Riječ je o usklađivanju s aktima Europske unije, pa je od 1. srpnja dokaz o vlasništvu postala prometna knjižica. Petak, slobodan dan. Registracija mi istječe u nedjelju, a u ponedjeljak je praznik.

Odem li obaviti pregled navečer, bit će sigurno krkljanac jer će oni koji su radili pohitati riješiti obavezu, pogotovo ako planiraju produženi vikend. Subota ujutro? Tek će tada biti gužva; subotu će iskoristiti svi kojima se u petak nije dalo. U biti, kad malo promislim, koje god doba izabrao, pogriješit ću. U redu, kapa na glavu, boca vode iz frižidera i malo strpljenja, pa neće valjda puno biti ludih poput mene, pa malo iza podne ići na tehnički?

Ukratko, boca vode je bila malo. Srećom, strateški vrlo pametno smješten u stanici je i kafić, pa se čovjek može dotankavati do mile volje da ne dehidrira. U stvari, najveći je problem ući u vruć auto dok čekaš u redu. Jednom kada auto uđe u hlad, svijet je puno ljepši. Istina, kao treći na redu mislio sam da će sve proteći brže, ali nije baza da se sad nešto previše bunim.

Podvozje O.K., kočnice O.K., brisači, sirena, tekućina za vjetrobran i svjetla O.K., a automobil prolazi i ekotest. Ostavljam ga na suncu, ali me to više nije briga jer moram samo obaviti ostatak papirologije, pa onda doma pod tuš. Znam da mi je prometna ispunjena i da će trebati raditi novu, ali mi na pamet nije palo kako treba donijeti sa sobom i bijelu knjižicu zbog poništenja (spremio sam je na sigurno kada sam je od banke napokon dobio natrag i – da, hvala na pitanju – rate su bile vezane uz švicarce).

“Da ima mjesta, ne bismo Vam radili novu knjižicu do isteka, ali kako je morate mijenjati, onda treba i bijela za dovršenje procedure“, ljubazno mi je objasnila gospođa na registraciji. Sjedni u (vruć) auto, doma iskopaj knjižicu, vrati se, pričekaj red ... A ako ovo čitate u ranijim satima u utorak, opet sam u redu, ovaj put u policijskoj stanici radi ovjere nove prometne. E, i s 35 kuna administrativnih biljega iliti taksenih maraka. Sreća da nije previše vruće.

Sjećam se kada je prije par mjeseci bio donesen zakon ili možda zakonski akt prema kojemu knjižica vozila, tzv. bijela knjižica, od 1. srpnja prestaje biti dokument o vlasništvu vozila. Riječ je o usklađivanju s aktima Europske unije, pa je od 1. srpnja dokaz o vlasništvu postala prometna knjižica. Petak, slobodan dan. Registracija mi istječe u nedjelju, a u ponedjeljak je praznik.

Odem li obaviti pregled navečer, bit će sigurno krkljanac jer će oni koji su radili pohitati riješiti obavezu, pogotovo ako planiraju produženi vikend. Subota ujutro? Tek će tada biti gužva; subotu će iskoristiti svi kojima se u petak nije dalo. U biti, kad malo promislim, koje god doba izabrao, pogriješit ću. U redu, kapa na glavu, boca vode iz frižidera i malo strpljenja, pa neće valjda puno biti ludih poput mene, pa malo iza podne ići na tehnički?

Ukratko, boca vode je bila malo. Srećom, strateški vrlo pametno smješten u stanici je i kafić, pa se čovjek može dotankavati do mile volje da ne dehidrira. U stvari, najveći je problem ući u vruć auto dok čekaš u redu. Jednom kada auto uđe u hlad, svijet je puno ljepši. Istina, kao treći na redu mislio sam da će sve proteći brže, ali nije baza da se sad nešto previše bunim.

Podvozje O.K., kočnice O.K., brisači, sirena, tekućina za vjetrobran i svjetla O.K., a automobil prolazi i ekotest. Ostavljam ga na suncu, ali me to više nije briga jer moram samo obaviti ostatak papirologije, pa onda doma pod tuš. Znam da mi je prometna ispunjena i da će trebati raditi novu, ali mi na pamet nije palo kako treba donijeti sa sobom i bijelu knjižicu zbog poništenja (spremio sam je na sigurno kada sam je od banke napokon dobio natrag i – da, hvala na pitanju – rate su bile vezane uz švicarce).

“Da ima mjesta, ne bismo Vam radili novu knjižicu do isteka, ali kako je morate mijenjati, onda treba i bijela za dovršenje procedure“, ljubazno mi je objasnila gospođa na registraciji. Sjedni u (vruć) auto, doma iskopaj knjižicu, vrati se, pričekaj red ... A ako ovo čitate u ranijim satima u utorak, opet sam u redu, ovaj put u policijskoj stanici radi ovjere nove prometne. E, i s 35 kuna administrativnih biljega iliti taksenih maraka. Sreća da nije previše vruće.
