Osim ako naiđete na zagriženog obožavatelja ribe, obožavatelja manistre i njoka ili duboko uvjerenog vegana, kome god postavite pitanje što bi najradije pojeo za ručak odgovorit će vam - nešto s mesom. Meso može biti savršena poslastica, a može biti i totalno razočaranje. Koji put će ishod ovisiti o samom mesu, a koji put o vašem umijeću. Evo prisjetite se koliko ste puta kupili dobre šnicele ili koji lijepi komad za ispeći pa na kraju niste uživali baš kao što ste zamislili.

Idući put pribjegnite ovoj metodi. Prikladna je i za odreske i za meso koje se priprema u komadu, a osim, jasno, mesa, bit će vam potrebno samo nešto soli i začina te veći komad aluminijske folije. I puno vremena, ali čekanje se isplati.

Sočno pečeno meso

Sastojci:

1-2 kg teletine ili junetine
suho začinsko bilje po izboru
crvena paprika
sol

Priprema:

Pomiješajte sol i začine pa tom smjesom natrljajte meso. Zamotajte meso u aluminijsku foliju i ostavite ga na par sati u hladnjaku.

Nakon toga sve zajedno s folijom stavite u pećnicu zagrijanu na 120 stupnjeva i pecite najmanje četiri sata. Izvadite iz pećnice, oprezno rastvorite manji dio folije pa bocnite meso. Ako ste zadovoljni mekoćom, pustite ga da se odmori barem pola sata prije rezanja, a ako niste, vratite ga u pećnicu na još pola sata do sat.

Osim ako naiđete na zagriženog obožavatelja ribe, obožavatelja manistre i njoka ili duboko uvjerenog vegana, kome god postavite pitanje što bi najradije pojeo za ručak odgovorit će vam - nešto s mesom. Meso može biti savršena poslastica, a može biti i totalno razočaranje. Koji put će ishod ovisiti o samom mesu, a koji put o vašem umijeću. Evo prisjetite se koliko ste puta kupili dobre šnicele ili koji lijepi komad za ispeći pa na kraju niste uživali baš kao što ste zamislili.

Idući put pribjegnite ovoj metodi. Prikladna je i za odreske i za meso koje se priprema u komadu, a osim, jasno, mesa, bit će vam potrebno samo nešto soli i začina te veći komad aluminijske folije. I puno vremena, ali čekanje se isplati.

Sočno pečeno meso

Sastojci:

1-2 kg teletine ili junetine
suho začinsko bilje po izboru
crvena paprika
sol

Priprema:

Pomiješajte sol i začine pa tom smjesom natrljajte meso. Zamotajte meso u aluminijsku foliju i ostavite ga na par sati u hladnjaku.

Nakon toga sve zajedno s folijom stavite u pećnicu zagrijanu na 120 stupnjeva i pecite najmanje četiri sata. Izvadite iz pećnice, oprezno rastvorite manji dio folije pa bocnite meso. Ako ste zadovoljni mekoćom, pustite ga da se odmori barem pola sata prije rezanja, a ako niste, vratite ga u pećnicu na još pola sata do sat.

Osim ako naiđete na zagriženog obožavatelja ribe, obožavatelja manistre i njoka ili duboko uvjerenog vegana, kome god postavite pitanje što bi najradije pojeo za ručak odgovorit će vam - nešto s mesom. Meso može biti savršena poslastica, a može biti i totalno razočaranje. Koji put će ishod ovisiti o samom mesu, a koji put o vašem umijeću. Evo prisjetite se koliko ste puta kupili dobre šnicele ili koji lijepi komad za ispeći pa na kraju niste uživali baš kao što ste zamislili.

Idući put pribjegnite ovoj metodi. Prikladna je i za odreske i za meso koje se priprema u komadu, a osim, jasno, mesa, bit će vam potrebno samo nešto soli i začina te veći komad aluminijske folije. I puno vremena, ali čekanje se isplati.

Sočno pečeno meso

Sastojci:

1-2 kg teletine ili junetine
suho začinsko bilje po izboru
crvena paprika
sol

Priprema:

Pomiješajte sol i začine pa tom smjesom natrljajte meso. Zamotajte meso u aluminijsku foliju i ostavite ga na par sati u hladnjaku.

Nakon toga sve zajedno s folijom stavite u pećnicu zagrijanu na 120 stupnjeva i pecite najmanje četiri sata. Izvadite iz pećnice, oprezno rastvorite manji dio folije pa bocnite meso. Ako ste zadovoljni mekoćom, pustite ga da se odmori barem pola sata prije rezanja, a ako niste, vratite ga u pećnicu na još pola sata do sat.
