Uskoro mu kreće sezona cvatnje, mnogima je omiljen prirodni zaslađivač, a neki će za njim posegnuti i u zdravstvene svrhe. Pogađate, riječ je o bagremu poznatom i kao lažna akacija (Robinia pseudoacacia), listopadnom drvu iz porodice mahunarki. Njegovi bijeli cvjetovi nanizani u grozdovima ugodnog su mirisa i prepuni nektara, piše Živim.
LJEKOVITA SVOJSTVA
Osim što je ukrasna i korisna biljka, bagrem ima i niz ljekovitih svojstava. Cvjetovi, listovi i kora koriste se u tradicionalnoj medicini. Cvjetovi bagrema se najčešće suše i koriste kao čaj za liječenje prehlade, kašlja, glavobolje i povišene temperature. Listovi bagrema se također mogu sušiti i koristiti kao čaj, a tradicionalno se upotrebljavaju za ublažavanje problema s probavom. Za koru se vjeruje da ima protuupalno djelovanje i koristi se za reumu i artritis. U homeopatiji se cvjetovi bagrema upotrebljavaju kao lijek protiv tegoba koje su posljedice prevelikog lučenja želučane kiseline, kod migrene i neuralgije ličnog živca odgovornog za mimiku i pokretljivost lica.

Lažna akacija, bagrem (Robinia pseudoacacia) nudi i ove prednosti:
- Bogata je vitaminom C, poznati kao idealni saveznik imuniteta, vitaminom K važnog za zdravlje kostiju te mineralima, kalijem koji regulira krvni tlak, manganom i magnezijem koji je zadužen za opuštanje napetosti mišića i smanjenje stresa.
- Sadrži antioksidanse koji se bore protiv slobodnih radikala.
- Bagrem je bogat prebioticima važnim za probavu i imunitet, a mogu ublažiti simptome sindroma iritabilnog crijeva (IBS).
- Ipak, kao i u svemu što nam nije poznato, važno je savjetovati se sa stručnjacima.
NEŽELJENE NUSPOJAVE
Mnogima poznati bagremov med uglavnom je siguran za konzumaciju no, kao i u svemu, postoji ali. Tako će njegov unos morati ograničiti ili ga potpuno izbjegavati oni koji su alergični na pčele ili med zbog moguće alergijske reakcije. Također, davanje bilo koje vrste meda bebama mlađim od godine dana treba izbjegavati zbog rizika od botulizma, bolesti koju uzrokuje toksin bakterije Clostridium botulinum.

Uskoro mu kreće sezona cvatnje, mnogima je omiljen prirodni zaslađivač, a neki će za njim posegnuti i u zdravstvene svrhe. Pogađate, riječ je o bagremu poznatom i kao lažna akacija (Robinia pseudoacacia), listopadnom drvu iz porodice mahunarki. Njegovi bijeli cvjetovi nanizani u grozdovima ugodnog su mirisa i prepuni nektara, piše Živim.
LJEKOVITA SVOJSTVA
Osim što je ukrasna i korisna biljka, bagrem ima i niz ljekovitih svojstava. Cvjetovi, listovi i kora koriste se u tradicionalnoj medicini. Cvjetovi bagrema se najčešće suše i koriste kao čaj za liječenje prehlade, kašlja, glavobolje i povišene temperature. Listovi bagrema se također mogu sušiti i koristiti kao čaj, a tradicionalno se upotrebljavaju za ublažavanje problema s probavom. Za koru se vjeruje da ima protuupalno djelovanje i koristi se za reumu i artritis. U homeopatiji se cvjetovi bagrema upotrebljavaju kao lijek protiv tegoba koje su posljedice prevelikog lučenja želučane kiseline, kod migrene i neuralgije ličnog živca odgovornog za mimiku i pokretljivost lica.

Lažna akacija, bagrem (Robinia pseudoacacia) nudi i ove prednosti:
- Bogata je vitaminom C, poznati kao idealni saveznik imuniteta, vitaminom K važnog za zdravlje kostiju te mineralima, kalijem koji regulira krvni tlak, manganom i magnezijem koji je zadužen za opuštanje napetosti mišića i smanjenje stresa.
- Sadrži antioksidanse koji se bore protiv slobodnih radikala.
- Bagrem je bogat prebioticima važnim za probavu i imunitet, a mogu ublažiti simptome sindroma iritabilnog crijeva (IBS).
- Ipak, kao i u svemu što nam nije poznato, važno je savjetovati se sa stručnjacima.
NEŽELJENE NUSPOJAVE
Mnogima poznati bagremov med uglavnom je siguran za konzumaciju no, kao i u svemu, postoji ali. Tako će njegov unos morati ograničiti ili ga potpuno izbjegavati oni koji su alergični na pčele ili med zbog moguće alergijske reakcije. Također, davanje bilo koje vrste meda bebama mlađim od godine dana treba izbjegavati zbog rizika od botulizma, bolesti koju uzrokuje toksin bakterije Clostridium botulinum.
ČAJ OD BAGREMA PROTIV GLAVOBOLJE
Ako patite od čestih glavobolja, ispijanje prirodnog čaja sigurno ne može odmoći.
Žlicu osušenih cvjetova bagrema prelijte s dva decilitra provrele vode. Poklopite i ostavite da odstoji 15-ak minuta. Prema želji, svoj čaj obogatite limunom ili žičicom meda od bagrema, piše Živim.
