Zemlje kao što su Grčka i Japan dom su najzdravijim i najdugovječnijim ljudima na svijetu. Svakako na to utječe mnogo faktora, kao što je opće zadovoljstvo, život na otvorenom i količine stresa, ali i hrana koju konzumiraju ima veliki doprinos. Može se na prvu doimati da je riječ o nekim egzotičnim i nedostupnim namirnicama koje sačinjavaju njihov menu, međutim Dan Buettner, stručnjak za dugi život za portal Well and Good, objašnjava kako se jednostavne, hranjive i korisne opcije mogu naći u bilo kojoj trgovini, samo ih treba znati odabrati.

U našem ubrzanom životu ponekad je teško planirati, pa svježe voće i povrće mogu završiti u smeću, ako mu istekne rok trajanja prije nego li ih stignemo konzumirati. Zato je on napravio popis namirnica koje se mogu staviti u zamrzivač bez da se izgube njihove beneficije na zdravlje, a pritom ćete uštedjeti i novac i vrijeme.

1. Voće

Iako se svježe voće može pokvariti već nakon nekoliko dana, smrznuto voće može trajati vječno. Dan Buettner preporučuje zalihu smrznutog voća, a zatim njegovo dodavanje u smoothieje, jogurt ili zobene pahuljice, zapravo gdje god želite. Osim vlakana, ove vitaminske bombe sadrže fitonutrijente koji igraju ključnu ulogu u zdravlju crijeva i imunološkog sustava.

2. Povrće

Uz to, pravim načinom kuhanja možete smrznuto povrće učiniti jednako ukusnim. Da, i kruh se može zamrzivati. Buettner preporučuje pečenje sourdough pogače, dobrog asistenta za zdravlje crijeva. Ako niste posebno spretni u pekarstvu, jednostavno uzmite pogaču sa stopostotnim sastavom od cjelovitih žitarica iz trgovine. Kad god ste spremni za novu dozu, prvo je pustite da se otopi u hladnjaku, a zatim zagrijte u pećnici ili tosteru. Uživajte u tostu s avokadom ili sendviču sa zdravim namazom od humusa i povrćem.

4. Orašasti plodovi

Preporučuje se i spremanje orašastih plodova u zamrzivač za kasniju upotrebu. Zapravo, orašasti plodovi traju dulje u zamrzivaču ili hladnjaku nego u smočnici. Zemlje kao što su Grčka i Japan dom su najzdravijim i najdugovječnijim ljudima na svijetu. Svakako na to utječe mnogo faktora, kao što je opće zadovoljstvo, život na otvorenom i količine stresa, ali i hrana koju konzumiraju ima veliki doprinos. Može se na prvu doimati da je riječ o nekim egzotičnim i nedostupnim namirnicama koje sačinjavaju njihov menu, međutim Dan Buettner, stručnjak za dugi život za portal Well and Good, objašnjava kako se jednostavne, hranjive i korisne opcije mogu naći u bilo kojoj trgovini, samo ih treba znati odabrati.

U našem ubrzanom životu ponekad je teško planirati, pa svježe voće i povrće mogu završiti u smeću, ako mu istekne rok trajanja prije nego li ih stignemo konzumirati. Zato je on napravio popis namirnica koje se mogu staviti u zamrzivač bez da se izgube njihove beneficije na zdravlje, a pritom ćete uštedjeti i novac i vrijeme.

1. Voće

Iako se svježe voće može pokvariti već nakon nekoliko dana, smrznuto voće može trajati vječno. Dan Buettner preporučuje zalihu smrznutog voća, a zatim njegovo dodavanje u smoothieje, jogurt ili zobene pahuljice, zapravo gdje god želite. Osim vlakana, ove vitaminske bombe sadrže fitonutrijente koji igraju ključnu ulogu u zdravlju crijeva i imunološkog sustava.

2. Povrće

Nije iznenađenje što se smrznuto povrće našlo na ovom popisu. Budući da se zamrzava na vrhuncu svježine, stručnjak za dug život kaže da će, ne samo dugo trajati, već će vam pružiti iste nutritivne prednosti kao dok je svježe. Uz to, pravim načinom kuhanja možete smrznuto povrće učiniti jednako ukusnim. Jedan od najjednostavnijih načina pripreme smrznutog povrća bilo koje vrste je pečenje u pećnici s kapljicom maslinovog ulja, češnjaka i začinskog bilja ili njegovo ubacivanje u variva.

3. Kruh

Da, i kruh se može zamrzivati. Buettner preporučuje pečenje sourdough pogače, dobrog asistenta za zdravlje crijeva. Ako niste posebno spretni u pekarstvu, jednostavno uzmite pogaču sa stopostotnim sastavom od cjelovitih žitarica iz trgovine. Kad god ste spremni za novu dozu, prvo je pustite da se otopi u hladnjaku, a zatim zagrijte u pećnici ili tosteru. Uživajte u tostu s avokadom ili sendviču sa zdravim namazom od humusa i povrćem.

Preporučuje se i spremanje orašastih plodova u zamrzivač za kasniju upotrebu. Zapravo, orašasti plodovi traju dulje u zamrzivaču ili hladnjaku nego u smočnici. Zemlje kao što su Grčka i Japan dom su najzdravijim i najdugovječnijim ljudima na svijetu. Svakako na to utječe mnogo faktora, kao što je opće zadovoljstvo, život na otvorenom i količine stresa, ali i hrana koju konzumiraju ima veliki doprinos. Može se na prvu doimati da je riječ o nekim egzotičnim i nedostupnim namirnicama koje sačinjavaju njihov menu, međutim Dan Buettner, stručnjak za dugi život za portal Well and Good, objašnjava kako se jednostavne, hranjive i korisne opcije mogu naći u bilo kojoj trgovini, samo ih treba znati odabrati.
