Trudnice zaražene covidom-19 i njihova novorođenčad imaju veći rizik od razvoja komplikacija nego što se do sada znalo, doznaje se danas iz studije britanskih znanstvenika.

Studija je provedena na više od 2100 trudnica u 18 zemalja, a svaka trudna žena s covidom-19 je uspoređena s dvije trudnice koje nisu bile zaražene i rodile su u istoj bolnici u isto vrijeme.

Zaraza novim koronavirusom kod novorođenčadi se povezuje s trostruko većim rizikom od zdravstvenih komplikacija, tvrde znanstvenici s Oxforda.

"Trudnice zaražene covidom-19 imale su 50 posto više šansi od ostalih trudnica da razviju komplikacije, uključujući prerani porod, visoki krvni tlak sa zatajenjem organa, potrebu za intenzivnom njegom ili smrt", kazao je profesor fetalne medicine  Aris Papageorghiou.

Čini se, međutim, da dojenje ne predstavlja rizik da će se bebe zaraziti od majki koje imaju covid-19, kazali su znanstvenici.

Trudnice zaražene covidom-19 i njihova novorođenčad imaju veći rizik od razvoja komplikacija nego što se do sada znalo, doznaje se danas iz studije britanskih znanstvenika.

Studija je provedena na više od 2100 trudnica u 18 zemalja, a svaka trudna žena s covidom-19 je uspoređena s dvije trudnice koje nisu bile zaražene i rodile su u istoj bolnici u isto vrijeme.

Zaraza novim koronavirusom kod novorođenčadi se povezuje s trostruko većim rizikom od zdravstvenih komplikacija, tvrde znanstvenici s Oxforda.

"Trudnice zaražene covidom-19 imale su 50 posto više šansi od ostalih trudnica da razviju komplikacije, uključujući prerani porod, visoki krvni tlak sa zatajenjem organa, potrebu za intenzivnom njegom ili smrt", kazao je profesor fetalne medicine  Aris Papageorghiou.

Čini se, međutim, da dojenje ne predstavlja rizik da će se bebe zaraziti od majki koje imaju covid-19, kazali su znanstvenici.

Trudnice zaražene covidom-19 i njihova novorođenčad imaju veći rizik od razvoja komplikacija nego što se do sada znalo, doznaje se danas iz studije britanskih znanstvenika.

Studija je provedena na više od 2100 trudnica u 18 zemalja, a svaka trudna žena s covidom-19 je uspoređena s dvije trudnice koje nisu bile zaražene i rodile su u istoj bolnici u isto vrijeme.

Zaraza novim koronavirusom kod novorođenčadi se povezuje s trostruko većim rizikom od zdravstvenih komplikacija, tvrde znanstvenici s Oxforda.


"Trudnice zaražene covidom-19 imale su 50 posto više šansi od ostalih trudnica da razviju komplikacije, uključujući prerani porod, visoki krvni tlak sa zatajenjem organa, potrebu za intenzivnom njegom ili smrt", kazao je profesor fetalne medicine  Ar...
