Dragi čitatelji, prijatelji i slučajni prolaznici, vaša najdraža silom domaćica nalazi se u takvom stanju šoka i nevjerice da ne jamči suvisli tekstualni iskaz svoje potpune duhovne konfuzije. Valjda se stanje konfuzije i ne može nekonfuzno predočiti, doduše, što mi valjda može biti olakotna okolnost... Dakle, televizor...
Uređaj opisan kao TV 50" Samsung QLED 50Q60C, serijskog broja 0ELE3SCX103008Z o kojem već i ptice na grani znaju da smo ga prije više od mjesec dana kupili, platili i dobili rumbanog, postao je mračni predmet prepiske sa Sancta Domenicom. Rečena firma i njihov web-shop utjerali su nam sijede u kosu, s tim što je Zakoniti totalno pobijelio, a mene spašava žarkocrvena pitura ispod koje se još ne naziru bijele vlasi.
Sancta Domenica, naime, neće da nam pošalje novi, nerumbani televizor, neće da nam vrati lovu, 570 eura, a kako stvari stoje, u mailu nas je neki Matej - bez prezimena! - obavijestio, neće ni da nam besplatno popravi ekran. Matej nam, mjesec dana od početka prepiske i pet dana nakon isteka roka koji smo im dali da izvole stvar riješiti, šalje ponudu.
- Čovječe - skriknuo je Zakoniti pri pogledu na mail - ovi nisu normalni!
- Šta je sad? - rekoh ja, a prostim okom vidim kako mu sijede izbijaju i po obrvama.
- Evo ti pa čitaj! - reče on snervano, a bjelilo mu se razlilo i po licu, pari duh iz slikovnice...
Sjednem ja i čitam. Veli, "uočeno je fizičko oštećenje panela (razbijeni ekran) te iz servisa nude zamjenu panela. Ponuda za popravak uređaja nalazi se u prilogu te Vas molimo povratnu informaciju da li pristajete na ponudu servisa".
‘Otvori atačment‘
- Jebate život - rekoh ja - pa mi smo uočili oštećenje čim smo ga upalili, a ovima treba mjesec dana da uoče istu stvar...
- Čitaj dalje! - reče on.
- Nema dalje... - rekoh zbunjeno.
- Otvori atačment! - reče on, stišćući usta od jeda.
Aha, tu je i atačment... S očitovanjem ovlaštenog televizičnog servisa iz mjesta Rugvice. Koji sitnim slovima napisanim na dnu kaže da je "panel razbijen" i da "nude zamjenu panela van jamstva". Za 340,01 euro!
- Ne razumijem - rekoh - jel‘ ovo oni nama žele uzeti još 340 eura?
- Vi‘š da razumiješ - reče Zakoniti - itekako razumiješ!
- Ma čekaj - sad i ja osjetih kako me obuzima bljedilo. - Oni umjesto novog televizora, umjesto povrata love, čak i umjesto popravka koji ne želimo, nude da nam uzmu, nama, još 340 eura i da nam zauzvrat pošalju televizor koji košta 570 eura?
- Tako je! - reče Zakoniti.
- Drugim riječima - rekoh u raspoloženju kakvo se ne može naći nigdje nego u Hrvatskoj, a to je mješavina čuđenja, ljutnje, gnjeva, nemoći i jednostavne nevjerice zbog drskosti kojom nas se čini ludima kraj zdrave pameti - drugim riječima, nude nam televizor od 570 eura za 910 eura?!

- Upravo tako - skrikne Zakoniti.
- Pa, čovječe - rekoh ja te, u nedostatku odgovarajućeg vokabulara, zaklopim.
- Van jamstva - zadere se on - van jamstva! To im je formula da oderu mene, a ne onoga tko mi je prodao neispravni i rumbani uređaj! I to je sve šta su uspjeli smisliti geniji iz Svete Nedelje i to nakon mjesec dana dopisivanja. Ovo je za popizditi!
- Oni igraju na jednostavnu računicu - rekoh ja. - Od stotinu kupaca, možda će jedan imati živaca gonjati se s njima i ići do kraja u svojoj pravednoj borbi za vlastita prava. Ostatak populacije će pognuti glavu i bog te veselio...
Teško će naći budalu...
- E pa, naišli su na tog jednog kupca - reče Zakoniti, a počela mu se vraćati boja u obraze. - Premda, isto mislim da će teško čak i u ovoj zemlji naći budalu da doplati 340 eura za nešto što košta 570 eura, plus deset za donošenje u kuću.
- Ol smo platili onog nosača? - rekoh ja. - Onog prvoga?
- Bogme! - potvrdi Zakoniti. - Deset eura! Za dopremu razbijenog televizora...
- O boktejeba - rekoh ja - dabili te jeba!
Iz istih stopa, Zakoniti je Mateju iz Sancta Domenice iz istoimenog grada Svete Nedelje poslao mail i još jednom odbio sve osim isporuke novog novcatog aparata ili povrata love. Umanjene za deset dostavljačkih eura koje galantno poklanjamo nosaču, onom prvome. Onaj drugi, koji je razbijeni TV odnio natrag, njega valjda nismo platili... Pišući kratak, ali jasan mail Mateju, Zakonitog je probio znoj, ali čim je u zaključku napisao da više neće prijetiti inspekcijom, nego će im se odmah obratiti, malo se skulirao.
- Sve je dida arhivirao - reče on, a na licu mu osmijeh Jacka Nicholsona iz filma "Isijavanje", moglo bi se reći osmijeh autentičnog psihopata, ali ja to naravski neću reći. Barem ne za Zakonitoga. - Dida ima sve mailove, čitavu prepisku, sve fotografije i račune...
- Šta‘š sad s tim, dida moj? - upitam ga sa sigurne distance jer Jacka Nicholsona nije izazivati dok iz sebe isijava zločestoću, dostojnu jedino možda Sancta Domenice.
- Sa‘š viditi šta ću - reče Jack i nalegne na Google. - Državni inspektorat... Aha, tu je. Broj centrale... Dobro. Područni ured Split... Aha, tu je...
- Ne vrijedi ti njih zvati - rekoh malodušno - javit će ti se malo sutra!
- Ma bogati - reče on slavodobitno - već sam se ja dobro raspitao, javljaju se oni, javljaju. Dapače, stekao sam dojam da čovjek s druge strane jedva čeka da nekoga naguzi...
Pogledamo se u tupilu
- Ozbiljno? - rekoh ja začuđeno. - Muški čovjek?
- Muški čovjek! - potvrdi Zakoniti - koji mi je prekjučer objasnio da mu, ako se ovi geniji ne oglase po isteku roka od 15 dana koji sam im ljubazno dao, pošaljem sve. I prepisku, i račun, i fotografije jebenog televizora...
U taj čas - ping! - eto promptnog odgovora Mateja iz Svete Nedelje koji, pozivajući se na izmišljotinu da im mi po zaprimanju televizora nismo odmah poslali prigovor, a jesmo, obećava još luđu stvar. Veli doslovno da "ukoliko se proizvod neće popravljati, uređaj će se vratiti prema Vama u stanju u kojem je i zaprimljen". Molim?! Pogledamo se u tupilu i nekuženju...
- Ukratko - rekoh ja - ili plati 340 eura ili uzmi nepopravljivi televizor! Pa bože, ima li te?
- Nema - reče Zakoniti - ali zato je tu Sancta Domenica! Sveta Nedjelja s božanskim moćima!

Dragi čitatelji, prijatelji i slučajni prolaznici, vaša najdraža silom domaćica nalazi se u takvom stanju šoka i nevjerice da ne jamči suvisli tekstualni iskaz svoje potpune duhovne konfuzije. Valjda se stanje konfuzije i ne može nekonfuzno predočiti, doduše, što mi valjda može biti olakotna okolnost... Dakle, televizor...
Uređaj opisan kao TV 50" Samsung QLED 50Q60C, serijskog broja 0ELE3SCX103008Z o kojem već i ptice na grani znaju da smo ga prije više od mjesec dana kupili, platili i dobili rumbanog, postao je mračni predmet prepiske sa Sancta Domenicom. Rečena firma i njihov web-shop utjerali su nam sijede u kosu, s tim što je Zakoniti totalno pobijelio, a mene spašava žarkocrvena pitura ispod koje se još ne naziru bijele vlasi.
Sancta Domenica, naime, neće da nam pošalje novi, nerumbani televizor, neće da nam vrati lovu, 570 eura, a kako stvari stoje, u mailu nas je neki Matej - bez prezimena! - obavijestio, neće ni da nam besplatno popravi ekran. Matej nam, mjesec dana od početka prepiske i pet dana nakon isteka roka koji smo im dali da izvole stvar riješiti, šalje ponudu.
- Čovječe - skriknuo je Zakoniti pri pogledu na mail - ovi nisu normalni!
- Šta je sad? - rekoh ja, a prostim okom vidim kako mu sijede izbijaju i po obrvama.
- Evo ti pa čitaj! - reče on snervano, a bjelilo mu se razlilo i po licu, pari duh iz slikovnice...
Sjednem ja i čitam. Veli, "uočeno je fizičko oštećenje panela (razbijeni ekran) te iz servisa nude zamjenu panela. Ponuda za popravak uređaja nalazi se u prilogu te Vas molimo povratnu informaciju da li pristajete na ponudu servisa".
‘Otvori atačment‘
- Jebate život - rekoh ja - pa mi smo uočili oštećenje čim smo ga upalili, a ovima treba mjesec dana da uoče istu stvar...
- Čitaj dalje! - reče on.
- Nema dalje... - rekoh zbunjeno.
- Otvori atačment! - reče on, stišćući usta od jeda.
Aha, tu je i atačment... S očitovanjem ovlaštenog televizičnog servisa iz mjesta Rugvice. Koji sitnim slovima napisanim na dnu kaže da je "panel razbijen" i da "nude zamjenu panela van jamstva". Za 340,01 euro!
- Ne razumijem - rekoh - jel‘ ovo oni nama žele uzeti još 340 eura?
- Vi‘š da razumiješ - reče Zakoniti - itekako razumiješ!
- Ma čekaj - sad i ja osjetih kako me obuzima bljedilo. - Oni umjesto novog televizora, umjesto povrata love, čak i umjesto popravka koji ne želimo, nude da nam uzmu, nama, još 340 eura i da nam zauzvrat pošalju televizor koji košta 570 eura?
- Tako je! - reče Zakoniti.
- Drugim riječima - rekoh u raspoloženju kakvo se ne može naći nigdje nego u Hrvatskoj, a to je mješavina čuđenja, ljutnje, gnjeva, nemoći i jednostavne nevjerice zbog drskosti kojom nas se čini ludima kraj zdrave pameti - drugim riječima, nude nam televizor od 570 eura za 910 eura?!

- Upravo tako - skrikne Zakoniti.
- Pa, čovječe - rekoh ja te, u nedostatku odgovarajućeg vokabulara, zaklopim.
- Van jamstva - zadere se on - van jamstva! To im je formula da oderu mene, a ne onoga tko mi je prodao neispravni i rumbani uređaj! I to je sve šta su uspjeli smisliti geniji iz Svete Nedelje i to nakon mjesec dana dopisivanja. Ovo je za popizditi!
- Oni igraju na jednostavnu računicu - rekoh ja. - Od stotinu kupaca, možda će jedan imati živaca gonjati se s njima i ići do kraja u svojoj pravednoj borbi za vlastita prava. Ostatak populacije će pognuti glavu i bog te veselio...
Teško će naći budalu...
- E pa, naišli su na tog jednog kupca - reče Zakoniti, a počela mu se vraćati boja u obraze. - Premda, isto mislim da će teško čak i u ovoj zemlji naći budalu da doplati 340 eura za nešto što košta 570 eura, plus deset za donošenje u kuću.
- Ol smo platili onog nosača? - rekoh ja. - Onog prvoga?
- Bogme! - potvrdi Zakoniti. - Deset eura! Za dopremu razbijenog televizora...
- O boktejeba - rekoh ja - dabili te jeba!
Iz istih stopa, Zakoniti je Mateju iz Sancta Domenice iz istoimenog grada Svete Nedelje poslao mail i još jednom odbio sve osim isporuke novog novcatog aparata ili povrata love. Umanjene za deset dostavljačkih eura koje galantno poklanjamo nosaču, onom prvome. Onaj drugi, koji je razbijeni TV odnio natrag, njega valjda nismo platili... Pišući kratak, ali jasan mail Mateju, Zakonitog je probio znoj, ali čim je u zaključku napisao da više neće prijetiti inspekcijom, nego će im se odmah obratiti, malo se skulirao.
- Sve je dida arhivirao - reče on, a na licu mu osmijeh Jacka Nicholsona iz filma "Isijavanje", moglo bi se reći osmijeh autentičnog psihopata, ali ja to naravski neću reći. Barem ne za Zakonitoga. - Dida ima sve mailove, čitavu prepisku, sve fotografije i račune...
- Šta‘š sad s tim, dida moj? - upitam ga sa sigurne distance jer Jacka Nicholsona nije izazivati dok iz sebe isijava zločestoću, dostojnu jedino možda Sancta Domenice.
- Sa‘š viditi šta ću - reče Jack i nalegne na Google. - Državni inspektorat... Aha, tu je. Broj centrale... Dobro. Područni ured Split... Aha, tu je...
- Ne vrijedi ti njih zvati - rekoh malodušno - javit će ti se malo sutra!
- Ma bogati - reče on slavodobitno - već sam se ja dobro raspitao, javljaju se oni, javljaju. Dapače, stekao sam dojam da čovjek s druge strane jedva čeka da nekoga naguzi...
Pogledamo se u tupilu
- Ozbiljno? - rekoh ja začuđeno. - Muški čovjek?
- Muški čovjek! - potvrdi Zakoniti - koji mi je prekjučer objasnio da mu, ako se ovi geniji ne oglase po isteku roka od 15 dana koji sam im ljubazno dao, pošaljem sve. I prepisku, i račun, i fotografije jebenog televizora...
U taj čas - ping! - eto promptnog odgovora Mateja iz Svete Nedelje koji, pozivajući se na izmišljotinu da im mi po zaprimanju televizora nismo odmah poslali prigovor, a jesmo, obećava još luđu stvar. Veli doslovno da "ukoliko se proizvod neće popravljati, uređaj će se vratiti prema Vama u stanju u kojem je i zaprimljen". Molim?! Pogledamo se u tupilu i nekuženju...
- Ukratko - rekoh ja - ili plati 340 eura ili uzmi nepopravljivi televizor! Pa bože, ima li te?
- Nema - reče Zakoniti - ali zato je tu Sancta Domenica! Sveta Nedjelja s božanskim moćima!
