Povodom Dana parodontnog zdravlja Hrvatsko parodontološko društvo i Medicinski fakultet Splitu organiziraju edukativan program za građane kojeg možete posjetiti ove subote na Rivi, na dnu Marmontove od 10 do 14 sati. Pripremili su i edukativna predavanja za doktore i studente koja će se održati u petak u prostorijama Medicinskog fakulteta u Splitu s početkom u 18 sati.

- Upalne bolesti usne šupljine, gingivitis i parodontitis, najraširenije su kronične bolesti na svijetu, a imaju utjecaj i na cjelokupno zdravlje pojedinca. Održavanjem zdravlja usne šupljine pridonosimo zdravlju cijelog organizma. Brojna znanstvena istraživanja ukazuju na povezanost parodontitisa sa šećernom bolesti, bolestima srca i krvnih žila, reumatoidnim, neurološkim i kroničnim bubrežnim bolestima te s prijevremenim porodom.

Gingivitis je najučestalija oralna bolest koja se javlja već kod djece zbog velike nakupine bakterijskih naslaga na zubima, a parodontitis predstavlja jedan od najčešćih uzroka gubitka zubi ako se pravovremeno ne liječi - objašnjavaju organizatori.

Naglašavaju da temelj zdravlja usne šupljine leži u svakodnevnom i pravilnom uklanjanju naslaga, a to se postiže oralnom higijenom koja predstavlja najvažniju i najučinkovitiju preventivnu mjeru. Zubne naslage (plak ili biofilm) su teško vidljive, ljepljive, mekane nakupine živih bakterija na tvrdim i mekim tkivima u ustima (na zubima, gingivi, jeziku, sluznici obraza, implantatima, mostovima, protezama) te ih treba svakodnevno uklanjati četkanjem zubi. Zdrave životne navike, prestanak pušenja, pravilna prehrana i redovita fizička aktivnost također pridonose očuvanju zdravlja usne šupljine.

- Svake godine 12. svibnja u svijetu se obilježava Dan parodontnog zdravlja kako bi se podigla svijest o važnosti prevencije parodontnih bolesti u svrhu doprinosa očuvanju cjelokupnog zdravlja. U Hrvatskoj ćemo također obilježiti ovaj dan u tri najveća grada u Splitu, Zagrebu i Rijeci. Ovaj događaj je sufinanciran sredstvima Grada Splita iz Natječaja za prijavu aktivnosti u projektima manje vrijednosti od interesa za Grad Split te brojnih sponzora iz dentalne industrije - kažu organizatori. 

U obilježavanju ovog događaja pridružit će im se gosti iz Bosne i Hercegovine, studenti dentalne medicine iz Mostara te predavačice, specijalistice dječje i preventivne stomatologije, parodontologije i ortodoncije sa Sveučilišta u Sarajevu i Mostaru.

Na Medicinskom fakultetu u dvorani B103 održat će se predavanja o poboljšanju tehnika provođenja oralne higijene, pušenju kao jednom od glavnih čimbenika rizika parodontitisa i mogućnostima ortodontske terapije kod odraslih u svrhu dugotrajnog očuvanja zubi. Predavanja će trajati od 18 do 19 i 30, a govorit će prof. dr. sc. Amila Zukanović, doc. dr. sc. Sanja Jurišić i doc. dr. sc. Zorana Ivanković Buljan.

U subotu, na splitskoj Rivi, Hrvatsko parodontološko društvo u suradnji s udrugom PreventiST studenata dentalne medicine Medicinskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Splitu organizira javni događaj za sve generacije naših građana. Građani će se moći informirati o prevenciji i liječenju parodontnih bolesti kroz neposredan kontakt sa specijalistima parodontologije. Posebno je osmišljen program edukativnih radionica za djecu. Djeca će moći na zabavan način, kroz igru, učiti četkati zube sa studentima dentalne medicine. U ovom događaju će sudjelovati doc. dr. sc. Marija Roguljić, dr. sc. Ana Družijanić, univ. mag. med. dent. Dario Bojčić te studenti dentalne medicine.

Povodom Dana parodontnog zdravlja Hrvatsko parodontološko društvo i Medicinski fakultet Splitu organiziraju edukativan program za građane kojeg možete posjetiti ove subote na Rivi, na dnu Marmontove od 10 do 14 sati. Pripremili su i edukativna predavanja za doktore i studente koja će se održati u petak u prostorijama Medicinskog fakulteta u Splitu s početkom u 18 sati.

- Upalne bolesti usne šupljine, gingivitis i parodontitis, najraširenije su kronične bolesti na svijetu, a imaju utjecaj i na cjelokupno zdravlje pojedinca. Održavanjem zdravlja usne šupljine pridonosimo zdravlju cijelog organizma. Brojna znanstvena istraživanja ukazuju na povezanost parodontitisa sa šećernom bolesti, bolestima srca i krvnih žila, reumatoidnim, neurološkim i kroničnim bubrežnim bolestima te s prijevremenim porodom.

Gingivitis je najučestalija oralna bolest koja se javlja već kod djece zbog velike nakupine bakterijskih naslaga na zubima, a parodontitis predstavlja jedan od najčešćih uzroka gubitka zubi ako se pravovremeno ne liječi - objašnjavaju organizatori.

Naglašavaju da temelj zdravlja usne šupljine leži u svakodnevnom i pravilnom uklanjanju naslaga, a to se postiže oralnom higijenom koja predstavlja najvažniju i najučinkovitiju preventivnu mjeru. Zubne naslage (plak ili biofilm) su teško vidljive, ljepljive, mekane nakupine živih bakterija na tvrdim i mekim tkivima u ustima (na zubima, gingivi, jeziku, sluznici obraza, implantatima, mostovima, protezama) te ih treba svakodnevno uklanjati četkanjem zubi. Zdrave životne navike, prestanak pušenja, pravilna prehrana i redovita fizička aktivnost također pridonose očuvanju zdravlja usne šupljine.

- Svake godine 12. svibnja u svijetu se obilježava Dan parodontnog zdravlja kako bi se podigla svijest o važnosti prevencije parodontnih bolesti u svrhu doprinosa očuvanju cjelokupnog zdravlja. U Hrvatskoj ćemo također obilježiti ovaj dan u tri najveća grada u Splitu, Zagrebu i Rijeci. Ovaj događaj je sufinanciran sredstvima Grada Splita iz Natječaja za prijavu aktivnosti u projektima manje vrijednosti od interesa za Grad Split te brojnih sponzora iz dentalne industrije - kažu organizatori. 

U obilježavanju ovog događaja pridružit će im se gosti iz Bosne i Hercegovine, studenti dentalne medicine iz Mostara te predavačice, specijalistice dječje i preventivne stomatologije, parodontologije i ortodoncije sa Sveučilišta u Sarajevu i Mostaru.

Na Medicinskom fakultetu u dvorani B103 održat će se predavanja o poboljšanju tehnika provođenja oralne higijene, pušenju kao jednom od glavnih čimbenika rizika parodontitisa i mogućnostima ortodontske terapije kod odraslih u svrhu dugotrajnog očuvanja zubi. Predavanja će trajati od 18 do 19 i 30, a govorit će prof. dr. sc. Amila Zukanović, doc. dr. sc. Sanja Jurišić i doc. dr. sc. Zorana Ivanković Buljan.

U subotu, na splitskoj Rivi, Hrvatsko parodontološko društvo u suradnji s udrugom PreventiST studenata dentalne medicine Medicinskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Splitu organizira javni događaj za sve generacije naših građana. Građani će se moći informirati o prevenciji i liječenju parodontnih bolesti kroz neposredan kontakt sa specijalistima parodontologije. Posebno je osmišljen program edukativnih radionica za djecu. Djeca će moći na zabavan način, kroz igru, učiti četkati zube sa studentima dentalne medicine. U ovom događaju će sudjelovati doc. dr. sc. Marija Roguljić, dr. sc. Ana Družijanić, univ. mag. med. dent. Dario Bojčić te studenti dentalne medicine.
