Na današnji dan prije 44 godine umro je Josip Broz Tito. Vijest o smrti druga Tita na tadašnjoj Televiziji Zagreb je objavio čuveni, danas također pokojni, Miroslav Lilić - riječima: "Radničkoj klasi, radnim ljudima i građanima, narodima i narodnostima Socijalističke Federativne Republike Jugoslavije: Umro je drug Tito."

Vijest o smrti maršala Tita posebno će pamtiti oni koji su na prepunom Poljudu gledali utakmicu Hajduk - Crvena zvezda.

Oni nisu informaciju čuli od Miroslava Lilića nego od tadašnjeg splitskog gradonačelnika Ante Skataretika. Zapravo je Skateriko bio predsjednik Izvršnog vijeća Skupštine općine Split, što bi bila socijalistička inačica onoga što je zapravo gradonačelnik, ali i predsjedavajući Hajduka. Bilo je 1:1, točno 42. minuta derbija.

Slobodna Dalmacija je dan kasnije objavila tekst pod naslovom "Pedeset tisuća jecaja" i izvijestila kako je prepuni Poljud informaciju o smrti primio u bolnoj šutnji. A zatim se čula pjesma zakletve: "Druže Tito, mi ti se kunemo..."

Događaji s te utakmice na prepunom stadionu na Poljudu decenijama se prepričavaju, iako je slična atmosfera bila i na Maksimiru, gdje su igrali Dinamo i Željezničar. No, pamti se Poljud jer postoji snimka s te utakmice, koja je bila puno važnija, dok iz Maksimira tek jedna fotografija ova svjedoči o tuzi Vlatka Markovića, suca Dušana Maksimovića i drugih...

Nova utakmica je odigrana 21. svibnja, kad je Hajduk od Zvezde izgubilo 1:3. Bio je to treći od pet Hajdukovih poraza u nizu te 1980., što je opet ove godine bilo često spominjano jer se radi o neslavnom nizu kojeg je ponovila današnja generacija.

Na današnji dan prije 44 godine umro je Josip Broz Tito. Vijest o smrti druga Tita na tadašnjoj Televiziji Zagreb je objavio čuveni, danas također pokojni, Miroslav Lilić - riječima: "Radničkoj klasi, radnim ljudima i građanima, narodima i narodnostima Socijalističke Federativne Republike Jugoslavije: Umro je drug Tito."

Vijest o smrti maršala Tita posebno će pamtiti oni koji su na prepunom Poljudu gledali utakmicu Hajduk - Crvena zvezda.

Oni nisu informaciju čuli od Miroslava Lilića nego od tadašnjeg splitskog gradonačelnika Ante Skataretika. Zapravo je Skateriko bio predsjednik Izvršnog vijeća Skupštine općine Split, što bi bila socijalistička inačica onoga što je zapravo gradonačelnik, ali i predsjedavajući Hajduka. Bilo je 1:1, točno 42. minuta derbija.

Slobodna Dalmacija je dan kasnije objavila tekst pod naslovom "Pedeset tisuća jecaja" i izvijestila kako je prepuni Poljud informaciju o smrti primio u bolnoj šutnji. A zatim se čula pjesma zakletve: "Druže Tito, mi ti se kunemo..."

Događaji s te utakmice na prepunom stadionu na Poljudu decenijama se prepričavaju, iako je slična atmosfera bila i na Maksimiru, gdje su igrali Dinamo i Željezničar. No, pamti se Poljud jer postoji snimka s te utakmice, koja je bila puno važnija, dok iz Maksimira tek jedna fotografija ova svjedoči o tuzi Vlatka Markovića, suca Dušana Maksimovića i drugih...

Na današnji dan prije 44 godine umro je Josip Broz Tito. Vijest o smrti druga Tita na tadašnjoj Televiziji Zagreb je objavio čuveni, danas također pokojni, Miroslav Lilić - riječima: "Radničkoj klasi, radnim ljudima i građanima, narodima i narodnostima Socijalističke Federativne Republike Jugoslavije: Umro je drug Tito."

Vijest o smrti maršala Tita posebno će pamtiti oni koji su na prepunom Poljudu gledali utakmicu Hajduk - Crvena zvezda.

Oni nisu informaciju čuli od Miroslava Lilića nego od tadašnjeg splitskog gradonačelnika Ante Skataretika. Zapravo je Skateriko bio predsjednik Izvršnog vijeća Skupštine općine Split, što bi bila socijalistička inačica onoga što je zapravo gradonačelnik, ali i predsjedavajući Hajduka. Bilo je 1:1, točno 42. minuta derbija.

Slobodna Dalmacija je dan kasnije objavila tekst pod naslovom "Pedeset tisuća jecaja" i izvijestila kako je prepuni Poljud informaciju o smrti primio u bolnoj šutnji. A zatim se čula pjesma zakletve: "Druže Tito, mi ti se kunemo..."

Događaji s te utakmice na prepunom stadionu na Poljudu decenijama se prepričavaju, iako je slična atmosfera bila i na Maksimiru, gdje su igrali Dinamo i Željezničar. No, pamti se Poljud jer postoji snimka s te utakmice, koja je bila puno važnija, dok iz Maksimira tek jedna fotografija ova svjedoči o tuzi Vlatka Markovića, suca Dušana Maksimovića i drugih...
