Ugostiteljskoj "mašti" u splitskoj gradskoj jezgri očito nema kraja, a UNESCO-va zaštita je tek dobro došla poštapalica za Turističku zajednicu i vodiče po Dioklecijanovoj palači. Novi primjer je bazen kojeg su ugostitelji postavili na Turističku palaču koja je neposredno uz južno pročelje one puno starije carske Palače.
Dakle, ovih dana je osvanuo kratki video na kojem se vidi plavetnilo bazena na Turističkoj palači. Kad je bazen osvanuo, i ima li dozvolu?

Poslali smo video arhitektu Deanu Stubnji koji je izradio projekt po kojem je izvršena rekonstrukcija Turističke palače i upitali ga imali veze s time.
- Vaš video mi je prvi glas o tom bazenu?! O tome do sada nisam imao nikakvih saznanja, tako da ne znam kada je to nastalo. Niti me itko o tome kontaktirao, niti sam u tome sudjelovao. - odgovorio nam je vidno iznenađeni arhitekt.
Upitali smo ga ima li kakva autorska prava u ovom slučaju, odnosno je li ga onaj koji je intervenirao trebalo kontaktirati?
- Imam li nekakva autorska prava, vjerojatno da, ali u kojem odnosu i na što ne znam podrobno, iz zakona mi nije baš najjasnije. - odgovorio nam je Stubnja.

Nakon toga smo poslali mail s videom pročelniku Upravnog odjela za urbanizam i izgradnju Teu Vojkoviću, kojeg smo pitali je li im tko poslao zahtjev da se izda akt za gradnju bazena i da li se ovako nešto smije graditi bez dozvole. Odgovor do zaključenja teksta nismo dobili.
Nešto više smo doznali od vlasnika tvrtke "Valleus" koja je nositelj prava plodouživanja na Turističkoj palači kojeg mu je dodijelio Grad kao vlasnik prostora. Naime, vlasnik Stipe Mađor nam je potvrdio da su "akciju bazen" izveli ugostitelji bez papira i bez njegovog odobrenja.
- To su najmoprimci išli napraviti. Nije to bazen, samo pet šest centimetara vode. Tako je bilo zamišljeno... Ali, ja sam im odmah poslao dopis. I vode nema više. Tako da to neće ići.

Premda je sve to bilo montažno, rekao sam da ćemo, iz čisto statičkih razloga, trebati tražiti papire i dozvole, ako ćemo to raditi. Nakon što sam im poslao dopis, oni su ispraznili vodu. Koristit će to za sjedenje, kao i ovaj drugi prostor - kazao nam je Mađor.
Znate li što vam ugostitelji rade? Oni su ovo napravili na svoju ruku, bez vašeg odobrenja?
- Tako je, oni su to napravili pod uređenjem interijera. Odmah sam reagirao mailom, i vode nema više, a ja ne mogu visiti stalno gore. Oni jesu malo na svoju ruku, živahni, što bi se reklo.
Kako je uklonjena muzika, probali su više restoranski raditi. I oni se bore. Troškovi su ogromni, ali ne opravdavam nikoga. No, ne treba svaku "dlaku" izvlačiti. Kako naši po tim prijavama rade, pet centimetara vode su stavili i odmah svi skoče - tumači ove bespravne radove Mađor.

Ugostiteljskoj "mašti" u splitskoj gradskoj jezgri očito nema kraja, a UNESCO-va zaštita je tek dobro došla poštapalica za Turističku zajednicu i vodiče po Dioklecijanovoj palači. Novi primjer je bazen kojeg su ugostitelji postavili na Turističku palaču koja je neposredno uz južno pročelje one puno starije carske Palače.
Dakle, ovih dana je osvanuo kratki video na kojem se vidi plavetnilo bazena na Turističkoj palači. Kad je bazen osvanuo, i ima li dozvolu?

Poslali smo video arhitektu Deanu Stubnji koji je izradio projekt po kojem je izvršena rekonstrukcija Turističke palače i upitali ga imali veze s time.
- Vaš video mi je prvi glas o tom bazenu?! O tome do sada nisam imao nikakvih saznanja, tako da ne znam kada je to nastalo. Niti me itko o tome kontaktirao, niti sam u tome sudjelovao. - odgovorio nam je vidno iznenađeni arhitekt.
Upitali smo ga ima li kakva autorska prava u ovom slučaju, odnosno je li ga onaj koji je intervenirao trebalo kontaktirati?
- Imam li nekakva autorska prava, vjerojatno da, ali u kojem odnosu i na što ne znam podrobno, iz zakona mi nije baš najjasnije. - odgovorio nam je Stubnja.

Nakon toga smo poslali mail s videom pročelniku Upravnog odjela za urbanizam i izgradnju Teu Vojkoviću, kojeg smo pitali je li im tko poslao zahtjev da se izda akt za gradnju bazena i da li se ovako nešto smije graditi bez dozvole. Odgovor do zaključenja teksta nismo dobili.
Nešto više smo doznali od vlasnika tvrtke "Valleus" koja je nositelj prava plodouživanja na Turističkoj palači kojeg mu je dodijelio Grad kao vlasnik prostora. Naime, vlasnik Stipe Mađor nam je potvrdio da su "akciju bazen" izveli ugostitelji bez papira i bez njegovog odobrenja.
- To su najmoprimci išli napraviti. Nije to bazen, samo pet šest centimetara vode. Tako je bilo zamišljeno... Ali, ja sam im odmah poslao dopis. I vode nema više. Tako da to neće ići.

Premda je sve to bilo montažno, rekao sam da ćemo, iz čisto statičkih razloga, trebati tražiti papire i dozvole, ako ćemo to raditi. Nakon što sam im poslao dopis, oni su ispraznili vodu. Koristit će to za sjedenje, kao i ovaj drugi prostor - kazao nam je Mađor.
Znate li što vam ugostitelji rade? Oni su ovo napravili na svoju ruku, bez vašeg odobrenja?
- Tako je, oni su to napravili pod uređenjem interijera. Odmah sam reagirao mailom, i vode nema više, a ja ne mogu visiti stalno gore. Oni jesu malo na svoju ruku, živahni, što bi se reklo.
Kako je uklonjena muzika, probali su više restoranski raditi. I oni se bore. Troškovi su ogromni, ali ne opravdavam nikoga. No, ne treba svaku "dlaku" izvlačiti. Kako naši po tim prijavama rade, pet centimetara vode su stavili i odmah svi skoče - tumači ove bespravne radove Mađor.
