Četiri obvezna mirovinska fonda i četiri društva za upravljanje otvorenim investicijskim fondovima s ukupnim tržišnim udjelom većim od 76 posto, u ponedjeljak su u dogovoru s Hrvatskom agencijom za nadzor financijskih usluga (HANFA) dogovorili hitno osnivanje “interventnoga” fonda za pomoć manje likvidnim otvorenim investicijskim fondovima koji odluče prodati svoju imovinu i isplatiti udjelničare.

Svi obvezni mirovinski fondovi (AZ, Erste Plavi, PBZ/Croatia osiguranje i Raiffeisen), te društva Erste Invest, PBZ Invest, Raiffeisen Invest i ZB Invest prema tržišnim udjelima osnivaju u utorak 14. listopada otvoreni investicijski fond s privatnom ponudom uz inicijalnu uplatu od 150 milijuna kuna.

Uplate će se, kako je priopćila HANFA na svojim internetskim stranicama, povećavati u slučaju potrebe, a bile bi na rok od pet godina. Fond koji bi koristio sredstva tog interventnog fonda, dobiveni novac može u potrijebiti isključivo za isplatu udjelničara, te se mora likvidirati.

Samo u rujnu, prema podacima HANFA-e, ukupna neto imovina svih 87 aktivnih otvorenih investicijskih fondova s javnom ponudom pala je za 2,6 milijardi kuna na 14,17 milijardi kuna. Od početka ove godine odljev neto imovine tih fondova dosegao je čak 14,84 milijarde kuna!

Burzovni stampedo

Već sama ta činjenica ukazivala je na nužnost preslagivanja na fondovskoj sceni, pogotovo što je zakonom propisano da fond čija imovina je tri mjeseca ispod pet milijuna kuna mora biti likvidiran (prodaja imovine i isplata udjelničara) ili pripojen drugom fondu (ulagači postanu vlasnici udjela u drugom fondu, koji im se dodijele ovisno o imovini koju su imali u fondu koji je pripojen).

Uz to, zbog panične rasprodaje na burzama i povlačenja udjela iz fondova, fondovi s manje likvidnim dionicama našli su se u situaciji da moraju brinuti što učiniti ako ih pogodi “stampedo”, a istodobno ne mogu brzo prodati vrijednosnice iz svog portfelja, pa je osnivanje interventnog fonda upravo tim manje likvidnim fondovima itekako dobrodošlo.

Da pripajanje fonda ne znači potres na tržištu, svjedoči podatak da je od 12. srpnja 2007. PBZ kunski novčani fond pripojen PBZ Novčanom fondu, a od 28. ožujka ove godine Prospectus Global Equity fondu Prospectus Jugoistočna Europa.

Upravo je u tijeku pripajanje fonda AC Balkan fondu AC Rusija, a kako nam je kazao Vjeran Filippi iz Adriatica Capitala taj će proces biti završen do sredine studenoga. Imovina AC Balkana na kraju rujna iznosila je 1,9 milijardi kuna, a i prijašnja dva mjeseca bila je ispod “zakonskih” pet milijuna kuna.

Ispod tog zakonskog limita u tri zadnja mjeseca bila je i imovina dvaju fondova kojima upravlja Platinum Invest (Platinum JIE i Platinum Blue Chip) i triju fondova MP Investa (Mena HR, Bric HR i Global HR), ali je ona znatno bliže tom graničnom iznosu.

Ivan Ivin iz MP Investa i Igor Gvozdanović iz Platinum Investa kazali su da su već pronašli ulagače čijim će ulaganjem neto imovina tih fondova premašiti traženih pet milijuna kuna.

- Nećemo se odreći nijednog fonda, za svaki imamo određenu politiku i tržišta na koja ulažemo, udjelničari su time zadovoljni i ne povlače se - ističe Ivin. Gvozdanović govori kako su dionice u njihovim fondovima najlikvidnije, a struktura udjelničara stabilna. Ističe kako je interventni fond namijenjen fondovima koji su ulagali na plitka tržišta i dionice s kojima se rijetko trgovalo, pa ih sada ne mogu brzo prodati.

Četiri obvezna mirovinska fonda i četiri društva za upravljanje otvorenim investicijskim fondovima s ukupnim tržišnim udjelom većim od 76 posto, u ponedjeljak su u dogovoru s Hrvatskom agencijom za nadzor financijskih usluga (HANFA) dogovorili hitno osnivanje “interventnoga” fonda za pomoć manje likvidnim otvorenim investicijskim fondovima koji odluče prodati svoju imovinu i isplatiti udjelničare.

Svi obvezni mirovinski fondovi (AZ, Erste Plavi, PBZ/Croatia osiguranje i Raiffeisen), te društva Erste Invest, PBZ Invest, Raiffeisen Invest i ZB Invest prema tržišnim udjelima osnivaju u utorak 14. listopada otvoreni investicijski fond s privatnom ponudom uz inicijalnu uplatu od 150 milijuna kuna.

Uplate će se, kako je priopćila HANFA na svojim internetskim stranicama, povećavati u slučaju potrebe, a bile bi na rok od pet godina. Fond koji bi koristio sredstva tog interventnog fonda, dobiveni novac može u potrijebiti isključivo za isplatu udjelničara, te se mora likvidirati.

Samo u rujnu, prema podacima HANFA-e, ukupna neto imovina svih 87 aktivnih otvorenih investicijskih fondova s javnom ponudom pala je za 2,6 milijardi kuna na 14,17 milijardi kuna. Od početka ove godine odljev neto imovine tih fondova dosegao je čak 14,84 milijarde kuna!

Burzovni stampedo

Već sama ta činjenica ukazivala je na nužnost preslagivanja na fondovskoj sceni, pogotovo što je zakonom propisano da fond čija imovina je tri mjeseca ispod pet milijuna kuna mora biti likvidiran (prodaja imovine i isplata udjelničara) ili pripojen drugom fondu (ulagači postanu vlasnici udjela u drugom fondu, koji im se dodijele ovisno o imovini koju su imali u fondu koji je pripojen).

Uz to, zbog panične rasprodaje na burzama i povlačenja udjela iz fondova, fondovi s manje likvidnim dionicama našli su se u situaciji da moraju brinuti što učiniti ako ih pogodi “stampedo”, a istodobno ne mogu brzo prodati vrijednosnice iz svog portfelja, pa je osnivanje interventnog fonda upravo tim manje likvidnim fondovima itekako dobrodošlo.

Da pripajanje fonda ne znači potres na tržištu, svjedoči podatak da je od 12. srpnja 2007. PBZ kunski novčani fond pripojen PBZ Novčanom fondu, a od 28. ožujka ove godine Prospectus Global Equity fondu Prospectus Jugoistočna Europa.

Upravo je u tijeku pripajanje fonda AC Balkan fondu AC Rusija, a kako nam je kazao Vjeran Filippi iz Adriatica Capitala taj će proces biti završen do sredine studenoga. Imovina AC Balkana na kraju rujna iznosila je 1,9 milijardi kuna, a i prijašnja dva mjeseca bila je ispod “zakonskih” pet milijuna kuna.

Ispod tog zakonskog limita u tri zadnja mjeseca bila je i imovina dvaju fondova kojima upravlja Platinum Invest (Platinum JIE i Platinum Blue Chip) i triju fondova MP Investa (Mena HR, Bric HR i Global HR), ali je ona znatno bliže tom graničnom iznosu.

Ivan Ivin iz MP Investa i Igor Gvozdanović iz Platinum Investa kazali su da su već pronašli ulagače čijim će ulaganjem neto imovina tih fondova premašiti traženih pet milijuna kuna.

- Nećemo se odreći nijednog fonda, za svaki imamo određenu politiku i tržišta na koja ulažemo, udjelničari su time zadovoljni i ne povlače se - ističe Ivin. Gvozdanović govori kako su dionice u njihovim fondovima najlikvidnije, a struktura udjelničara stabilna. Ističe kako je interventni fond namijenjen fondovima koji su ulagali na plitka tržišta i dionice s kojima se rijetko trgovalo, pa ih sada ne mogu brzo prodati.

Četiri obvezna mirovinska fonda i četiri društva za upravljanje otvorenim investicijskim fondovima s ukupnim tržišnim udjelom većim od 76 posto, u ponedjeljak su u dogovoru s Hrvatskom agencijom za nadzor financijskih usluga (HANFA) dogovorili hitno osnivanje “interventnoga” fonda za pomoć manje likvidnim otvorenim investicijskim fondovima koji odluče prodati svoju imovinu i isplatiti udjelničare.
