Malena mjesta srca moga… davno je spjevao nezaboravni Tin u svome „Odlasku“, a sudeći prema prvim rezultatima popisa stanovništva za 2021. godinu za mnoga naša mala mjesta i naselja vezat ćemo samo riječ „odlazak“. Na ovaj ili onaj način. Čak 186 naselja po Hrvatskoj, pokazao je najnoviji popis, nema niti jednog jedinog žitelja - „nula“ je broj koji uz njih stoji u rubrici „ukupan broj stanovnika“.

Tako ne samo što smo u deset godina ostali bez gotovo deset posto stanovništva, nego se život ugasio u novih 70-ak naselja, jer tako izgleda ako se usporedi podatak iz 2011. godine kada je broj mjesta bez ijednog stanovnika iznosio 119.

Prava demografska pustoš zahvatila je Primorsko-goransku županiju u kojoj niti jednog stanovnika nema u čak 55 naselja, velikim dijelom u području Gorskog kotara. Ništa bolje nije ni u susjednoj Karlovačkoj županiji u kojoj popisivači nisu nikoga zatekli u 29 naselja, a u Požeško-slavonskoj u njih 17. Nešto boljom slikom može se pohvaliti tek regija Sjeverna Hrvatska, koja u županijama poput Međimurske i Koprivničko-križevačke nema niti jednog nenaseljenog mjesta.

Što se tiče Dalmacije, stanje je tek naizgled bolje. U četiri dalmatinske županije popisivači su evidentirali ukupno 12 naselja bez ijednog žitelja: dva u Zadarskoj, jedno u Šibensko-kninskoj, pet u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj te četiri u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji. Međutim, treba reći da je u cijeloj Hrvatskoj, pa tako i Dalmaciji, pregršt mjestašaca koja broje tek rijetke „Robinzone“, to jest jednog ili dva stanovnika, a onih ispod deset mještana također ne manjka.

Hrvatsku općenito, kako kažu demografi, karakterizira prostorna neujednačenost, imamo ogromne ispražnjene prostore bez života.

Međutim, kuriozitet je, osobito u jadranskim županijama, da u pojedinim mjestima nema stanovnika ni kućanstava – ali ima nekretnina, odnosno stambenih jedinica zahvaljujući kojima od tih naselja nije ostalo samo ime. Popis 2021., podsjetimo, pokazao je da je u Hrvatskoj u proteklih deset godina generalno porastao jedino broj stambenih jedinica i to za više od stotinu tisuća (4,61 posto), a na samom vrhu su Dubrovačko-neretvanska, Šibensko-kninska i Zadarska županija.

U Zadarskoj županiji trenutno su dva naselja s nula stanovnika, oba u općini Gračac – Duboki dol i Nadvrelo. U Dubokom dolu ni 2011. godine nije bilo stanovnika, ali u Nadvrelu jest i to jedna ženska osoba u dobi iznad 70 godina. Sada ni te stanovnice na popisu više nema, ali zato je u Nadvrelu ubilježeno 12 stanova za stalno stanovanje, a u Dubokom dolu dva.

U Šibensko-kninskoj županiji danas u naselju Kanjane u sastavu Drniša nema nijednog stanovnika, a do prije deset godina bilo ih je troje u dobi od 75 do 84 godine. Ali, zato Kanjane bilježe trenutno 40 stambenih jedinica, od kojih 21 stan za stalno stanovanje.

U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji potpuno je prazno pet naselja: Oključna i Palagruža oko Komiže na otoku Visu, Humac kraj Jelse na otoku Hvaru, Podhume kraj Milne na otoku Braču te Dubci (općina Zadvarje), koji su listom bili prazni i prije deset godina. Dok Podhume i Dubci broje svega po dvije stambene jedinice a Palagruža jednu, Oključna ih ima čak 44 a Humac 31.

U Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji ni kućanstava ni stanovnika nema u četiri naselja: Glavatu na Lastovu, naseljima Brečići i Dubrave (općina Pojezerje) te Zavali (općina Slivno). Međutim, u Zavali su popisane 23 stambene jedinice (od kojih su samo dvije registrirane kao stanovi za stalno stanovanje), u Dubravama je 16 stambenih jedinica (šest stanova za stalno stanovanje), u Brečićima 9 jedinica (4 stana), a u Glavatu samo jedna stambena jedinica koja nije za stalno stanovanje.

Detaljnija analiza popisa trebala bi dati odgovor koliko je među tim nekretninama vikendica, odnosno kuća za odmor i sličnih objekata, a koliko je opustjela djedovina u koju se možda nikad više nitko neće vratiti.

Obrnuti primjeri, i to s otoka!


Premda je stalni povratak u davno ispražnjena naselja rijetka priča iz Hrvatske, pronašli smo i takve primjere. Prema podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku, primjerice, naselje Sveti Andrija uz grad Komižu na Visu 2011. godine nije imao upisanog niti jednog jedinog stanovnika.
Na popisu 2021. godine imaju dva ubilježena stanovnika, dva privatna kućanstva, a broj stambenih jedinica je 7. Naselje Malo Grablje uz grad Hvar bio je prije deset godina bez ijednog stanovnika, a na zadnjem popisu evidentirano ih je troje u dva kućanstva, dok je stambenih jedinica u naselju 5.

Malena mjesta srca moga… davno je spjevao nezaboravni Tin u svome „Odlasku“, a sudeći prema prvim rezultatima popisa stanovništva za 2021. godinu za mnoga naša mala mjesta i naselja vezat ćemo samo riječ „odlazak“. Na ovaj ili onaj način. Čak 186 naselja po Hrvatskoj, pokazao je najnoviji popis, nema niti jednog jedinog žitelja - „nula“ je broj koji uz njih stoji u rubrici „ukupan broj stanovnika“.

Tako ne samo što smo u deset godina ostali bez gotovo deset posto stanovništva, nego se život ugasio u novih 70-ak naselja, jer tako izgleda ako se usporedi podatak iz 2011. godine kada je broj mjesta bez ijednog stanovnika iznosio 119.

Prava demografska pustoš zahvatila je Primorsko-goransku županiju u kojoj niti jednog stanovnika nema u čak 55 naselja, velikim dijelom u području Gorskog kotara. Ništa bolje nije ni u susjednoj Karlovačkoj županiji u kojoj popisivači nisu nikoga zatekli u 29 naselja, a u Požeško-slavonskoj u njih 17. Nešto boljom slikom može se pohvaliti tek regija Sjeverna Hrvatska, koja u županijama poput Međimurske i Koprivničko-križevačke nema niti jednog nenaseljenog mjesta.

Što se tiče Dalmacije, stanje je tek naizgled bolje. U četiri dalmatinske županije popisivači su evidentirali ukupno 12 naselja bez ijednog žitelja: dva u Zadarskoj, jedno u Šibensko-kninskoj, pet u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj te četiri u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji. Međutim, treba reći da je u cijeloj Hrvatskoj, pa tako i Dalmaciji, pregršt mjestašaca koja broje tek rijetke „Robinzone“, to jest jednog ili dva stanovnika, a onih ispod deset mještana također ne manjka.

Hrvatsku općenito, kako kažu demografi, karakterizira prostorna neujednačenost, imamo ogromne ispražnjene prostore bez života.

Međutim, kuriozitet je, osobito u jadranskim županijama, da u pojedinim mjestima nema stanovnika ni kućanstava – ali ima nekretnina, odnosno stambenih jedinica zahvaljujući kojima od tih naselja nije ostalo samo ime. Popis 2021., podsjetimo, pokazao je da je u Hrvatskoj u proteklih deset godina generalno porastao jedino broj stambenih jedinica i to za više od stotinu tisuća (4,61 posto), a na samom vrhu su Dubrovačko-neretvanska, Šibensko-kninska i Zadarska županija.

U Zadarskoj županiji trenutno su dva naselja s nula stanovnika, oba u općini Gračac – Duboki dol i Nadvrelo. U Dubokom dolu ni 2011. godine nije bilo stanovnika, ali u Nadvrelu jest i to jedna ženska osoba u dobi iznad 70 godina. Sada ni te stanovnice na popisu više nema, ali zato je u Nadvrelu ubilježeno 12 stanova za stalno stanovanje, a u Dubokom dolu dva.

U Šibensko-kninskoj županiji danas u naselju Kanjane u sastavu Drniša nema nijednog stanovnika, a do prije deset godina bilo ih je troje u dobi od 75 do 84 godine. Ali, zato Kanjane bilježe trenutno 40 stambenih jedinica, od kojih 21 stan za stalno stanovanje.

U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji potpuno je prazno pet naselja: Oključna i Palagruža oko Komiže na otoku Visu, Humac kraj Jelse na otoku Hvaru, Podhume kraj Milne na otoku Braču te Dubci (općina Zadvarje), koji su listom bili prazni i prije deset godina. Dok Podhume i Dubci broje svega po dvije stambene jedinice a Palagruža jednu, Oključna ih ima čak 44 a Humac 31.

U Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji ni kućanstava ni stanovnika nema u četiri naselja: Glavatu na Lastovu, naseljima Brečići i Dubrave (općina Pojezerje) te Zavali (općina Slivno). Međutim, u Zavali su popisane 23 stambene jedinice (od kojih su samo dvije registrirane kao stanovi za stalno stanovanje), u Dubravama je 16 stambenih jedinica (šest stanova za stalno stanovanje), u Brečićima 9 jedinica (4 stana), a u Glavatu samo jedna stambena jedinica koja nije za stalno stanovanje.

Detaljnija analiza popisa trebala bi dati odgovor koliko je među tim nekretninama vikendica, odnosno kuća za odmor i sličnih objekata, a koliko je opustjela djedovina u koju se možda nikad više nitko neće vratiti.

Obrnuti primjeri, i to s otoka!


Premda je stalni povratak u davno ispražnjena naselja rijetka priča iz Hrvatske, pronašli smo i takve primjere. Prema podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku, primjerice, naselje Sveti Andrija uz grad Komižu na Visu 2011. godine nije imao upisanog niti jednog jedinog stanovnika.
Na popisu 2021. godine imaju dva ubilježena stanovnika, dva privatna kućanstva, a broj stambenih jedinica je 7. Naselje Malo Grablje uz grad Hvar bio je prije deset godina bez ijednog stanovnika, a na zadnjem popisu evidentirano ih je troje u dva kućanstva, dok je stambenih jedinica u naselju 5.
