Pristojbu HRT-u plaćate zbog toga što imate prijamnik u motornom vozilu registriranom na vaše ime, a pritom ste fizička osoba koja ne plaća HRT pristojbu za prijamnik u svom kućanstvom, odnosno niste članovi kućanstva koje plaća mjesečnu pristojbu.

Fizičke osobe koje ne plaćaju mjesečnu pristojbu i nisu članovi kućanstva koje plaća mjesečnu pristojbu, dužne su plaćati pristojbu za prijamnik u motornom vozilu registriranom na njihovo ime, piše u čl. 34. st. 3. Zakona o Hrvatskoj radioteleviziji. Zakon kaže da se sami morate prijaviti, piše HAK Revija. 

Osoba koja ima u vlasništvu ili posjedu prijamnik, a nije član kućanstva koje plaća mjesečnu pristojbu u skladu s ovim Zakonom, obvezna je HRT-u prijaviti prijamnik najkasnije u roku od 30 dana od dana nabave prijamnika ili registracije motornog vozila s ugrađenim prijamnikom, a promjenu adrese, mjesta stanovanja ili sjedišta najkasnije u roku od 15 dana od dana promjene.

Do odluke Ustavnog suda Republike Hrvatske postojala je zakonska obveza vašeg leasing društva da vas prijavi Hrvatskoj radioteleviziji. To joj je bila zakonom propisana dužnost.

Ustavni sud Republike Hrvatske 16. listopada 2018. ukinuo je Zakon o dopuni Zakona o Hrvatskoj radioteleviziji (»Narodne novine« broj 46/17. i 73/17.) u kojem je uz niz ostalih bila i odredba prema kojoj su: „Tijela državne uprave i pravne osobe s javnim ovlastima koji vode zbirke osobnih podataka i druge registre te leasing-društva dužni su bez naknade davati informacije HRT-u u svrhu naplate mjesečne pristojbe“.

Pravne osobe, udruge bez pravne osobnosti, obrtnici i druge fizičke osobama koje obavljaju samostalnu djelatnost plaćaju mjesečnu pristojbu na svaki prijamnik osim ako zakonom nije drugačije određeno. Te su osobe oslobođene obveze plaćanja mjesečne pristojbe za druge uređaje za prijam radijskog ili audiovizualnog programa (računala, prijenosni komunikacijski uređaji i sl.) koji služe isključivo u svrhu obavljanja djelatnosti, kao i nakladnici radija i televizije za prijamnike koji im isključivo služe za kontrolu vlastitog emitiranog programa.

Iznimno pravne i fizičke osobe koje obavljaju ugostiteljsku djelatnost sukladno posebnom zakonu plaćanjem mjesečne pristojbe za jedan prijamnik u ugostiteljskom objektu stječu pravo korištenja triju dodatnih prijamnika u istom ugostiteljskom objektu bez plaćanja mjesečne pristojbe.

Ima tu i prekršajnih odredaba. Novčanom kaznom u iznosu od 1.000,00 kuna kaznit će se za prekršaj fizička osoba koja ne prijavi prijamnik ili se koristi odjavljenim prijamnikom.

Pristojbu HRT-u plaćate zbog toga što imate prijamnik u motornom vozilu registriranom na vaše ime, a pritom ste fizička osoba koja ne plaća HRT pristojbu za prijamnik u svom kućanstvom, odnosno niste članovi kućanstva koje plaća mjesečnu pristojbu.

Fizičke osobe koje ne plaćaju mjesečnu pristojbu i nisu članovi kućanstva koje plaća mjesečnu pristojbu, dužne su plaćati pristojbu za prijamnik u motornom vozilu registriranom na njihovo ime, piše u čl. 34. st. 3. Zakona o Hrvatskoj radioteleviziji. Zakon kaže da se sami morate prijaviti, piše HAK Revija. 

Osoba koja ima u vlasništvu ili posjedu prijamnik, a nije član kućanstva koje plaća mjesečnu pristojbu u skladu s ovim Zakonom, obvezna je HRT-u prijaviti prijamnik najkasnije u roku od 30 dana od dana nabave prijamnika ili registracije motornog vozila s ugrađenim prijamnikom, a promjenu adrese, mjesta stanovanja ili sjedišta najkasnije u roku od 15 dana od dana promjene.

Do odluke Ustavnog suda Republike Hrvatske postojala je zakonska obveza vašeg leasing društva da vas prijavi Hrvatskoj radioteleviziji. To joj je bila zakonom propisana dužnost.

Ustavni sud Republike Hrvatske 16. listopada 2018. ukinuo je Zakon o dopuni Zakona o Hrvatskoj radioteleviziji (»Narodne novine« broj 46/17. i 73/17.) u kojem je uz niz ostalih bila i odredba prema kojoj su: „Tijela državne uprave i pravne osobe s javnim ovlastima koji vode zbirke osobnih podataka i druge registre te leasing-društva dužni su bez naknade davati informacije HRT-u u svrhu naplate mjesečne pristojbe“.

Pravne osobe, udruge bez pravne osobnosti, obrtnici i druge fizičke osobama koje obavljaju samostalnu djelatnost plaćaju mjesečnu pristojbu na svaki prijamnik osim ako zakonom nije drugačije određeno. Te su osobe oslobođene obveze plaćanja mjesečne pristojbe za druge uređaje za prijam radijskog ili audiovizualnog programa (računala, prijenosni komunikacijski uređaji i sl.) koji služe isključivo u svrhu obavljanja djelatnosti, kao i nakladnici radija i televizije za prijamnike koji im isključivo služe za kontrolu vlastitog emitiranog programa.

Iznimno pravne i fizičke osobe koje obavljaju ugostiteljsku djelatnost sukladno posebnom zakonu plaćanjem mjesečne pristojbe za jedan prijamnik u ugostiteljskom objektu stječu pravo korištenja triju dodatnih prijamnika u istom ugostiteljskom objektu bez plaćanja mjesečne pristojbe.

Pristojbu HRT-u plaćate zbog toga što imate prijamnik u motornom vozilu registriranom na vaše ime, a pritom ste fizička osoba koja ne plaća HRT pristojbu za prijamnik u svom kućanstvom, odnosno niste članovi kućanstva koje plaća mjesečnu pristojbu.

Fizičke osobe koje ne plaćaju mjesečnu pristojbu i nisu članovi kućanstva koje plaća mjesečnu pristojbu, dužne su plaćati pristojbu za prijamnik u motornom vozilu registriranom na njihovo ime, piše u čl. 34. st. 3. Zakona o Hrvatskoj radioteleviziji. Zakon kaže da se sami morate prijaviti, piše HAK Revija. 

Osoba koja ima u vlasništvu ili posjedu prijamnik, a nije član kućanstva koje plaća mjesečnu pristojbu u skladu s ovim Zakonom, obvezna je HRT-u prijaviti prijamnik najkasnije u roku od 30 dana od dana nabave prijamni...
