Prema ovotjednoj presudi, Pero (53) je mortus pijan vozio automobil lani u kolovozu oko 21.15 sati u mjesti Belčići kod Jastrebarskog. Krenuo je s parkirališta, ali nije daleko dospio: vozeći u ‘rikverc’ izletio je s ceste u jarak.

Policiji je priznao kako je između 15 i 19 sati popio jako puno piva te je napuhao 3,7 promila, a nakon oduzimanja pogreške mjerenja uređaja upisano je da je imao 3,6 promila. Odmah je uhićen.

Auto parkirano

Pero se branio kako je on terenski radnik i da se te noći zapravo nije dogodilo ništa.

“Ja nigdje nisam skrenuo i nikoga nisam udario i nigdje nisam upao, niti štetu napravio. A puhao sam jer sam budala i nisam uopće trebao jer je auto kad je došla policija bilo parkirano, a ključevi nisu bili u bravi.

Koliko je vremena prošlo od dojave do alkotestiranja, dovoljno da se čovjek može opustiti ako ja završio radni dan i parkira svoje vozilo. Bio sam carinik 20 godina, a vojnik pet godina, sad sam električar pa su u policiji vidjeli moju biografiju i dosje, javlja Danica.hr.

Znači da nisam ja od jučer i savjesni promatrači što zovu odmah policiju kada nemaju drugog posla neka zovu psihića ili ne znam ni ja kog već”, poručio je Pero svjedokinji koja je odmah zvala policiju.

Zabrana vožnje

Svjedokinja je ispričala kako je Pero te noći došao kod njihove vikendice u Belčiće. Bio je, kaže, toliko pijan da je prilikom okretanja autom upao “s oba kotača u rupu niže stepenica”.

“Zvala sam policiju jer sam vidjela da vozi toliko pijan da je opasan i ugrožava sigurnost prometa za sebe i druge. Ali, on se uspio izvući iz tih stepenica i otišao je dalje s tim autom i policija ga je slijedila. Bilo je više policijskih vozila”, naglasila je žena.

Sutkinja je Peru proglasila krivim i kaznila sa 600 eura plus 30 eura troškova postupka. Od toga mu se oduzima 80 eura jer je dva dana proveo u policijskom pritvoru. Dobio je i tromjesečnu zabranu vožnje. Presuda je nepravomoćna.

Prema ovotjednoj presudi, Pero (53) je mortus pijan vozio automobil lani u kolovozu oko 21.15 sati u mjesti Belčići kod Jastrebarskog. Krenuo je s parkirališta, ali nije daleko dospio: vozeći u ‘rikverc’ izletio je s ceste u jarak.

Policiji je priznao kako je između 15 i 19 sati popio jako puno piva te je napuhao 3,7 promila, a nakon oduzimanja pogreške mjerenja uređaja upisano je da je imao 3,6 promila. Odmah je uhićen.

Auto parkirano

Pero se branio kako je on terenski radnik i da se te noći zapravo nije dogodilo ništa.

“Ja nigdje nisam skrenuo i nikoga nisam udario i nigdje nisam upao, niti štetu napravio. A puhao sam jer sam budala i nisam uopće trebao jer je auto kad je došla policija bilo parkirano, a ključevi nisu bili u bravi.

Koliko je vremena prošlo od dojave do alkotestiranja, dovoljno da se čovjek može opustiti ako ja završio radni dan i parkira svoje vozilo. Bio sam carinik 20 godina, a vojnik pet godina, sad sam električar pa su u policiji vidjeli moju biografiju i dosje, javlja Danica.hr.

Znači da nisam ja od jučer i savjesni promatrači što zovu odmah policiju kada nemaju drugog posla neka zovu psihića ili ne znam ni ja kog već”, poručio je Pero svjedokinji koja je odmah zvala policiju.

Zabrana vožnje

Svjedokinja je ispričala kako je Pero te noći došao kod njihove vikendice u Belčiće. Bio je, kaže, toliko pijan da je prilikom okretanja autom upao “s oba kotača u rupu niže stepenica”.

“Zvala sam policiju jer sam vidjela da vozi toliko pijan da je opasan i ugrožava sigurnost prometa za sebe i druge. Ali, on se uspio izvući iz tih stepenica i otišao je dalje s tim autom i policija ga je slijedila. Bilo je više policijskih vozila”, naglasila je žena.

Pero s 3,7 promila vozio u rikverc, odletio u jarak: ‘Puhao sam jer sam budala, ništa se nije dogodilo!‘

Prema ovotjednoj presudi, Pero (53) je mortus pijan vozio automobil lani u kolovozu oko 21.15 sati u mjesti Belčići kod Jastrebarskog. Krenuo je s parkirališta, ali nije daleko dospio: vozeći u ‘rikverc’ izletio je s ceste u jarak.

Policiji je priznao kako je između 15 i 19 sati popio jako puno piva te je napuhao 3,7 promila, a nakon oduzimanja pogreške mjerenja uređaja upisano je da je imao 3,6 promila. Odmah je uhićen.

Auto parkirano

Pero se branio kako je on terenski radnik i da se te noći zapravo nije dogodilo ništa.

“Ja nigdje nisam skrenuo i nikoga nisam udario i nigdje nisam upao, niti štetu napravio. A puhao sam jer sam budala i nisam uopće trebao jer je auto kad je došla policija bilo parkirano, a ključevi nisu bili u bravi.

Koliko je vremena prošlo od dojave do alkotestiranja, dovoljno da se čovjek može opustiti ako ja završio radni dan i parkira svoje vozilo. Bio sam carinik 20 godina, a vojnik pet godina, sad sam električar pa su u policiji vidjeli moju biografiju i dosje, javlja Danica.hr.

Znači da nisam ja od jučer i savjesni promatrači što zovu odmah policiju kada nemaju drugog posla neka zovu psihića ili ne znam ni ja kog već”, poručio je Pero svjedokinji koja je odmah zvala policiju.

Zabrana vožnje

Svjedokinja je ispričala kako je Pero te noći došao kod njihove vikendice u Belčiće. Bio je, kaže, toliko pijan da je prilikom okretanja autom upao “s oba kotača u rupu niže stepenica”.

“Zvala sam policiju jer sam vidjela da vozi toliko pijan da je opasan i ugrožava sigurnost prometa za sebe i druge. Ali, on se uspio izvući iz tih stepenica i otišao je dalje s tim autom i policija ga je slijedila. Bilo je više policijskih vozila”, naglasila je žena.
