Prijedlog Zakona o Hrvatskoj gospodarskoj komori (HGK), kojim se ukida obvezna članarina za male poduzetnike, raspravljen je u utorak u Hrvatskom saboru, a oporba ga smatra tek kozmetičkim negodujući jer se u javnoj raspravi nalazio tek pet dana.   

Dario Hrebak (klub HSLS-a i Reformista) najavio je potporu zakonu i pozdravio što se HGK reformira nakon 30 godina i ukida obveza plaćanja članarine za 96 posto poduzetnika. HGK se treba reformirati i okrenuti tržištu i dijeliti sudbinu oni koje zastupa, jer je većina poduzetnika imala malu korist, a svi su morali plaćati članarinu, istaknuo je Hrebak.

Podsjetio je da je HGK osnovana prije 180 godina, a da se u posljednjih godina simbol uhljebništva i afera. Nikada nismo bili za rušenje HGK, nego inzistirali na reformi i ukidanju obveznog članstva kako bi bila racionalnija i efikasnija.    

Rada Borić (klub zelenolijevog bloka) rekao je da je zakon o HGK donesen u prosincu 1991. i 30 godina je zacementiran a za javnu raspravu o zakonskom prijedlogu bilo je predviđeno tek pet dana. Čini se da ćemo i sada dobiti tek kozmetičke promjene jer se radi o "prilagođavanju novim trendovima  i terminološkim usklađivanjima". Vladina samohvala uvreda je onima koji su 30 godina plaćali komorski doprinos, ocijenila je Borić.

Branko Bačić (klub HDZ-a) složio se da je pet dana premalo za javnu raspravu te izrazio je nadu da će resorno ministarstvo način do drugog čitanja način da u nju uključe poduzetnike i zainteresiranu javnost.

HGK je organizirana slično kao i u drugim europskim zemljama, dodao je i podsjetio da su u proteklih pet godina provedene reforme te je smanjen broj zaposlenih a Komora se prilagođava tržišnom gospodarstvu, digitalizaciji i internacionalizaciji poslovanja. Upozorio je kako HGK ostaje bez 30 posto svojih prihoda i da se treba okrenuti drugim izvorima financiranja, među kojima i fondovima EU.

Sandra Benčić (klub zelenolijevog bloka) rekla je kako se HGK treba prilagoditi poslovanju u 21. stoljeću i modernizirati kao servis poduzetnicima i vidjeti koje su posebne usluge koje bi im trebale pružati pri izlasku na strana tržišta.   

HGK trebala doživjeti reformu, no pitanje je jeli trebalo reformirati samo sustav članarina, kazala je Dragana Jeckov (klub SDSS-a). Podsjetila je kako su plaćanja oslobođene novoosnovane tvrtke i one na potresom pogođenim područjima ocijenivši kako oslobađanje od plaćanja 500-tinjak kuna godišnje neće značajnije utjecati na njihovo poslovanje.

Prijedlog Zakona o Hrvatskoj gospodarskoj komori (HGK), kojim se ukida obvezna članarina za male poduzetnike, raspravljen je u utorak u Hrvatskom saboru, a oporba ga smatra tek kozmetičkim negodujući jer se u javnoj raspravi nalazio tek pet dana.   

Dario Hrebak (klub HSLS-a i Reformista) najavio je potporu zakonu i pozdravio što se HGK reformira nakon 30 godina i ukida obveza plaćanja članarine za 96 posto poduzetnika. HGK se treba reformirati i okrenuti tržištu i dijeliti sudbinu oni koje zastupa, jer je većina poduzetnika imala malu korist, a svi su morali plaćati članarinu, istaknuo je Hrebak.

Podsjetio je da je HGK osnovana prije 180 godina, a da se u posljednjih godina simbol uhljebništva i afera. Nikada nismo bili za rušenje HGK, nego inzistirali na reformi i ukidanju obveznog članstva kako bi bila racionalnija i efikasnija.    

Rada Borić (klub zelenolijevog bloka) rekao je da je zakon o HGK donesen u prosincu 1991. i 30 godina je zacementiran a za javnu raspravu o zakonskom prijedlogu bilo je predviđeno tek pet dana. Čini se da ćemo i sada dobiti tek kozmetičke promjene jer se radi o "prilagođavanju novim trendovima  i terminološkim usklađivanjima". Vladina samohvala uvreda je onima koji su 30 godina plaćali komorski doprinos, ocijenila je Borić.

Branko Bačić (klub HDZ-a) složio se da je pet dana premalo za javnu raspravu te izrazio je nadu da će resorno ministarstvo način do drugog čitanja način da u nju uključe poduzetnike i zainteresiranu javnost.

HGK je organizirana slično kao i u drugim europskim zemljama, dodao je i podsjetio da su u proteklih pet godina provedene reforme te je smanjen broj zaposlenih a Komora se prilagođava tržišnom gospodarstvu, digitalizaciji i internacionalizaciji poslovanja. Upozorio je kako HGK ostaje bez 30 posto svojih prihoda i da se treba okrenuti drugim izvorima financiranja, među kojima i fondovima EU.

Sandra Benčić (klub zelenolijevog bloka) rekla je kako se HGK treba prilagoditi poslovanju u 21. stoljeću i modernizirati kao servis poduzetnicima i vidjeti koje su posebne usluge koje bi im trebale pružati pri izlasku na strana tržišta.   

HGK trebala doživjeti reformu, no pitanje je jeli trebalo reformirati samo sustav članarina, kazala je Dragana Jeckov (klub SDSS-a). Podsjetila je kako su plaćanja oslobođene novoosnovane tvrtke i one na potresom pogođenim područjima ocijenivši kako oslobađanje od plaćanja 500-tinjak kuna godišnje neće značajnije utjecati na njihovo poslovanje.

Prijedlog Zakona o Hrvatskoj gospodarskoj komori (HGK), kojim se ukida obvezna članarina za male poduzetnike, raspravljen je u utorak u Hrvatskom saboru, a oporba ga smatra tek kozmetičkim negodujući jer se u javnoj raspravi nalazio tek pet dana.   

Dario Hrebak (klub HSLS-a i Reformista) najavio je potporu zakonu i pozdravio što se HGK reformira nakon 30 godina i ukida obveza plaćanja članarine za 96 posto poduzetnika. HGK se treba reformirati i okrenuti tržištu i dijeliti sudbinu oni koje zastupa, jer je većina poduzetnika imala malu korist, a svi su morali plaćati članarinu, istaknuo je Hrebak.

Podsjetio je da je HGK osnovana prije 180 godina, a da se u posljednjih godina simbol uhljebništva i afera. Nikada nismo bili za rušenje HGK, nego inzistirali na reformi i u...
