Po istraživanju koje je naručilo jedno osiguravajuće društvo iz Njemačke trenutno je 31 % stanovništva u Njemačkoj pogođeno psihičkim oboljenjima. Toliko je pogođenih i u Kini i Tajlandu. U Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama čak 40 posto stanovništva pati od psihičkih oboljenja kao što su depresije, anksioznost ili poremećaj kod uzimanja hrane, piše Deutsche Welle. 

U istraživanju je ispitano po 1.000 ljudi iz svake od 16 zemalja u Europi, Aziji i Sjevernoj Americi o njihovom mentalnom zdravlju. U usporedbi s 2023. upada u oči da se u većini zemalja stanje pogoršalo 2024. godine. U Francuskoj, Irskoj i Meksiku je broj ljudi sa psihičkim oboljenjem porastao za šest do sedam posto. U Turskoj čak za osam posto. Samo je na Filipinima u 2024. godini manje oboljelih nego godinu dana ranije.

Osim toga izgleda da je mentalno zdravlje pitanje generacije. Osobito često mladi ljudi između 18 i 34 godine navode da pate od nekog psihičkog oboljenja. U Irskoj, Turskoj i SAD-u su pogođeni prije svega mladi od 18 do 24 godine. Ali, i u dobnoj skupini između 25 i 34 godine po broju psihički oboljelih prednjače SAD i Turska.

Prema ovom istraživanju 43 %svih ispitanih u starosnoj dobi od 18 do 24 godine navelo je da su psihički bolesni. Najčešća oboljenja su depresije, od kojih pati 22 posto ispitanih, zatim anksioznost, fobije ili posttraumatski stresni poremećaj, od kojih pati također 22 posto ispitanih. U istraživanju se objašnjava i kako ispitane osobe dolaze do spoznaja koje navode. U Njemačkoj je velika većina (57 posto) dobila dijagnozu od psihologa ili psihijatra. Oko 17 %je takvu dijagnozu dobilo od svoga liječnika opće prakse.

Broj onih koji su do zaključka da su psihički bolesni došli vlastitim istraživanjem, recimo preko interneta, kod Nijemaca iznosi 16 posto. U drugim zemljama je taj postotak znatno veći. Na Filipinima je tako do zaključka o svom psihičkom oboljenju došlo 60 posto ispitanika, u Turskoj 36 posto.

Ovo istraživanje jasno pokazuje koliko je važna profesionalna pomoć u slučaju psihičkog oboljenja. Većina ispitanika u Njemačkoj (57 %) kaže da se, zahvaljujući profesionalnoj pomoći, uspješno oporavila od bolesti. Ali četvrtina ispitanika (24 %) i u Njemačkoj ne prihvaća profesionalni tretman psihologa ili psihijatra. Samo još u Japanu više ljudi (25 %) ne prihvaća profesionalnu pomoć u slučaju psihičkog oboljenja, piše Deutsche Welle.

Po navodima Njemačkog društva za psihijatriju i psihoterapiju, psihosomatiku i liječenje živčanih oboljenja (DGPPN) „psihička oboljenja u Njemačkoj pripadaju među četiri najvažnija uzroka za gubitak zdravih godina života. Ljudi sa psihičkim oboljenjima osim toga u prosjeku žive deset godina kraće nego ostatak stanovništva."

Po istraživanju koje je naručilo jedno osiguravajuće društvo iz Njemačke trenutno je 31 % stanovništva u Njemačkoj pogođeno psihičkim oboljenjima. Toliko je pogođenih i u Kini i Tajlandu. U Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama čak 40 posto stanovništva pati od psihičkih oboljenja kao što su depresije, anksioznost ili poremećaj kod uzimanja hrane, piše Deutsche Welle. 

U istraživanju je ispitano po 1.000 ljudi iz svake od 16 zemalja u Europi, Aziji i Sjevernoj Americi o njihovom mentalnom zdravlju. U usporedbi s 2023. upada u oči da se u većini zemalja stanje pogoršalo 2024. godine. U Francuskoj, Irskoj i Meksiku je broj ljudi sa psihičkim oboljenjem porastao za šest do sedam posto. U Turskoj čak za osam posto. Samo je na Filipinima u 2024. godini manje oboljelih nego godinu dana ranije.

Osim toga izgleda da je mentalno zdravlje pitanje generacije. Osobito često mladi ljudi između 18 i 34 godine navode da pate od nekog psihičkog oboljenja. U Irskoj, Turskoj i SAD-u su pogođeni prije svega mladi od 18 do 24 godine. Ali, i u dobnoj skupini između 25 i 34 godine po broju psihički oboljelih prednjače SAD i Turska.

Prema ovom istraživanju 43 %svih ispitanih u starosnoj dobi od 18 do 24 godine navelo je da su psihički bolesni. Najčešća oboljenja su depresije, od kojih pati 22 posto ispitanih, zatim anksioznost, fobije ili posttraumatski stresni poremećaj, od kojih pati također 22 posto ispitanih. U istraživanju se objašnjava i kako ispitane osobe dolaze do spoznaja koje navode. U Njemačkoj je velika većina (57 posto) dobila dijagnozu od psihologa ili psihijatra. Oko 17 %je takvu dijagnozu dobilo od svoga liječnika opće prakse.

Broj onih koji su do zaključka da su psihički bolesni došli vlastitim istraživanjem, recimo preko interneta, kod Nijemaca iznosi 16 posto. U drugim zemljama je taj postotak znatno veći. Na Filipinima je tako do zaključka o svom psihičkom oboljenju došlo 60 posto ispitanika, u Turskoj 36 posto.

Ovo istraživanje jasno pokazuje koliko je važna profesionalna pomoć u slučaju psihičkog oboljenja. Većina ispitanika u Njemačkoj (57 %) kaže da se, zahvaljujući profesionalnoj pomoći, uspješno oporavila od bolesti. Ali četvrtina ispitanika (24 %) i u Njemačkoj ne prihvaća profesionalni tretman psihologa ili psihijatra. Samo još u Japanu više ljudi (25 %) ne prihvaća profesionalnu pomoć u slučaju psihičkog oboljenja, piše Deutsche Welle.

Po navodima Njemačkog društva za psihijatriju i psihoterapiju, psihosomatiku i liječenje živčanih oboljenja (DGPPN) „psihička oboljenja u Njemačkoj pripadaju među četiri najvažnija uzroka za gubitak zdravih godina života. Ljudi sa psihičkim oboljenjima osim toga u prosjeku žive deset godina kraće nego ostatak stanovništva."

Po istraživanju koje je naručilo jedno osiguravajuće društvo iz Njemačke trenutno je 31 % stanovništva u Njemačkoj pogođeno psihičkim oboljenjima. Toliko je pogođenih i u Kini i Tajlandu. U Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama čak 40 posto stanovništva pati od psihičkih oboljenja kao što su depresije, anksioznost ili poremećaj kod uzimanja hrane, piše Deutsche Welle. 

U istraživanju je ispitano po 1.000 ljudi iz svake od 16 zemalja u Europi, Aziji i Sjevernoj Americi o njihovom mentalnom zdravlju. U usporedbi s 2023. upada u oči da se u većini zemalja stanje pogoršalo 2024. godine. U Francuskoj, Irskoj i Meksiku je broj ljudi sa psihičkim oboljenjem porastao za šest do sedam posto. U Turskoj čak za osam posto. Samo je na Filipinima u 2024. godini manje oboljelih nego godinu dana ranije.

Osim toga izgleda da je mentalno zdravlje pitanje generacije. Osobito često mladi ljudi između 18 i 34 godine navode da pate od nekog psihičkog oboljenja. U Irskoj, Turskoj i SAD-u su pogođeni prije svega mladi od 18 do 24 godine. Ali, i u dobnoj skupini između 25 i 34 godine po broju psihički oboljelih prednjače SAD i Turska.

Prema ovom istraživanju 43 %svih ispitanih u starosnoj dobi od 18 do 24 godine navelo je da su psihički bolesni.
