Zadarska tvrtka "Euro projekt” izabrana je za izvođača radova treće faze projekta aglomeracije od Zadra do Petrčana kojom će se izgraditi kanalizacijske mreže na području Petrčana, Kožina i sliva Puta Bokanjca. Odluka o tome donesena je dvije godine i četiri mjeseca nakon što su otvorene ponude pristigle na ovaj „nesretni” javni natječaj za posao procijenjen na 141,7 milijuna kuna.

Međutim, najprije enorman rast cijena izazvan inflacijom, a potom, zbog rata u Ukrajini dodatno destabilizirano tržište, doveli su do toga da je najnižu ponudu od 174,1 milijuna kuna (što je za 23 posto više od procjene), dostavila zajednica splitskog i zadarskog "Lavčevića”. Turski "Intas” ponudio je 182,7 milijuna kuna, njemački "Pfeiffer” 203 milijuna kuna, a zadarski "Euro projekt” 184,8 milijuna kuna. A onda su ponuđači redom odustajali, sve dok u igri nije preostao samo "Euro projekt”, tvrtka u vlasništvu obitelji poznatog zadarskog poduzetnika Mladena Ninčevića.

Izgradnja cjelokupne aglomeracije u Zadru procijenjena je na 567 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a, ali je nakon potpisa pod 11 od ukupno 12 ugovora postalo jasno da će sve koštati puno više jer se s 11 ugovora već stiglo na 508 milijuna kuna. U međuvremenu se čekalo na dogovor države s Europskom komisijom oko načina na koji bi trebalo pokriti toliki proboj procijenjene vrijednosti projekta.

Nakon izbora "Euro projekta” za izvođača radova, krajem ožujka istječe žalbeni rok, očekuje se da će iza Uskrsa ugovor biti potpisan i da će "Euro projekt” izraditi operativni, terminski plan za 36 mjeseci koliki je predviđeni rok izgradnje. Zato se procjenjuje da bi se strojevi na gradilištu trebali pojaviti sredinom ili u drugoj polovini svibnja, u vrijeme kada se turistička sezona već zahuktava.

Zato se čini logičnim da "Euro projekt” neće odmah "napasti” gradilište radovima u centru Kožina i Petrčana, ali točne lokacije i vrijeme kada će se i gdje raditi, bit će poznate nakon što "Odvodnja” i "Euro projekt” o tome postignu dogovor.

Nova najava: smrad na Smiljevcu nestaje u svibnju?

Do kraja studenoga ove godine „Odvodnja” mora završiti još jedan projekt kojega s nestrpljenjem očekuju mještani Smiljevca već godinama frustrirani zbog povremeno nepodnošljivog smrada s Uređaja za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda kod Gradskog groblja. Ovaj se projekt, vrijedan 39 milijuna kuna, realizira kroz osam podcjelina koje su trenutno u različitim fazama izvedenosti. Ono što građane najviše zanima je kada će nestati smrad.

- Dosada je natkrivena prva linija bazena, trenutno se natkriva druga i očekujem da će taj posao biti zgotovljen do svibnja. Postavljen je i tehnološki najnapredniji PCO uređaj za pročišćavanje zraka, pa procjenjujemo da će već krajem svibnja nestati preko 80 posto problema s neugodnim mirisima koje smo dosada imali. Nakon toga, u rujnu i listopadu, slijedi i završetak preostale cjeline, radovi na takozvanim egalizacijskim bazenima koji će omogućiti ravnomjerno pročišćavanje fekalija koje na naš Uređaj dolaze iz septičkih jama, kaže Grgo Peronja, direktor „Odvodnje”, ocjenjujući da je upravo neuravnoteženo puštanje sadržaja septičkih jama u sustav za pročišćavanje i bio značajan razlog širenja smrada oko pročišćavača.

Zadarska tvrtka "Euro projekt” izabrana je za izvođača radova treće faze projekta aglomeracije od Zadra do Petrčana kojom će se izgraditi kanalizacijske mreže na području Petrčana, Kožina i sliva Puta Bokanjca. Odluka o tome donesena je dvije godine i četiri mjeseca nakon što su otvorene ponude pristigle na ovaj „nesretni” javni natječaj za posao procijenjen na 141,7 milijuna kuna.

Međutim, najprije enorman rast cijena izazvan inflacijom, a potom, zbog rata u Ukrajini dodatno destabilizirano tržište, doveli su do toga da je najnižu ponudu od 174,1 milijuna kuna (što je za 23 posto više od procjene), dostavila zajednica splitskog i zadarskog "Lavčevića”. Turski "Intas” ponudio je 182,7 milijuna kuna, njemački "Pfeiffer” 203 milijuna kuna, a zadarski "Euro projekt” 184,8 milijuna kuna. A onda su ponuđači redom odustajali, sve dok u igri nije preostao samo "Euro projekt”, tvrtka u vlasništvu obitelji poznatog zadarskog poduzetnika Mladena Ninčevića.

Izgradnja cjelokupne aglomeracije u Zadru procijenjena je na 567 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a, ali je nakon potpisa pod 11 od ukupno 12 ugovora postalo jasno da će sve koštati puno više jer se s 11 ugovora već stiglo na 508 milijuna kuna. U međuvremenu se čekalo na dogovor države s Europskom komisijom oko načina na koji bi trebalo pokriti toliki proboj procijenjene vrijednosti projekta.

Nakon izbora "Euro projekta” za izvođača radova, krajem ožujka istječe žalbeni rok, očekuje se da će iza Uskrsa ugovor biti potpisan i da će "Euro projekt” izraditi operativni, terminski plan za 36 mjeseci koliki je predviđeni rok izgradnje. Zato se procjenjuje da bi se strojevi na gradilištu trebali pojaviti sredinom ili u drugoj polovini svibnja, u vrijeme kada se turistička sezona već zahuktava.

Zato se čini logičnim da "Euro projekt” neće odmah "napasti” gradilište radovima u centru Kožina i Petrčana, ali točne lokacije i vrijeme kada će se i gdje raditi, bit će poznate nakon što "Odvodnja” i "Euro projekt” o tome postignu dogovor.

Nova najava: smrad na Smiljevcu nestaje u svibnju?

Do kraja studenoga ove godine „Odvodnja” mora završiti još jedan projekt kojega s nestrpljenjem očekuju mještani Smiljevca već godinama frustrirani zbog povremeno nepodnošljivog smrada s Uređaja za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda kod Gradskog groblja. Ovaj se projekt, vrijedan 39 milijuna kuna, realizira kroz osam podcjelina koje su trenutno u različitim fazama izvedenosti. Ono što građane najviše zanima je kada će nestati smrad.

- Dosada je natkrivena prva linija bazena, trenutno se natkriva druga i očekujem da će taj posao biti zgotovljen do svibnja. Postavljen je i tehnološki najnapredniji PCO uređaj za pročišćavanje zraka, pa procjenjujemo da će već krajem svibnja nestati preko 80 posto problema s neugodnim mirisima koje smo dosada imali. Nakon toga, u rujnu i listopadu, slijedi i završetak preostale cjeline, radovi na takozvanim egalizacijskim bazenima koji će omogućiti ravnomjerno pročišćavanje fekalija koje na naš Uređaj dolaze iz septičkih jama, kaže Grgo Peronja, direktor „Odvodnje”, ocjenjujući da je upravo neuravnoteženo puštanje sadržaja septičkih jama u sustav za pročišćavanje i bio značajan razlog širenja smrada oko pročišćavača.

"Euro projekt" od svibnja gradi kanalizaciju za Kožino i Petrčane, a iz "Odvodnje" najavljuju kad će nestati nepodnošljivi smrad na Smiljevcu

Zadarska tvrtka "Euro projekt” izabrana je za izvođača radova treće faze projekta aglomeracije od Zadra do Petrčana kojom će se izgraditi kanalizacijske mreže na području Petrčana, Kožina i sliva Puta Bokanjca. Odluka o tome donesena je dvije godine i četiri mjeseca nakon što su otvorene ponude pristigle na ovaj „nesretni” javni natječaj za posao procijenjen na 141,7 milijuna kuna.

Međutim, najprije enorman rast cijena izazvan inflacijom, a potom, zbog rata u Ukrajini dodatno destabilizirano tržište, doveli su do toga da je najnižu ponudu od 174,1 milijuna kuna (što je za 23 posto više od procjene), dostavila zajednica splitskog i zadarskog "Lavčevića”. Turski "Intas” ponudio je 182,7 milijuna kuna, njemački "Pfeiffer” 203 milijuna kuna, a zadarski "Euro projekt” 184,8 milijuna kuna. A onda su ponuđači redom odustajali, sve dok u igri nije preostao samo "Euro projekt”, tvrtka u vlasništvu obitelji poznatog zadarskog poduzetnika Mladena Ninčevića.

Izgradnja cjelokupne aglomeracije u Zadru procijenjena je na 567 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a, ali je nakon potpisa pod 11 od ukupno 12 ugovora postalo jasno da će sve koštati puno više jer se s 11 ugovora već stiglo na 508 milijuna kuna. U međuvremenu se čekalo na dogovor države s Europskom komisijom oko načina na koji bi trebalo pokriti toliki proboj procijenjene vrijednosti projekta.

Nakon izbora "Euro projekta” za izvođača radova, krajem ožujka istječe žalbeni rok, očekuje se da će iza Uskrsa ugovor biti potpisan i da će "Euro projekt” izraditi operativni, terminski plan za 36 mjeseci koliki je predviđeni rok izgradnje.
