- Ako većina u Gradskom vijeću to želi, mogu ukinuti prirez, ali za to će morati snositi i političku odgovornost – prva je reakcija gradonačelnika Branka Dukića nakon što smo mu prenijeli informaciju da predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Marko Vučetić pokreće postupak ukidanja prireza koji u Zadru iznosi 12 posto, što je oko 22,3 milijuna kuna prihoda za gradski proračun na razini godine.

- Zadar je, kao što znate, dugo godina odlijevao uvođenju prireza, no dolaskom globalne gospodarske krize 2008. prirez je bio jedno od rješenja da Grad lakše provodi svoje razvojne projekte. Zadar ima najniži prirez od velikih gradova u Hrvatskoj. Držim da je prirez jedan od najpoštenijih poreza jer njega više plaćaju oni koji imaju viša primanja, a manje oni koji imaju manje. Svi koji imaju primanja do 4000 kuna oslobođeni su prireza, kao i oni sa 6000 kuna ako imaju i jedno dijete. Prirez najviše pogađa one koji imaju primanja iznad 20 tisuća kuna, kao što smo gospodin Vučetić i ja, koji ga mjesečno plaćamo oko 500 kuna. Ali ako je to njihova volja, neka im bude – kazao je gradonačelnik dodajući kako ne misli da je ovo vrijeme kada bi trebalo ukidati jedan tako važan izvor prihoda za gradski proračun.

- Zadar je zadnjih godina pokrenuo i realizirao veliki broj razvojnih projekata. Većinu tih projekata je sufinancirano novcem iz EU fondova, no za gotovo svaki takav projekt Grad treba osigurati sufinanciranje do nekih 15 posto ukupnog iznosa. Novac iz prireza nam upravo zato i koristi, a ako ga više ne bude bilo, morat ćemo neke stvari u proračunu drukčije posložiti. Tih 20-ak milijuna kuna je pola jedne osnovne škole, a sada planiramo graditi dvije. Nisam za to da se građani opterećuje nepotrebnim izdavanjima, ali nisam ni za to da se prirez sada ukida, pogotovo kada ulazimo u razdoblje nove krize zbog rata u Ukrajini, a mi završavamo brojne razvojne projekte za Grad. Podsjetit ću vas da smo zbog projekta Aglomeracije morali podići kredit od 150 milijuna kuna. Da su neka druga vremena, da je pred nama razdoblje stabilnosti, vjerujte mi da bih ja bio među prvima koji bi tražili ukidanje prireza. No, ako većina u Gradskom vijeću bude za to, ja ću njihovu volju morati prihvatiti – rekao nam je zadarski gradonačelnik.

- Ako većina u Gradskom vijeću to želi, mogu ukinuti prirez, ali za to će morati snositi i političku odgovornost – prva je reakcija gradonačelnika Branka Dukića nakon što smo mu prenijeli informaciju da predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Marko Vučetić pokreće postupak ukidanja prireza koji u Zadru iznosi 12 posto, što je oko 22,3 milijuna kuna prihoda za gradski proračun na razini godine.

- Zadar je, kao što znate, dugo godina odlijevao uvođenju prireza, no dolaskom globalne gospodarske krize 2008. prirez je bio jedno od rješenja da Grad lakše provodi svoje razvojne projekte. Zadar ima najniži prirez od velikih gradova u Hrvatskoj. Držim da je prirez jedan od najpoštenijih poreza jer njega više plaćaju oni koji imaju viša primanja, a manje oni koji imaju manje. Svi koji imaju primanja do 4000 kuna oslobođeni su prireza, kao i oni sa 6000 kuna ako imaju i jedno dijete. Prirez najviše pogađa one koji imaju primanja iznad 20 tisuća kuna, kao što smo gospodin Vučetić i ja, koji ga mjesečno plaćamo oko 500 kuna. Ali ako je to njihova volja, neka im bude – kazao je gradonačelnik dodajući kako ne misli da je ovo vrijeme kada bi trebalo ukidati jedan tako važan izvor prihoda za gradski proračun.

- Zadar je zadnjih godina pokrenuo i realizirao veliki broj razvojnih projekata. Većinu tih projekata je sufinancirano novcem iz EU fondova, no za gotovo svaki takav projekt Grad treba osigurati sufinanciranje do nekih 15 posto ukupnog iznosa. Novac iz prireza nam upravo zato i koristi, a ako ga više ne bude bilo, morat ćemo neke stvari u proračunu drukčije posložiti. Tih 20-ak milijuna kuna je pola jedne osnovne škole, a sada planiramo graditi dvije. Nisam za to da se građani opterećuje nepotrebnim izdavanjima, ali nisam ni za to da se prirez sada ukida, pogotovo kada ulazimo u razdoblje nove krize zbog rata u Ukrajini, a mi završavamo brojne razvojne projekte za Grad. Podsjetit ću vas da smo zbog projekta Aglomeracije morali podići kredit od 150 milijuna kuna. Da su neka druga vremena, da je pred nama razdoblje stabilnosti, vjerujte mi da bih ja bio među prvima koji bi tražili ukidanje prireza. No, ako većina u Gradskom vijeću bude za to, ja ću njihovu volju morati prihvatiti – rekao nam je zadarski gradonačelnik.

Gradonačelnik Dukić: „Nisam za ukidanje prireza, ali ako većina u Gradskom vijeću to želi, za to će morati snositi i političku odgovornost!”

- Ako većina u Gradskom vijeću to želi, mogu ukinuti prirez, ali za to će morati snositi i političku odgovornost – prva je reakcija gradonačelnika Branka Dukića nakon što smo mu prenijeli informaciju da predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Marko Vučetić pokreće postupak ukidanja prireza koji u Zadru iznosi 12 posto, što je oko 22,3 milijuna kuna prihoda za gradski proračun na razini godine.

- Zadar je, kao što znate, dugo godina odlijevao uvođenju prireza, no dolaskom globalne gospodarske krize 2008. prirez je bio jedno od rješenja da Grad lakše provodi svoje razvojne projekte. Zadar ima najniži prirez od velikih gradova u Hrvatskoj. Držim da je prirez jedan od najpoštenijih poreza jer njega više plaćaju oni koji imaju viša primanja, a manje oni koji imaju manje. Svi koji imaju primanja do 4000 kuna oslobođeni su prireza, kao i oni sa 6000 kuna ako imaju i jedno dijete. Prirez najviše pogađa one koji imaju primanja iznad 20 tisuća kuna, kao što smo gospodin Vučetić i ja, koji ga mjesečno plaćamo oko 500 kuna. Ali ako je to njihova volja, neka im bude – kazao je gradonačelnik dodajući kako ne misli da je ovo vrijeme kada bi trebalo ukidati jedan tako važan izvor prihoda za gradski proračun.

- Zadar je zadnjih godina pokrenuo i realizirao veliki broj razvojnih projekata. Većinu tih projekata je sufinancirano novcem iz EU fondova, no za gotovo svaki takav projekt Grad treba osigurati sufinanciranje do nekih 15 posto ukupnog iznosa. Novac iz prireza nam upravo zato i koristi, a ako ga više ne bude bilo, morat ćemo neke stvari u proračunu drukčije posložiti. Tih 20-ak milijuna kuna je pola jedne osnovne škole, a sada planiramo graditi dvije. Nisam za to da se građani opterećuje nepotrebnim izdavanjima, ali nisam ni za to da se prirez sada ukida, pogotovo kada ulazimo u razdoblje nove krize zbog rata u Ukrajini, a mi završavamo brojne razvojne projekte za Grad. Podsjetit ću vas da smo zbog projekta Aglomeracije morali podići kredit od 150 milijuna kuna. Da su neka druga vremena, da je pred nama razdoblje stabilnosti, vjerujte mi da bih ja bio među prvima koji bi tražili ukidanje prireza. No, ako većina u Gradskom vijeću bude za to, ja ću njihovu volju morati prihvatiti – rekao nam je zadarski gradonačelnik.
