Podizanje meterološkog radara u Debeljaku, mjesta u Općini Sukošan, izazvalo je buru nezadovoljstva među mještanima koji su pokrenuli potpisivanje peticije te cijeli slučaj prijavili Državnom odvjetništvu.

- Mještani Debeljaka, Sukošana, Galovca, Gorice, Sikova i Zemunika ne žele mikrovalni radar blizu njihovih domova, posebno ne blizu njihove djece. Općina Sukošan je obećala referendum 2018. godine, ali on nije nikada proveden. Zato je u listopadu pokrenuta peticija protiv instalacije vremenskog radara. Najveći dio potpisnika su parovi sa djecom koji žive u Debeljaku. Mnogo takvih obitelji je kupilo zemljište i nekretnine ovdje, a sada su prisiljeni prodati i odseliti se kako bi zaštitili zdravlje svoje obitelji. Ovo što govorim lako može biti dokazano povećanim brojem oglasa o prodaji nekretnina na internetu u zadnja dva mjeseca, odnosno, od početka instalacije radara- govori nam Mirjana Torbarina iz Debeljeka u ime svojih sumještana.

Kaže, od samog početka ove priče, puno je pitanja bez odgovora, a svako od njih itekako je važno mještanima koji će u svojoj blizini dobiti meterološkog radara Državnog hidrometeorološkog zavoda (DHMZ) Vaisala WRM200.

- Iako se radar se postavlja 700 metara od škole, vrtića, igrališta i stanovništva, nas nitko nije pitao za mišljenje i suglasnost. Radar je jedan od prvih sa ovolikom snagom tako da brinemo o štetnim učincima na stanovništvo, okoliš, šume, životinje i na zdravlje. Na brdu na kojem se postavlja već postoje mnogi telekomunikacijski odašiljači za koje je stanovništvo uvjereno da uzrokuje bolesti. Jer svaka kuća u naselju Debeljak ima člana obitelji koji je oboljeo od raka ili preminuo od te bolesti. DHMZ tvrdi da je projekt vrijedan više od 343,914,506.50 kuna. Ako je tako, zašto je teško potrošiti više novaca i postaviti meteorološki radar na Velebit, dalje od stanovništva? Je li cijena gradnje ceste i dovođenje struje i interneta previše skupa za toliko skup projekt ili je stvarnost takva da su htjeli zaobići birokraciju i papirologiju- pita Torbarina, .

U sklopu modernizacije meteorološke mreže, Državni hidrometeorološki zavod postavit će, kao dio sustava METMONIC, tri suvremena radara u priobalju. Prvi takav uređaj je upravo ovaj u Debeljaku kod Sukošana. Kako bi umirili mještane, DHMZ je organizirao prezentaciju koju je vodila dr. sc. Nataša Strelec.

Iako stručnjaci DHMZ-a tvrde kako ovaj radar, za razliku od telekomunikacijskih, svojim elektromagnetskim snopovima zraka ne skenira horizontalno već direktno prema nebu, te da zbog toga postoji mala, gotovo nikakva mogućnost da se ljudi i druga živa bića nađu u polju emitiranja, mještana Debeljaka traže istragu.

Načelnik Sukošana, Ante Martinac, potvrdio nam je kako se Općina žalila na akt o građenju, ali bez uspjeha.

- Točno je da smo se žalili, smatrali smo da je upitna legalnost postavljanja tog radara sa strane prostorno planskih uvjeta, odnosno, da nije u skladu s njima. To piše i u građevinskoj dozvoli koja je kasnije ipak izdana jer su naši prigovori odbijeni kao neutemeljeni. Sve drugo, o tome je li zračenje štetno ili nije, ne mogu komentirati jer za to s Općinom nema veze, niti smo u tome stručnjaci- rekao nam je načelnik Općine Sukošan Ante Martinac.

Podizanje meterološkog radara u Debeljaku, mjesta u Općini Sukošan, izazvalo je buru nezadovoljstva među mještanima koji su pokrenuli potpisivanje peticije te cijeli slučaj prijavili Državnom odvjetništvu.

- Mještani Debeljaka, Sukošana, Galovca, Gorice, Sikova i Zemunika ne žele mikrovalni radar blizu njihovih domova, posebno ne blizu njihove djece. Općina Sukošan je obećala referendum 2018. godine, ali on nije nikada proveden. Zato je u listopadu pokrenuta peticija protiv instalacije vremenskog radara. Najveći dio potpisnika su parovi sa djecom koji žive u Debeljaku. Mnogo takvih obitelji je kupilo zemljište i nekretnine ovdje, a sada su prisiljeni prodati i odseliti se kako bi zaštitili zdravlje svoje obitelji. Ovo što govorim lako može biti dokazano povećanim brojem oglasa o prodaji nekretnina na internetu u zadnja dva mjeseca, odnosno, od početka instalacije radara- govori nam Mirjana Torbarina iz Debeljeka u ime svojih sumještana.

Kaže, od samog početka ove priče, puno je pitanja bez odgovora, a svako od njih itekako je važno mještanima koji će u svojoj blizini dobiti meterološkog radara Državnog hidrometeorološkog zavoda (DHMZ) Vaisala WRM200.

- Iako se radar se postavlja 700 metara od škole, vrtića, igrališta i stanovništva, nas nitko nije pitao za mišljenje i suglasnost. Radar je jedan od prvih sa ovolikom snagom tako da brinemo o štetnim učincima na stanovništvo, okoliš, šume, životinje i na zdravlje. Na brdu na kojem se postavlja već postoje mnogi telekomunikacijski odašiljači za koje je stanovništvo uvjereno da uzrokuje bolesti. Jer svaka kuća u naselju Debeljak ima člana obitelji koji je oboljeo od raka ili preminuo od te bolesti. DHMZ tvrdi da je projekt vrijedan više od 343,914,506.50 kuna. Ako je tako, zašto je teško potrošiti više novaca i postaviti meteorološki radar na Velebit, dalje od stanovništva? Je li cijena gradnje ceste i dovođenje struje i interneta previše skupa za toliko skup projekt ili je stvarnost takva da su htjeli zaobići birokraciju i papirologiju- pita Torbarina, .

U sklopu modernizacije meteorološke mreže, Državni hidrometeorološki zavod postavit će, kao dio sustava METMONIC, tri suvremena radara u priobalju. Prvi takav uređaj je upravo ovaj u Debeljaku kod Sukošana. Kako bi umirili mještane, DHMZ je organizirao prezentaciju koju je vodila dr. sc. Nataša Strelec.

Iako stručnjaci DHMZ-a tvrde kako ovaj radar, za razliku od telekomunikacijskih, svojim elektromagnetskim snopovima zraka ne skenira horizontalno već direktno prema nebu, te da zbog toga postoji mala, gotovo nikakva mogućnost da se ljudi i druga živa bića nađu u polju emitiranja, mještana Debeljaka traže istragu.

Načelnik Sukošana, Ante Martinac, potvrdio nam je kako se Općina žalila na akt o građenju, ali bez uspjeha.

- Točno je da smo se žalili, smatrali smo da je upitna legalnost postavljanja tog radara sa strane prostorno planskih uvjeta, odnosno, da nije u skladu s njima. To piše i u građevinskoj dozvoli koja je kasnije ipak izdana jer su naši prigovori odbijeni kao neutemeljeni. Sve drugo, o tome je li zračenje štetno ili nije, ne mogu komentirati jer za to s Općinom nema veze, niti smo u tome stručnjaci- rekao nam je načelnik Općine Sukošan Ante Martinac.
