Sutra, u utorak, 15. ožujka, počinju radovi na dugočekivanoj rekonstrukciji ulica Put Biliga i Hrvatskog sabora, poznatijoj kao zadarska zabilaznica. Ovim projektom, koji bi trebao biti završen u roku od godine dana, planira se riješiti jedna od crnih prometnih točaka u gradu i to novim raskrižjem, ali i rekonstrukcijom samog Puta Biliga koji će nakon završetka radova dobiti novu prometnu regulaciju. Naime, prema projektu tvrtke Donat, koji je izrađen prije osam godina, ta će cesta ubuduće imati tri prometna traka, obostrane nogostupe te zeleni međupojas širine 3.50 metara gdje će se napraviti denivelacija terena. Međutim, zbog takvog rješenja sa zelenim pojasom, sa sadašnjeg izlaza na parkirališu kod Magnuma više se neće moći skretati ulijevo pa će vozači koji idu u smjeru centra grada morati voziti do idućeg.

Upravo taj dio sporan je stanovnicima Bilom Briga, najvećeg gradskog kvarta, koji i inače obiluje nepraktičnim prometnim rješenjima.

O čemu se, zapavo, radi?

Onemogućavanjem skretanja ulijevo na tom pomoćnom izlazu koji je probijen prije nekoliko godina, cijeli kvart ostat će samo na jednom, jedinom, ulazu i to onom kod pekare.

- Ne znam možete li zamisliti kakav će prometni krkljanac tamo nastati ako jedini izlaz i ulaz u kvart ostane onaj kraj pekare. Ovaj pomoćni koji imamo zadnjih nekoliko godina ipak je rasteretio tu dionicu- kaže Marin Pijaca, predsjednik MO Bili Brig. Upravo zato, MO je resornom pročelniku Darko Kasapu ponudio dva rješenja kojim bi se ovaj problem, ako se već ostaje pri istom rješenju denivelacije, puno manje osjetio.

- Prvi je prijedlog da se taj zeleni pojas na Putu Biliga pomakne za nekoliko metara prema gore, kako bi nam i dalje ostao slobodan izlaz lijevo prema gradu. Siguran sam da je projekt rekonstrukcije napravljen prije nego je taj pomoćni izlaz uopće postojao i da je u tome nastao problem. Ovime sve ostaje isto, i denivelacija, samo se pomiče za par metara. Drugi je prijedlog rotor na križanju kod pekare, zbog lakšeg i sigurnijeg izlaza s Bilog briga, ali i sporednih ulica čiji stanovnici ubuduće mogu skrenuti prema centru grada, a ne na novi spoj- kaže Pijaca, dodajući kako odgovor gradskog Upravnog odjela za graditeljstvo nisu dobili. A radovi počnju sutra.

Inače, posao rekonstrukcije je dobila zajednica gospodarskih subjekata (Kruševo-put, zagrebačka Ingra i Mežnar građevinske usluge iz Duge Rese) a ugovorena cijena radova bez PDV-a iznosi 6.4 milijuna kuna. Posao nadzora dobile su tvrtke Civil engineering Zadar i Terestrika Split. Za vrijeme prve faze radova promet će se odvijati prema privremenoj regulaciji prometa što znači zatvaranje dijela ulice Put Biliga za sav promet.

Sutra, u utorak, 15. ožujka, počinju radovi na dugočekivanoj rekonstrukciji ulica Put Biliga i Hrvatskog sabora, poznatijoj kao zadarska zabilaznica. Ovim projektom, koji bi trebao biti završen u roku od godine dana, planira se riješiti jedna od crnih prometnih točaka u gradu i to novim raskrižjem, ali i rekonstrukcijom samog Puta Biliga koji će nakon završetka radova dobiti novu prometnu regulaciju. Naime, prema projektu tvrtke Donat, koji je izrađen prije osam godina, ta će cesta ubuduće imati tri prometna traka, obostrane nogostupe te zeleni međupojas širine 3.50 metara gdje će se napraviti denivelacija terena. Međutim, zbog takvog rješenja sa zelenim pojasom, sa sadašnjeg izlaza na parkirališu kod Magnuma više se neće moći skretati ulijevo pa će vozači koji idu u smjeru centra grada morati voziti do idućeg.

Upravo taj dio sporan je stanovnicima Bilom Briga, najvećeg gradskog kvarta, koji i inače obiluje nepraktičnim prometnim rješenjima.

O čemu se, zapavo, radi?

Onemogućavanjem skretanja ulijevo na tom pomoćnom izlazu koji je probijen prije nekoliko godina, cijeli kvart ostat će samo na jednom, jedinom, ulazu i to onom kod pekare.

- Ne znam možete li zamisliti kakav će prometni krkljanac tamo nastati ako jedini izlaz i ulaz u kvart ostane onaj kraj pekare. Ovaj pomoćni koji imamo zadnjih nekoliko godina ipak je rasteretio tu dionicu- kaže Marin Pijaca, predsjednik MO Bili Brig. Upravo zato, MO je resornom pročelniku Darko Kasapu ponudio dva rješenja kojim bi se ovaj problem, ako se već ostaje pri istom rješenju denivelacije, puno manje osjetio.

- Prvi je prijedlog da se taj zeleni pojas na Putu Biliga pomakne za nekoliko metara prema gore, kako bi nam i dalje ostao slobodan izlaz lijevo prema gradu. Siguran sam da je projekt rekonstrukcije napravljen prije nego je taj pomoćni izlaz uopće postojao i da je u tome nastao problem. Ovime sve ostaje isto, i denivelacija, samo se pomiče za par metara. Drugi je prijedlog rotor na križanju kod pekare, zbog lakšeg i sigurnijeg izlaza s Bilog briga, ali i sporednih ulica čiji stanovnici ubuduće mogu skrenuti prema centru grada, a ne na novi spoj- kaže Pijaca, dodajući kako odgovor gradskog Upravnog odjela za graditeljstvo nisu dobili. A radovi počnju sutra.

Inače, posao rekonstrukcije je dobila zajednica gospodarskih subjekata (Kruševo-put, zagrebačka Ingra i Mežnar građevinske usluge iz Duge Rese) a ugovorena cijena radova bez PDV-a iznosi 6.4 milijuna kuna. Posao nadzora dobile su tvrtke Civil engineering Zadar i Terestrika Split. Za vrijeme prve faze radova promet će se odvijati prema privremenoj regulaciji prometa što znači zatvaranje dijela ulice Put Biliga za sav promet.

Sutra počinju radovi na obnovi Puta Biliga i Hrvatskog sabora, stanovnici Bilog briga novim rješenjem nisu zadovoljni: "Čeka nas novi krkljanac"

Sutra, u utorak, 15. ožujka, počinju radovi na dugočekivanoj rekonstrukciji ulica Put Biliga i Hrvatskog sabora, poznatijoj kao zadarska zabilaznica. Ovim projektom, koji bi trebao biti završen u roku od godine dana, planira se riješiti jedna od crnih prometnih točaka u gradu i to novim raskrižjem, ali i rekonstrukcijom samog Puta Biliga koji će nakon završetka radova dobiti novu prometnu regulaciju. Naime, prema projektu tvrtke Donat, koji je izrađen prije osam godina, ta će cesta ubuduće imati tri prometna traka, obostrane nogostupe te zeleni međupojas širine 3.50 metara gdje će se napraviti denivelacija terena. Međutim, zbog takvog rješenja sa zelenim pojasom, sa sadašnjeg izlaza na parkirališu kod Magnuma više se neće moći skretati ulijevo pa će vozači koji idu u smjeru centra grada morati voziti do idućeg.

Upravo taj dio sporan je stanovnicima Bilom Briga, najvećeg gradskog kvarta, koji i inače obiluje nepraktičnim prometnim rješenjima.

O čemu se, zapavo, radi?

Onemogućavanjem skretanja ulijevo na tom pomoćnom izlazu koji je probijen prije nekoliko godina, cijeli kvart ostat će samo na jednom, jedinom, ulazu i to onom kod pekare.

- Ne znam možete li zamisliti kakav će prometni krkljanac tamo nastati ako jedini izlaz i ulaz u kvart ostane onaj kraj pekare. Ovaj pomoćni koji imamo zadnjih nekoliko godina ipak je rasteretio tu dionicu- kaže Marin Pijaca, predsjednik MO Bili Brig. Upravo zato, MO je resornom pročelniku Darko Kasapu ponudio dva rješenja kojim bi se ovaj problem, ako se već ostaje pri istom rješenju denivelacije, puno manje osjetio.
