Poništen je natječaj za izgradnju druge faze gradskog groblja u Crnom. Razlog poništenja natječaja je previsoka cijena.

Na natječaj je pristigla samo jedna ponuda, ona trenutnog izvođača radova prve faze izgradnje groblja. Riječ je o albanskoj tvrtci PE-VLA-Ku koja je na natječaju za drugu fazu jedina dala ponudu i to za 830 tisuća eura višu od procijenjene vrijednosti koja je iznosila dva milijuna eura (bez PDV-a).

- U postupku javne nabave pristigla je jedna ponuda čija cijena prelazi planirana odnosno osigurana novčana sredstva Grada Zadra. Zakonom je propisano da svaka ponuda čija ponuđena cijena prelazi osigurana sredstva naručitelja je neprihvatljiva ponuda. U slučaju kada je cijena najpovoljnije ponude veća od procijenjene vrijednosti nabave, a naručitelj nema niti će imati osigurana sredstva, mora se poništiti postupak javne nabave, stoji u odluci koju potpisuje zamjenik gradonačelnika Ante Babić.

Od pročelnika za prostorno uređenje i graditeljstvo, Darka Kasapa, doznali smo kako bi do kraja ovog tjedna trebala od strane projektanata biti dovršena nova procjena te kako će nakon toga ići ponovno raspisivanje natječaja za izgradnju druge faze. Pročelnik vjeruje kako će ovog puta procijenjena vrijednost sigurno biti korigirana, odnosno povećana jer sadašnja razlika između procijenjene vrijednosti i dobivene ponude na poništenom natječaju iznosi 830 tisuća eura.

Poništen je natječaj za izgradnju druge faze gradskog groblja u Crnom. Razlog poništenja natječaja je previsoka cijena.

Na natječaj je pristigla samo jedna ponuda, ona trenutnog izvođača radova prve faze izgradnje groblja. Riječ je o albanskoj tvrtci PE-VLA-Ku koja je na natječaju za drugu fazu jedina dala ponudu i to za 830 tisuća eura višu od procijenjene vrijednosti koja je iznosila dva milijuna eura (bez PDV-a).

- U postupku javne nabave pristigla je jedna ponuda čija cijena prelazi planirana odnosno osigurana novčana sredstva Grada Zadra. Zakonom je propisano da svaka ponuda čija ponuđena cijena prelazi osigurana sredstva naručitelja je neprihvatljiva ponuda. U slučaju kada je cijena najpovoljnije ponude veća od procijenjene vrijednosti nabave, a naručitelj nema niti će imati osigurana sredstva, mora se poništiti postupak javne nabave, stoji u odluci koju potpisuje zamjenik gradonačelnika Ante Babić.

Od pročelnika za prostorno uređenje i graditeljstvo, Darka Kasapa, doznali smo kako bi do kraja ovog tjedna trebala od strane projektanata biti dovršena nova procjena te kako će nakon toga ići ponovno raspisivanje natječaja za izgradnju druge faze. Pročelnik vjeruje kako će ovog puta procijenjena vrijednost sigurno biti korigirana, odnosno povećana jer sadašnja razlika između procijenjene vrijednosti i dobivene ponude na poništenom natječaju iznosi 830 tisuća eura.

Grad poništio natječaj za izgradnju druge faze groblja u Crnom, stigla samo jedna ponuda 830 tisuća eura skuplja od procjene

Poništen je natječaj za izgradnju druge faze gradskog groblja u Crnom. Razlog poništenja natječaja je previsoka cijena.

Na natječaj je pristigla samo jedna ponuda, ona trenutnog izvođača radova prve faze izgradnje groblja. Riječ je o albanskoj tvrtci PE-VLA-Ku koja je na natječaju za drugu fazu jedina dala ponudu i to za 830 tisuća eura višu od procijenjene vrijednosti koja je iznosila dva milijuna eura (bez PDV-a).

- U postupku javne nabave pristigla je jedna ponuda čija cijena prelazi planirana odnosno osigurana novčana sredstva Grada Zadra. Zakonom je propisano da svaka ponuda čija ponuđena cijena prelazi osigurana sredstva naručitelja je neprihvatljiva ponuda. U slučaju kada je cijena najpovoljnije ponude veća od procijenjene vrijednosti nabave, a naručitelj nema niti će imati osigurana sredstva, mora se poništiti postupak javne nabave, stoji u odluci koju potpisuje zamjenik gradonačelnika Ante Babić.

Od pročelnika za prostorno uređenje i graditeljstvo, Darka Kasapa, doznali smo kako bi do kraja ovog tjedna trebala od strane projektanata biti dovršena nova procjena te kako će nakon toga ići ponovno raspisivanje natječaja za izgradnju druge faze. Pročelnik vjeruje kako će ovog puta procijenjena vrijednost sigurno biti korigirana, odnosno povećana jer sadašnja razlika između procijenjene vrijednosti i dobivene ponude na poništenom natječaju iznosi 830 tisuća eura.
