Na prijedlog Povjerenstva, uz suglasnost Upravnog vijeća, ravnatelj Lučke uprave Zadar Robert Škifić donio je u četvrtak, 13. svibnja, Odluku o odabiru izvođača građevinskih radova u sklopu projekta “Rekonstrukcija i izgradnja lučke infrastrukture Grad Zadar-Poluotok”, poznatijeg kao obnova zadarske rive.

Po provedenom postupku javne nabave, objavljenom u Elektroničkom oglasniku javne nabave, datum objave 22.2.2021. godine, za predmet nabave Građevinski radovi na projektu “Rekonstrukcija i izgradnja lučke infrastrukture Grad Zadar-Poluotok”, procijenjene vrijednosti od 47.957.688,00 kn (bez PDV-a), u roku do 02.04.2021. godine do 12:00 sati, pristigle su dvije ponude: Zajednica ponuditelja KALI GRADNJA d.o.o., Kali, Briv Construction d.o.o., Podgorica, Crna Gora i Zajednica ponuditelja ADRIAING d.o.o. Koper, Slovenija, Adriaing d.o.o., Buje.

Sukladno kriteriju ekonomski najpovoljnije ponude, odabrana je ponuda Zajednice ponuditelja Adriaing d.o.o. sa sjedištem u Kopru, Republika Slovenija i Adriaing d.o.o. Buje, u iznosu od 47.798.253,94 kuna bez PDV-a, odnosno 59.747.817,43 kuna s PDV-om. Nakon isteka žalbenog roka s odabranim ponuđačima potpisat će se ugovor, o čemu će javnost biti pravovremeno obaviještena.

Radovi, koji će trajati 27 mjeseci, obuhvaćaju rekonstrukciju obalnog zida Obale kralja Petra Krešimira IV., duljine 905,82 m i širini od 5,0 do 5,6 m, kao i rekonstrukciju (cca. 64,5 m) i dogradnju (u dužini od 15 metara) postojećeg gata, čime će dobiti dimenzije kakve je imao kada je izgrađen prije stotinjak godina kao brodsko pristanište. Sukladno projektnoj dokumentaciji, postojeća obilježja prostora neće se mijenjati, te će se uzeti u obzir postojeće stanje u pogledu konfiguracije obale, nagiba i svih korištenih materijala. Projektom je predviđena i rekonstrukcija zaobalnog dijela Liburnske obale, duljine 600 m i širine 5 m. Rekonstrukcija će obuhvatiti sljedeće bitne elemente: uređenje obale, rješavanje oborinske odvodnje, izvedbu tri nova energetska ormarića i njima pripadajuće vodovodne i elektroinstalacijske mreže.

Ukupna vrijednost projekta "Rekonstrukcija i izgradnja lučke infrastrukture Grad Zadar-Poluotok" je 67.489.388,11 kuna, od čega 56.616.917,39 kuna sufinancira Europska unija iz Kohezijskog fonda, dok nacionalni doprinos iznosi 9.991.220,72 kuna.

Na prijedlog Povjerenstva, uz suglasnost Upravnog vijeća, ravnatelj Lučke uprave Zadar Robert Škifić donio je u četvrtak, 13. svibnja, Odluku o odabiru izvođača građevinskih radova u sklopu projekta “Rekonstrukcija i izgradnja lučke infrastrukture Grad Zadar-Poluotok”, poznatijeg kao obnova zadarske rive.

Po provedenom postupku javne nabave, objavljenom u Elektroničkom oglasniku javne nabave, datum objave 22.2.2021. godine, za predmet nabave Građevinski radovi na projektu “Rekonstrukcija i izgradnja lučke infrastrukture Grad Zadar-Poluotok”, procijenjene vrijednosti od 47.957.688,00 kn (bez PDV-a), u roku do 02.04.2021. godine do 12:00 sati, pristigle su dvije ponude: Zajednica ponuditelja KALI GRADNJA d.o.o., Kali, Briv Construction d.o.o., Podgorica, Crna Gora i Zajednica ponuditelja ADRIAING d.o.o. Koper, Slovenija, Adriaing d.o.o., Buje.

Sukladno kriteriju ekonomski najpovoljnije ponude, odabrana je ponuda Zajednice ponuditelja Adriaing d.o.o. sa sjedištem u Kopru, Republika Slovenija i Adriaing d.o.o. Buje, u iznosu od 47.798.253,94 kuna bez PDV-a, odnosno 59.747.817,43 kuna s PDV-om. Nakon isteka žalbenog roka s odabranim ponuđačima potpisat će se ugovor, o čemu će javnost biti pravovremeno obaviještena.

Radovi, koji će trajati 27 mjeseci, obuhvaćaju rekonstrukciju obalnog zida Obale kralja Petra Krešimira IV., duljine 905,82 m i širini od 5,0 do 5,6 m, kao i rekonstrukciju (cca. 64,5 m) i dogradnju (u dužini od 15 metara) postojećeg gata, čime će dobiti dimenzije kakve je imao kada je izgrađen prije stotinjak godina kao brodsko pristanište. Sukladno projektnoj dokumentaciji, postojeća obilježja prostora neće se mijenjati, te će se uzeti u obzir postojeće stanje u pogledu konfiguracije obale, nagiba i svih korištenih materijala. Projektom je predviđena i rekonstrukcija zaobalnog dijela Liburnske obale, duljine 600 m i širine 5 m. Rekonstrukcija će obuhvatiti sljedeće bitne elemente: uređenje obale, rješavanje oborinske odvodnje, izvedbu tri nova energetska ormarića i njima pripadajuće vodovodne i elektroinstalacijske mreže.

Ukupna vrijednost projekta "Rekonstrukcija i izgradnja lučke infrastrukture Grad Zadar-Poluotok" je 67.489.388,11 kuna, od čega 56.616.917,39 kuna sufinancira Europska unija iz Kohezijskog fonda, dok nacionalni doprinos iznosi 9.991.220,72 kuna.
