Masivna, 40 metara duga čelično-drvena konstrukcija, postavljena u uvali Hodomešćica u mjestu Bilo kod Primoštena, uklonjena je s priobalnog stijenja.

Montažni plato koji je prvotno zamišljen kao sunčalište i kupalište otvoren za javnost, podsjetimo, izgrađen je na (državnom) pomorskom dobru, odmah ispod niza nedavno izgrađenih luksuznih vila čiji su investitori turski državljani.

Iako se prvotno pomislilo kako su upravo oni bili ulagači u projekt, pokazalo se da je to Općina Primošten. Nakon što smo priču o gradnji u jednoj od ljepših primoštenskih uvala prvi prenijeli u javnost, lokalna vlast na čelu sa Stipom Petrinom se branila tvrdeći da je zahvat na pomorskom dobru izveden u skladu sa zakonom.

Nedugo nakon, te tvrdnje opovrgnula je građevinska inspekcija čiji je nadzor utvrdio da je montažni plato – nezakonit, te da se mora ukloniti, a što je u konačnici i napravljeno. 

Čelično-drvena konstrukcija nazvana "sunčalište", sastavljena od nekoliko podesta, staza i stubišta, rekosmo, uklonjena je s priobalnog stijenja, no ne i betonske kocke koje su cijelu konstrukciju pridržavale.

Zanimljivo, u pisanoj komunikaciji koju smo za vrijeme trajanja inspekcijskog nadzora vodili s Općinom, tvrdili su da se "konstrukcija može jednostavno rastaviti u samo nekoliko sati". Ono što tada nisu naglasili jest činjenica da će nakon uklanjanja platoa, tragovi nezakonite gradnje, u vidu betonskih kocaka, trajno ostati na stijenama pitoreskne uvale.

Masivna, 40 metara duga čelično-drvena konstrukcija, postavljena u uvali Hodomešćica u mjestu Bilo kod Primoštena, uklonjena je s priobalnog stijenja.

Montažni plato koji je prvotno zamišljen kao sunčalište i kupalište otvoren za javnost, podsjetimo, izgrađen je na (državnom) pomorskom dobru, odmah ispod niza nedavno izgrađenih luksuznih vila čiji su investitori turski državljani.

Iako se prvotno pomislilo kako su upravo oni bili ulagači u projekt, pokazalo se da je to Općina Primošten. Nakon što smo priču o gradnji u jednoj od ljepših primoštenskih uvala prvi prenijeli u javnost, lokalna vlast na čelu sa Stipom Petrinom se branila tvrdeći da je zahvat na pomorskom dobru izveden u skladu sa zakonom.

Nedugo nakon, te tvrdnje opovrgnula je građevinska inspekcija čiji je nadzor utvrdio da je montažni plato – nezakonit, te da se mora ukloniti, a što je u konačnici i napravljeno. 

Čelično-drvena konstrukcija nazvana "sunčalište", sastavljena od nekoliko podesta, staza i stubišta, rekosmo, uklonjena je s priobalnog stijenja, no ne i betonske kocke koje su cijelu konstrukciju pridržavale.

Zanimljivo, u pisanoj komunikaciji koju smo za vrijeme trajanja inspekcijskog nadzora vodili s Općinom, tvrdili su da se "konstrukcija može jednostavno rastaviti u samo nekoliko sati". Ono što tada nisu naglasili jest činjenica da će nakon uklanjanja platoa, tragovi nezakonite gradnje, u vidu betonskih kocaka, trajno ostati na stijenama pitoreskne uvale.
