Preuzimanje "Turisthotela" moglo bi "Tankersku plovidbu" iz Zadra koštati oko 150 milijuna eura, piše Lider.

Naime, nakon što je dalmatinski brodar stekao 24,5 posto udjela u zadarskoj turističkoj tvrtki, predsjednik Uprave "Tankerske" Mario Pavić je izjavio da kompanija nije htjela prijeći prag od 25 posto, jer bi to impliciralo obvezu objave javne ponude za preuzimanje "Turisthotela" te da je o "daljnjim koracima preuranjeno razgovarati".

Međutim, prošloga tjedna "Tankerska" je od pet dioničara turističke tvrtke kupila 14,61 posto dionica i tako podigla svoj vlasnički udjel na 39,34 posto, što implicira da je novac za preuzimanje morao biti osiguran još početkom studenoga.

U trenutku sklapanja ugovora s pet dioničara cijena dionice "Turisthotela" na Zagrebačkoj burzi popela na 600 eura, iz čega se može pretpostaviti da je "Tankerska" novih 14,61 posto udjela platila više od 30 milijuna eura.

Tomu još treba dodati, piše Lider, više od 53 milijuna eura, koliko je uloženo u prvih 24,5 posto. Budući da je tako nastala i obveza objave ponude za preuzimanje, brodarska tvrtka bi za ostatak dionica "Turisthotela" morala imati osigurano još 60-ak milijuna eura.

Lider podsjeća da je neposredno prije no što je krenula u osvajanje "Turisthotela", "Tankerska plovidba" potrošila više od 30 milijuna eura u kupnji dionica svoje tvrtke kćeri "Tankerska Next Generation", koju je tako u cijelosti vratila u svoje vlasničko okrilje.

- Sve to skupa doista je impresivan investicijski iznos, koji će se i nastaviti ulaganjem u "Turisthotel" tijekom sljedećih pet godina. "Turisthotel" je, naime, nedavno prihvatio plan kapitalnih ulaganja od 2023. do 2028. prema kojem se predviđa gradnja novih objekata te održavanje i rekonstrukcija postojećih u kojima tvrtka posluje. Najveći zahvat, vrijedan oko 8,6 milijuna eura, odnosi se na turističko naselje "Zaton" - navodi Lider.

Preuzimanje "Turisthotela" moglo bi "Tankersku plovidbu" iz Zadra koštati oko 150 milijuna eura, piše Lider.

Naime, nakon što je dalmatinski brodar stekao 24,5 posto udjela u zadarskoj turističkoj tvrtki, predsjednik Uprave "Tankerske" Mario Pavić je izjavio da kompanija nije htjela prijeći prag od 25 posto, jer bi to impliciralo obvezu objave javne ponude za preuzimanje "Turisthotela" te da je o "daljnjim koracima preuranjeno razgovarati".

Međutim, prošloga tjedna "Tankerska" je od pet dioničara turističke tvrtke kupila 14,61 posto dionica i tako podigla svoj vlasnički udjel na 39,34 posto, što implicira da je novac za preuzimanje morao biti osiguran još početkom studenoga.

U trenutku sklapanja ugovora s pet dioničara cijena dionice "Turisthotela" na Zagrebačkoj burzi popela na 600 eura, iz čega se može pretpostaviti da je "Tankerska" novih 14,61 posto udjela platila više od 30 milijuna eura.

Tomu još treba dodati, piše Lider, više od 53 milijuna eura, koliko je uloženo u prvih 24,5 posto. Budući da je tako nastala i obveza objave ponude za preuzimanje, brodarska tvrtka bi za ostatak dionica "Turisthotela" morala imati osigurano još 60-ak milijuna eura.

Lider podsjeća da je neposredno prije no što je krenula u osvajanje "Turisthotela", "Tankerska plovidba" potrošila više od 30 milijuna eura u kupnji dionica svoje tvrtke kćeri "Tankerska Next Generation", koju je tako u cijelosti vratila u svoje vlasničko okrilje.

- Sve to skupa doista je impresivan investicijski iznos, koji će se i nastaviti ulaganjem u "Turisthotel" tijekom sljedećih pet godina. "Turisthotel" je, naime, nedavno prihvatio plan kapitalnih ulaganja od 2023. do 2028. prema kojem se predviđa gradnja novih objekata te održavanje i rekonstrukcija postojećih u kojima tvrtka posluje. Najveći zahvat, vrijedan oko 8,6 milijuna eura, odnosi se na turističko naselje "Zaton" - navodi Lider.

Preuzimanje "Turisthotela" moglo bi "Tankersku plovidbu" iz Zadra koštati oko 150 milijuna eura, piše Lider.

Naime, nakon što je dalmatinski brodar stekao 24,5 posto udjela u zadarskoj turističkoj tvrtki, predsjednik Uprave "Tankerske" Mario Pavić je izjavio da kompanija nije htjela prijeći prag od 25 posto, jer bi to impliciralo obvezu objave javne ponude za preuzimanje "Turisthotela" te da je o "daljnjim koracima preuranjeno razgovarati".

Međutim, prošloga tjedna "Tankerska" je od pet dioničara turističke tvrtke kupila 14,61 posto dionica i tako podigla svoj vlasnički udjel na 39,34 posto, što implicira da je novac za preuzimanje morao biti osiguran još početkom studenoga.

U trenutku sklapanja ugovora s pet dioničara cijena dionice "Turisthotela" na Zagrebačkoj burzi popela...
