Neposredno prije početka turističke sezone gradonačelnik Branko Dukić i suradnici bili su izravno upozoreni od strane stanovnika Poluotoka na nedostatak zaštitnih ograda na dijelu bedema u Perivoju kraljice Jelene Madijevke, ali unatoč tome nisu ništa poduzeli da povećaju sigurnost za građane i posjetitelje perivoja. Štoviše, nisu ni od korisnika tog prostora, vlasnika ”Ledane” Branimira Markova, tražili da uspostavi minimalne sigurnosne uvjete iznad otvora skladišta u kojeg je pao mladi gost iz Irske, a koristi ga gradska tvrtka Čistoća.

Na stranicama Grada Zadra objavljena su dva prijedloga stanovnika Poluotoka iznesena u raspravi na tribini KVARTipo koja je održana 3. svibnja u prostoru OŠ Petar Preradović. Podnositelji oba prijedloga upozoravaju na crne točke i smrtne slučajeve pada s bedema te apeliraju na potrebu postavljanja zaštitne ograde upravo na mjestu gdje su se dogodile tragedije: kod ”Ledane” te na drugim dijelovima zadarskih bedema.

Prijedlozi građana na koncu nisu prihvaćeni jer je glasanjem odlučeno da sva sredstva (240.000 kuna) predviđena za MO Poluotok budu iskorištena za uređenje Parka Kapetanski.

Perivoj kraljice Jelene Madijevke (prijedlog 3)

O ljepoti ovog perivoja (pretvoren iz obrambene utvrde ) u središtu starog grada mnogo toga vidljivo je i poznato. Malo je zamjetno a vrlo je važno jest zaštita od pada s visine u dubinu. Ovaj dio nije na cijelom opsegu prostora perivoja na odgovarajući način proveden. Vidljivo je to s pročelja odnosno ulaza u perivoj s lijeve strane po rubu kamenog vijenca parka do sjeveroistočne strane. Naime na ovom dijelu nedostaje zaštitna ograda , a ista i vrlo lijepa stara ograda postoji na jugozapadnoj strani. Na pojedinim mjestima visina kamenog vijenca od podnožja ne prelazi 0,40 m. Jednako tako je nedostatak zaštitne ograde na vrlo niskom suhozidu parka s unutarnje strane (pored ugostiteljskog prostora Ledana). I ovdje je velika opasnost od pada s visine u dubinu (skladište Čistoće d.o.o.). Prije 2 godine upravo je na ovom dijelu perivoja stradala mlada osoba u večernjim satima, padom u prostor skladišta Čistoće. Obzirom da je cijeli perivoj i ugostiteljski obrt otvoren cijele godine, a ljeti u njemu boravi veliki broj osoba, nužno je hitno i kvalitetno postaviti nedostajuće zaštitne ograde i branike. Ovim će se omogućiti siguran i nesmetan posjet i boravak perivoju i ugostiteljskom obrtu, a pri tome zaštiti od mogućih nezgoda i stradanja u najvećoj mogućoj mjeri.

Bedemi zadarskih pobuna (prijedlog 4)

Zadrani su ponosni na ove srednjovjekovne obrambene zidine, prepoznate i uvrštene na popis svjetske baštine UNESCO. Ovo novo lice grada postaje već sada omiljeno šetalište jer pruža posjetitelju ugođaj i osjećaj lijepog pogleda i smiraja. Pri ovom uređenju nisu u potpunosti provedene zaštitno-sigurnosne mjere na pojedinim mjestima. One se moraju žurno dopuniti na mjestima gdje nedostaju, jer će tijekom godine a naročito ljeti ovdje prolaziti veći broj posjetitelja, različitih dobnih i ranjivih skupina ( djeca,starije osobe, invalidi i dr.). Nedostaci se uglavnom odnose na donji dio zidina - prema tržnici i prilazu Narodnog lista. Zaštitne ograde su i /ili nedovoljne visine, nemaju rukohvate ili uopće nedostaju, ili su izrađene od pletene žice nedostatne čvrstoće. Na mjestima gdje nedostaju ili su neodgovarajućeg materijala ili oblika, predstavljaju izvor opasnosti od ozljeda ili pada u dubinu. Prije obnove zidina bilo je padova s teškim posljedicama, pa ih je korisno svesti na najmanju moguću mjeru, poštujući sve zaštitno-sigurnosne mjere javnog prostora. Ovdje ću slikovito predstaviti nekoliko uočenih opasnosti , a kao smjernica u skorom popravku ili dopuni. Nadam se da su vam ove i slične dobronamjerne primjedbe korisne svima nama, a investitoru obveza da ih što prije otkloni.

Neposredno prije početka turističke sezone gradonačelnik Branko Dukić i suradnici bili su izravno upozoreni od strane stanovnika Poluotoka na nedostatak zaštitnih ograda na dijelu bedema u Perivoju kraljice Jelene Madijevke, ali unatoč tome nisu ništa poduzeli da povećaju sigurnost za građane i posjetitelje perivoja. Štoviše, nisu ni od korisnika tog prostora, vlasnika ”Ledane” Branimira Markova, tražili da uspostavi minimalne sigurnosne uvjete iznad otvora skladišta u kojeg je pao mladi gost iz Irske, a koristi ga gradska tvrtka Čistoća.

Na stranicama Grada Zadra objavljena su dva prijedloga stanovnika Poluotoka iznesena u raspravi na tribini KVARTipo koja je održana 3. svibnja u prostoru OŠ Petar Preradović. Podnositelji oba prijedloga upozoravaju na crne točke i smrtne slučajeve pada s bedema te apeliraju na potrebu postavljanja zaštitne ograde upravo na mjestu gdje su se dogodile tragedije: kod ”Ledane” te na drugim dijelovima zadarskih bedema.

Prijedlozi građana na koncu nisu prihvaćeni jer je glasanjem odlučeno da sva sredstva (240.000 kuna) predviđena za MO Poluotok budu iskorištena za uređenje Parka Kapetanski.

Perivoj kraljice Jelene Madijevke (prijedlog 3)

O ljepoti ovog perivoja (pretvoren iz obrambene utvrde ) u središtu starog grada mnogo toga vidljivo je i poznato. Malo je zamjetno a vrlo je važno jest zaštita od pada s visine u dubinu. Ovaj dio nije na cijelom opsegu prostora perivoja na odgovarajući način proveden. Vidljivo je to s pročelja odnosno ulaza u perivoj s lijeve strane po rubu kamenog vijenca parka do sjeveroistočne strane. Naime na ovom dijelu nedostaje zaštitna ograda , a ista i vrlo lijepa stara ograda postoji na jugozapadnoj strani. Na pojedinim mjestima visina kamenog vijenca od podnožja ne prelazi 0,40 m. Jednako tako je nedostatak zaštitne ograde na vrlo niskom suhozidu parka s unutarnje strane (pored ugostiteljskog prostora Ledana). I ovdje je velika opasnost od pada s visine u dubinu (skladište Čistoće d.o.o.). Prije 2 godine upravo je na ovom dijelu perivoja stradala mlada osoba u večernjim satima, padom u prostor skladišta Čistoće. Obzirom da je cijeli perivoj i ugostiteljski obrt otvoren cijele godine, a ljeti u njemu boravi veliki broj osoba, nužno je hitno i kvalitetno postaviti nedostajuće zaštitne ograde i branike. Ovim će se omogućiti siguran i nesmetan posjet i boravak perivoju i ugostiteljskom obrtu, a pri tome zaštiti od mogućih nezgoda i stradanja u najvećoj mogućoj mjeri.

Bedemi zadarskih pobuna (prijedlog 4)

Zadrani su ponosni na ove srednjovjekovne obrambene zidine, prepoznate i uvrštene na popis svjetske baštine UNESCO. Ovo novo lice grada postaje već sada omiljeno šetalište jer pruža posjetitelju ugođaj i osjećaj lijepog pogleda i smiraja. Pri ovom uređenju nisu u potpunosti provedene zaštitno-sigurnosne mjere na pojedinim mjestima. One se moraju žurno dopuniti na mjestima gdje nedostaju, jer će tijekom godine a naročito ljeti ovdje prolaziti veći broj posjetitelja, različitih dobnih i ranjivih skupina ( djeca,starije osobe, invalidi i dr.). Nedostaci se uglavnom odnose na donji dio zidina - prema tržnici i prilazu Narodnog lista. Zaštitne ograde su i /ili nedovoljne visine, nemaju rukohvate ili uopće nedostaju, ili su izrađene od pletene žice nedostatne čvrstoće. Na mjestima gdje nedostaju ili su neodgovarajućeg materijala ili oblika, predstavljaju izvor opasnosti od ozljeda ili pada u dubinu. Prije obnove zidina bilo je padova s teškim posljedicama, pa ih je korisno svesti na najmanju moguću mjeru, poštujući sve zaštitno-sigurnosne mjere javnog prostora. Ovdje ću slikovito predstaviti nekoliko uočenih opasnosti , a kao smjernica u skorom popravku ili dopuni. Nadam se da su vam ove i slične dobronamjerne primjedbe korisne svima nama, a investitoru obveza da ih što prije otkloni.

Neposredno prije početka turističke sezone gradonačelnik Branko Dukić i suradnici bili su izravno upozoreni od strane stanovnika Poluotoka na nedostatak zaštitnih ograda na dijelu bedema u Perivoju kraljice Jelene Madijevke, ali unatoč tome nisu ništa poduzeli da povećaju sigurnost za građane i posjetitelje perivoja. Štoviše, nisu ni od korisnika tog prostora, vlasnika ”Ledane” Branimira Markova, tražili da uspostavi minimalne sigurnosne uvjete iznad otvora skladišta u kojeg je pao mladi gost iz Irske, a koristi ga gradska tvrtka Čistoća.
